Book Design
Our Palette 69 team created a Book Design comprising 100+ rare wildlife species, exotic birds, and domestic animals around the world for a publishing company, AMS Garden.
We designed a 60-page coffee-table book to document farm life at AMS Garden.
We documented nature and wildlife in natural settings embodying a broad range of animals, many of which were showcased in a juxtaposed pattern in breed-wise pairings.

Video Production, VR Gaming & Posters
We collaborated in support with Bio Hazard Zone for a VR-based Indie game from India in delivering creatives.
This was one of the most exciting and enthusiastic projects we collaborated on supporting an Indie VR game. We created a short teaser outlining the story of the game: “How a group of terrorists create a virus outbreak”.
Additionally, we designed posters to build excitement, which mirrored the suspense of the game.

Design & Posters
We took the concept of “Greed” – one of the seven sins, and created artwork and a overall poster.
The artwork depicts ants eating a lizard. A way to term it is ‘Survival of the fittest’. However, we looked at from a different angle – the ants were not simply eating, but feasting on the lizard.
The concept of ‘hunger’ drives the force of aspect and perspective. Our designs are iterations for a potential ‘Art Exhibition’.

UI/UX Design
We worked on the UX and UI design for Hiring Pad – a recruitment solution company.
One of the most challenging things recruitment firms deal with is Human Resources. Bridging one person to another is the most difficult task.
There’s a lot of uncertainty and lots of parameters to take decisions like hiring; ranking niche skills; managing open positions, etc.
At Palette69, we focus majorly on the user-centric design approach.
Considering our behaviour science advantage, we seized the dashboard design project and created simplified UX with ease of navigation.
This reciprocated the main motive of Hiring Pad – accessible dashboard for candidates and advanced tools for the company to monitor and refine the hiring process. The key here is ensuring accountability and enhancing reliability on candidates.
Visuals below represent our work processes and glimpses of the overall output.

Motion Graphic Video
We created a Motion Graphic video for one of the world’s largest online money transfer services.
We started with script building explaining the needs & wants of the brand in the video. On receiving the script approval from the World Remittance Team, we gave them a few voice-over samples to select from. As a prerequisite for final video production, a storyboard was created. After multiple iterations to set the video content, we proceeded on music production, refinement, and final editing before it went live.

Branding and Logo
Our team at Palette 69 worked on branding and identity design for Intartica, a modern interior design and execution company based in India.
We applied a non-traditional approach by avoiding the repeated “home” icon but preserving the aesthetics of interior design and development while working on the logo. The chosen colors for the brand enabled us to achieve gender-neutral communications and give the brand a regal character. The darker colors demonstrate intelligence and authority which strengthens the customers’ belief in the brand.

Introduce your business and what you do there
I am a production systems lead at a life sciences company.
What challenges were you trying to address with Palette69?
We were looking to visually document what we do in our factories so that any person joining our organization in any corner of the world could be introduced to the company and what it is that we do in our factories in India. They have prepared a series of videos and conducted several photoshoots to deliver materials that we would use as a part of our transformation process in conjunction with another document and final report that they delivered.
What was the scope of their involvement?
First, we introduced them to our plants to show them what exactly we were aiming to capture while acquainting them with our processes and machinery. After that, we introduced them to our team leads. From there, they've filmed videos, conducted photoshoots, and prepared documents.
What was the team composition?
Six members of their team have been involved with the filming process, and three or four other members of their team have helped create the documents. We've even worked directly with the founders of the company.
How did you come to work with Palette69?
As an organization, we have experience working with many service providers on projects similar to this one. However, for this particular project, we were looking for a company that was cost-effective and had experience relevant to the specificities of this engagement. We didn't find that among the other companies we had previously worked with.
A contact put me in touch with Palette69. They met all of the requirements we had in mind, provided us with great ideas of their own, and met our budget needs. We decided that they were the best choice for us.
How much have you invested in them?
We've spent between $20,000–$25,000 with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We've worked together since August 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They're great. If I had to rate them from 1 to 10, I would give them an 11.
How did Palette69 perform from a project management standpoint?
Their team has done very well. They're very clear about their milestones and check in with us regularly for coordination purposes. They're also flexible with our schedules and needs but have made sure that we stay on top of all deliveries. We are a very busy organization so they've taken it upon themselves to keep us updated and to ask us for our feedback to close all milestones and deliveries. We communicate mostly via phone calls, emails, and Whatsapp.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They've really become a partner to us rather than just a service provider. They're clearly invested in the success of our projects together. They keep everything simple and are committed to ensuring our work is successful.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It’d be great if they could offer a kind of package of all services they provide. At first, we were not sure of all the services they cover. They ended up covering a lot more than we expected, so I'm sure it would benefit their business to represent all they can do from early on in engagements.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Work with them.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and director of Optima Europe which is a recruitment company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Palette69?
The challenge we were facing was market positioning. We wanted to have a bit more exposure to our prospects, so we hired Palette69.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We asked Palette69 to do an animated video explainer for our business. They provided the video file for us to upload on our website, social media pages, and YouTube channel.
We had a discovery call where Palette69 helped me formulate ideas. We did a lot of brainstorming online and built storyboards together. They handled the designs, color scheme, and all other creative aspects, and presented these to us.
We talked about a 60-second length initially, but the final video was 78 seconds long. They did a second animated video for us, which was a 50-second long summary of our first five years as a business.
What is the team composition?
There were 3–4 people from Palette69 involved, including a project lead, a designer, and someone on the commercial side of things.
How did you come to work with Palette69?
I found them through a contact.
What is the status of this engagement?
The first video was done between September–November 2015.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We received excellent feedback from our clients and network. We ended up referring them to a financial company because they liked the video Palette69 did for us.
How did Palette69 perform from a project management standpoint?
We had email exchanges and frequent video calls to build the concept together. We also had Skype calls at that time. They were patient and very open. There were no issues.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re very committed and they deliver what they had promised.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Anyone can improve on creativity, building storyboards, and building the explainer concept.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Clients should be clear on their expectations.
Exceeding all expectations and remaining flexible, Palette69 has performed well. Their team is clear and proactive when communicating, which has helped their extremely busy client stay on track throughout the engagement. The partners communicate via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
