Suzano is one of the largest manufacturers of paper and cellulose pulp.

Their challenge was to integrate the sales experience for employees, B2B and B2C customers.

The project we built and implemented within the customer included:

  • B2C, B2B and telesales experiences using SAP Commerce
  • SAP Service Cloud integrated to SAP Marketing and SAP Commerce and SAP ERP to provide a
seamless experience to the inside sales and customer service team;

    Our customer is the largest manufacturer of home appliances in the world.

    The challenge was to implement a B2B commerce to scale sales of spare parts for service partners.

    The new site runs on SAP Commerce, integrated with customer's SAP ERP in private cloud.

    Viacao Aguia Branca is one of the largest road bus operators in Brazil.

    Our engagement with Grupo Aguia Branca (owner of Viacao Aguia Branca) started with the implementation of SAP Marketing Cloud to support the corporate marketing communication.

    Afterwards, the next steps toward the digital transformation was the new customer service centrals for the group vehicle distribution

    division, taking advantage of SAP Service Cloud to support 400+ attendants.

    The boldest step came with the decision of Viacao Aguia Branca to implement the very first SAP Commerce Cloud with Travel Accelerator in the world.

    With the rise of COVID19, a new store was launched in 4 weeks for a new B2C online operation.

    The SAP C/4HANA platform is

    integrated to Oracle ERP Cloud, a legacy ERP and a local ERP, depending upon the branch and the country.
