For what projects/services did your company hire Panfila Global Solutions?
We did not have a website for our business until we discover the need of tracking and tracing facilities for the shipments we move from our clients. We found Panfila Global Solutions from Google Search and hired for our project.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We wanted someone to understand our needs and our business model. We collected some 6 quotes from different web development companies in Chennai and we found Panfila Global Solutions' quote was quite competitive and affordable.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
After 2 zoom meetings with Panfila Global Solutions we provided them with required content and graphics for our website. They took 3 days to get back to us with a draft version of the website. Then we incorporated track and trace feature on our website which took at least 1 week time. They have a client portal facility where we can easily follow up with the day to day progress which was super easy to stay up to date.
It took 15 days to complete the website and make it available for our clients.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
In total, we worked with 2 people and both of them were frontend developers as well as project managers.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Their dedicated work took our business to the next level. The website brought us more clients and increase our credibility with our clients in the market. We are making notable progress after launching our website.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Both the developers or the project managers were available all the times for any kind of clarifications or support required from them. They promptly solved our problems and kept us on time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
It was quite impressive for me to know their vast knowledge in web designing and development. They were up to date with the technology and mostly completed our project on time. They gave importance to every detail and showed us their best in classwork.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I am completely satisfied with their work. At the same time, the customization part took us 7 days time which is little longer for me.
