A VERBAL IDENTITY FOR A FOOD & BEVERAGE PRECINCT - DASH
Right from the start, Dash, was set to become one of the most happening places in Chennai. With a four-storeyed complex poised to grab eyeballs at one of the city’s most prime locations, Old Madras Road, Dash asked us to create a joy-provoking identity for their brand. The building was literally a city in itself – housing a range (bar, restaurant and family space) of activities and facilities. It had something interesting to offer to everyone and wanted to convey a sense of upliftment and fulfillment.
We found their intention made loud and clear in their name; Dash, which means a surge towards something. And what would the Chennai denizens surge towards? A whole lotta fun. To communicate this sense of inner dynamism, we created a series of verbal identity for every aspect of Dash. The point of such a communication was to convey to the visitor that they are about to enter a whole new realm of joy, comfort, excitement and thrill.

Branding & Packaging Design for Pet foods
FiloMilo is a brand that creates delightful food products and treats for cats and dogs. The visual language we created sprung from the love for the animals that the founders themselves had, with illustrations of excited pets leaping out of the pack mischievously.
The animal illustrations created for packaging and communication are the focal point of the visual language of FiloMilo. Dressed in colourful props to add a fun and cheeky touch with a look of excitement and sheer joy on their faces, they appeal to everyone who loves animals and just can’t resist petting a happy dog or purring cat.
The logo we created for FiloMilo is dynamic, with “Milo” depicted in different bright colours for different products and packaging variations. Overall, we aimed to create a design that exhibited the exuberance of a happy and well-cared for pet, which was after all, what the brand was all about.

BRANDING | DESIGN SYSTEM | BROCHURE | WEBSITE | SPACE GRAPHICS for an uber luxury home solutions brand
RISE Group wanted to make a splash in the reclusive upmarket niche. Through extensive research, carefully conceived design and perfectly crafted copy, we ensured that the brand’s vision remained the same, with a heady touch of class and charm. Our designs dovetail together to create a brand that’s sociable, suave and in many ways, significant.
The need for a modern and memorable brand identity was clear and present. RISE Group had to be a luxury brand that brings with it a wave of contemporary grace while holding onto an essence of the past.
To arrive at the design language, we took a look at their partners and other international luxury retailers. We achieved in creating a fluid visual vocabulary that was on par with their partners, especially the timeless Valcucine and Rimadesio.

FLEET / TRUCK BRANDING
How do you brand a restaurant on wheels?
We were naturally excited to work on the brand identity for the spicy dosa brand that Karam Dosa is. A stunning visual language on the truck that makes a striking impact even in the traffic mayhem was our vision.
A brand like Karam Dosa needed a typeface that was as crisp as its products and punchy in style. We found the answer in Omnes, a rounded typeface with non-geometric forms and a crisp visual style that reminded us of Bauhaus.
Dosas have been passed down through time and we wanted the illustrations to represent the history involved in it. So, we looked at woodcuts, an ancient style of design that offered the brand a traditional and authentic look.

BRANDING | IDENTITY DESIGN & PACKAGING FOR GOGRUB - a nutritious snack brand
It’s the story of a brand that hired a little agency to travel the seven realms in search of answers; answers that were eventually found by looking deep into the soul of the brand and its people. Much like the ruby slippers, the answers were right here all this time.
That was our quest with Go Grub, a Delhi-based company that made and sold nutritious snacks. To us, package design seemed like the only task that they required. Go Grub appeared to be market-ready. Their tagline – Rediscover Snacking – was on the money. So, why would they want to improve what’s already good? It was only then that we scratched beneath the surface and became obsessed.
Every brand stands for something. It’s a proven strategy that helps consumers distinguish a brand from its competitor. How should Go Grub position itself? In order to arrive at that, we needed to understand our target groups. We went through the brief and existing brand persona over and over, all while painting a mental picture of the brand and, lo and behold, we re-emerged from the creative rabbit hole with our fluffy white tails dirty and our minds enlightened.
A wise man once quipped “the most unjust separation of all, is the separation of a fellow man from his cool ranch flavoured snack." The key reason for this separation was a human emotion – guilt. Yes, guilt over health, taste and nutrition drives people away from their favourite snacks. Go Grub, in our eyes, aimed to remove that guilt from snacking, by offering a range of nutritious products that did not compromise on flavour.
The question was, how do we convince the TG to put down the can of Pringle and pick up a Go Grub snack?
Which meant that our packaging must also speak the same language. Each product must tell its own story right from the packaging. Memories were to be layered – package being the first and product, the second. The first layer must remind customers of the place they’d been before; an illustration so powerful that the mind can recreate the sights and sounds of the place.
Adventure is the brand’s id. We sought for bolder, edgier typefaces, colored the canvas with lush greens and blues, and the characters were imagined as two relatable people in search of a great adventure. To them, we say, go on and indulge.

BRAND IDENTITY FOR A BRAND WITH A STRONG HERITAGE - HOUSE OF JINDAL
Jindal Steels is a family-run business which is presently in its third generation. They wanted to migrate to a larger group conglomerate and approached us to design a powerful identity to illustrate this new step.
To increase the business’ reach and appeal, we decided to create an identity that both traditional businesses of yesterday and modern businesses of tomorrow can relate to.
The motif is a strong unit for HOJ. Right from the choice of font to a very striking purple colour that immediately catches attention; the identity system and design language covered all touch point like collaterals, giveaways, merchandise, website design, yearly calendar, etc.

Visually appealing Web Design for Soxy Toes
With Soxy Toes' young and fun collection of socks, we decided on a minimal, crisp and clutter-free look for the website as well. Lending character to it were vibrant colors that accompany the visitor on every page. The idea was to make the navigation easy for the customer by giving them a clear idea of the brand’s quirky collection of socks.

BRANDING & PACKAGING DESIGNS FOR HEALTHY SNACKS BRAND
Rethinking the healthy alternative
What Krispy brings to the table is a healthy alternative to the world of snacking. Through our packaging and branding, we bring a trendy and earthy look to a brand that’s set to soar.
Krispy’s USP enabled us to look at a packaging design where the vegetables and fruits were the star of the creative. These snacks have no artificial colours and flavors or preservatives. It’s okra or cluster beans or bananas as nature intended them to be.The packaging adds an extra layer of crispness to the brand. The clean design and presentation puts the focus on the product and the nutritional value it brings.

Brand Identity & Design Language for a clothing boutique
A Contemporary Touch To A Traditional Heart
Ethno-contemporary wear is all the rage right now. Many home-grown designer labels have sprung up on the map, offering a contemporary touch to traditional clothing. Siddhi Creations checked all the boxes: home-grown, ethno-contemporary and visionary. When we were approached to develop the brand identity, we had one thought: how do we make Siddhi Creations appear different from the many other ethno-contemporary labels, without having to sacrifice the essence of the brand.
After understanding the brand inside out, we set about creating the design language, taking cues not from outside but from inside the brand’s own environment. We took their brand idea to heart and created a logo that reflects it by fusing traditional design and a contemporary approach.

BRANDING | PACKAGING | SPACE GRAPHICS for Sweets & Savouries brand
A sweet and stubborn nostalgia for one’s grandmother’s rasmalai or the piquant tease of a specific chaat of a specific street. A meeting of the conventional and the contemporary. Rusbury, the Bengaluru-based sweet and savouries brand, embodies all that and more. And for us, brand designing and packaging for Rusbury has been one of the most fun experiences because we chose to say a lot by saying less. Project case study: https://sukkrishaadds.com/portfolio/rusbury-case-study/

BRANDING FOR SINGAPORE BASED PROPERTY INVESTMENT FIRM - ORANGE
Orange is a property investment firm headquartered in Singapore with operations in Singapore and India. The brief was simple – to make the fruit ‘Orange’ a part of the logo identity.
Here was our chance to do something extraordinary. With a name as common as orange we approached the identity design with an intent to give it a totally new dimension. In order to achieve this, we created a three-dimensional perspective of a slice of orange. The minimal and sharp illustration of the slice in white stood out starkly against the orange backgroun

PACKAGING DESIGN FOR GUZZLE
We understood that Guzzle is a no-nonsense brand. It had something important to give and required us to say it right. Thus, our design inspiration came from the product itself – simple, honest and minimal. The bottle packaging featured clean illustrations of the fruit it contained along with copy that conversed with the consumer from the word go. The packing was designed to live up to the brand’s promise of fruit juices that can refresh and rejuvenate the drinker without adding calories during the intake.

CREATED A COOL DESIGN LANGUAGE FOR THIS PREMIUM ICE CREAM BRAND - BLUE KONE
We wanted to create something that was perceived as an extension of the product – the ice cream. We chose the color Blue to represent the first half of the brand name. The cool blue tone was used to invoke a sense of cold and chill, as one would naturally associate with an ice cream. For the second half of the name i.e. Kone, we decided to use a contrasting magenta tone to create a vibrant and youthful imagery.
The two colors blended organically and carried a sense of ‘there’s more to this ice cream’. As a top up, we added a simple and easily understood illustration of the characteristic ice cream swirl, (that changes with communication indicating diversity in flavors) on top of the letter U. Together they look like a typical ice cream cone.
