Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the Co-Founder. I take care of design and development of our core product. MeinDoc is a cloud-based 3D visualisation platform, revolutionising the understanding of surgical interventions for patients and helping healthcare professionals, simplifying the complex doctor-patient communication.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pasovit Technologies, and what were your goals?

MeinDoc had a single page website which wasn't reflecting the true self of the company. Since we didn't have an in-house team to develop our website, we hired Pasovit to develop a WordPress based Multi Lingual website with end-to-end design, content and strategic implementation.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for Web Design & development team for the past 5 months. None of them could understand our requirement. Then we found Pasovit through our network and we approached them with the problem. We were grateful for that since Pasovit could not only understand our bottlenecks but also could elegantly evolve the solution along with our team.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

After the initial requirements gathering meeting, team was in constant touch with us. We had calls almost every day in fine tuning our requirements. After this, Pasovit delivered the wireframe, got confirmation from us, developed the site, validated the requirements and verified them with our team. After final checkups, the website was deployed on our own cloud server.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our SPoC. One UI designer and a WordPress developer worked full time in developing our website.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our renewed site, we have a better outreach among our potential investors and clients.

We had daily stand-up meetings to sync with the the progress. Jira and confluence were used to track our progress

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional site that's clean, easy to use, and simple to navigate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Time to launch could have been better.
