What was the scope of their involvement?
ParaCore directed everything related to PPC. Their team created ads for Google and set up tracking capabilities. They made sure their efforts were integrated with our CRM. Their team didn’t leave us to figure anything out. Rather, ParaCore ensured our systems were seamless, clean, and integrated to help us not miss any leads.
Briefly, we tried Facebook Ads. They tested initiatives on the platform to see if we could gain traction. Typically, it’s not a strategy that works well in our industry and didn’t return results.
What is the team composition?
I worked with the owner, Adam (President and Founder, ParaCore). For a good period of time, Giancarlo (Senior Account Manager, ParaCore) was our main point of contact. Toward the end, we worked with another account manager.
How did you come to work with ParaCore?
Prior to working with them, I stumbled my way around the industry for a few years. I’d engaged with other companies but had a relationship with the owner of ParaCore. I expressed frustrations with our past providers and asked if he’d be willing to take on this project, knowing that it was a newer space for them.
