Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of marketing and e-commerce for a mid-scale extended-stay hotel company. We have over 600 hotel properties nationwide.
What challenge were you trying to address with Parsus Solutions, LLC?
They’re our trusted partner for e-commerce platform overhauls.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We count on them to provide creative design expertise. This initiative is slightly different since its more frontend focused. They working on AWS, with a Java-based platform.
In the past, I’ve used their team for design, development, analytics, reporting, and integrations.
What is the team composition?
We work with 8-10 people, with two designers, one project manager, 4–5 developers, QA, and content managers.
How did you come to work with Parsus Solutions, LLC?
I worked with them for a time, prior to bringing them on board. We had worked together at a consulting firm many years ago, and then a few members started their own firm. I was able to bring them on for several different hotel platform overhaul projects.
How much have you invested with them?
We plan on spending around $300,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
This project began in July 2020, and our work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I keep bringing them back because we keep achieving results. Their designer is arguably the best designer in the country. Their team does such a great job of bringing a vision for a brand to life. They’re also great at introducing new features and functionalities.
From a development standpoint, they're experts on building transactional hospitality web platforms. It’s complicated work, and not everyone can do it. They just get it. The team is able to integrate the APIs and build the content management system in such a way that it facilitates quick and easy management of massive amounts of hotel information.
Because of that, I feel like we’ve gotten our process boiled down to a well-oiled machine. For our last two redesigns, we saw a 30% lift in conversion rate, when you compare the performance of the legacy platform to the new platform.
How did Parsus Solutions, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re fantastic. Project management is one of the aspects I really rely on them for. Typically, the teams I’ve been working with have been very lean and in most cases, it’s just me and the Parsus team. I’m heavily dependent on their project management expertise.
If they didn’t have that, the project wouldn’t have gotten done. The fact that they’re able to complete full website redesigns within 6 months is phenomenal; there are few people in this industry that are going to be able to match that.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re so flexible. Having been on both sides, I’m so empathetic to their positions. I’ve worked with vendors that couldn’t implement brilliant ideas we’ve had halfway through the project and said they needed a phase two. With Parsus, they always get it done. They’re true partners and are completely invested in our success. It’s so comforting to know we have a partner to get the job done.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not that I can think of. Their team is stellar, and I’ve never spoken with anyone who is difficult or unfriendly. From beginning to end, they’re phenomenal to work with.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to approach things from a standpoint of partnership. We’ve always approached our projects as one team and that’s worked really well for us. Additionally, their project management capabilities are fantastic, but that comes from both sides as well. With any project of this scale, it’s important to be super clear on expectations, objectives, and timing upfront. If you do, you should have no problems.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CTO of Pink Adventure Tours. We offered guided Jeep tours in various areas and have been in business since 1960.
What challenge were you trying to address with Parsus Solutions, LLC?
We were looking to revamp the website and do a complete rebuild from scratch.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They handled the development of the site from the ground up after scrapping our old site and worked in conjunction with the design firm we were using at the time. The site is a .NET platform and the backend is a SQL server built using C#. They worked hand-in-hand with our design team to implement their designs.
They handled all of the front- and backend development, including everything with JavaScript to the persistence layers. They’ve used our existing API for booking tours and added additional functionalities.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with 5–6 different people, with a few additional QA individuals. Rahul (Founder & CTO) is in charge of the project.
How did you come to work with Parsus Solutions, LLC?
We got connected to Parsus Solutions, LLC through another group that we knew. We sat down to get to know them and were sold after that first meeting. Their honesty, integrity, and level of knowledge they all had stood out. Their whole package was impressive from start to finish.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent over $300,000, in total. The initial build cost around $250,000 of that total cost.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked on this project from September 2017–February 2018, but they continue to provide maintenance and work on other tasks.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They did a fantastic job building the site. They rock, plain and simple. I have been completely satisfied with them. Our closing percentage probably went up by a solid three points, if not more, resulting in significant additional earnings through the site.
How did Parsus Solutions, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re infinitely accessible and available 24/7. They communicate exceptionally well, which is one of the things I really enjoy about working with them. I can pick up the phone at any time and ask them a question.
We stay in touch through a whole series of modes, like Slack, emails, and calls. There were no surprises, no budget overruns, and they always deliver what they promise.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’ve worked with a lot of vendors and Parsus Solutions, LLC really embodies what a development partner should be. In the industry, it’s rare to find this level of dedication and availability — they are a real partner.
They are straightforward, timely, communicative, and hardworking. They’re as accessible as I need them to be. In that sense, they are by far the best company I have worked with when it comes to a development partner, period.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there’s nothing that stands out that I’d have them do better.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Just work with them, because they’ll deliver on what they promise. Get to know them, go to their location, and spend a day with them. Find out who they are as people because that is the essence of why they’re so good on the professional side of things. The type of people they are makes them as successful as they are.
