Bay National Title Company
Bay National Title Company is a national title agency that had no marketing plan and an outdated website that wasn't responsive or optimized. Our team cleaned up their branding with a fresh and attractive color scheme and chose a minimalist layout for the website. A brand experience map was created to align their marketing goals which helped get all of their employees on the same page and increased their review ratings. Leads were gathered and conversions were increased with the addition of landing pages, ebooks, pop-ups and call to actions.
A photography session was planned to show off BNTC's employees and their awesome office space and connect their users better to the brand. The re-branding also included all of their sales sheets and documents, e-mail signatures, presentation layouts and banner displays for their company events. Bay National Title was now ready to seriously compete with others in their industry with a consistent, sleek and recognizable brand.
A year after launching the website, BNTC achieved Inc 5000 status as an industry leader. Their website was seeing an increase in traffic and a lower bounce rate. To keep up with the new pace of business, they also hired 50 new employees and opened an additional 9 offices. They continue their efforts to grow and expand by continuously blogging, staying relevant on social media and holding events multiple times a month.

Marketing, Web Dev & Branding for Plumbing Services Company
“Oyova has been a great partner in all aspects, and they offer affordable prices.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a licensed plumber and the owner of Sewer Drains & More Inc., a plumbing services company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Oyova?
I needed help marketing my website because it wasn’t appearing on Google searches.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Oyova first helped me set up my Google Business account, which they’ve been managing since. They also rebuilt my website from scratch and set up everything to make it clearer to people what my business was about. Additionally, they designed my logo; I only gave them the idea, and they were in charge of everything else. Since then, they’ve been helping me market my site on Google.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with 3–4 people from Oyova.
How did you come to work with Oyova?
I had used Oyova before, and they were great.
How much have you invested with them?
I’ve spent about $5,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around the beginning of 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website that Oyova created for me is a big improvement compared to my former website — I would rate their job a 10/10.
How did Oyova perform from a project management standpoint?
Oyova’s project management is great. We communicate via email and text messages, and they reply very fast whenever I get in touch with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Oyova has been a great partner in all aspects, and they offer affordable prices.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Communication is key. Explain what you want and how you want it, and Oyova will deliver that for you.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CIO of a TV distributor in the US, and we primarily work with healthcare facilities and hotels. We also sell patient education software to hospitals.
What challenge were you trying to address with Oyova?
We needed help in adding features to our software.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Oyova added components to our software that allow our office staff to set up new customers instead of turning that task over to our development team. We plan on adding more functionalities on top of what they’ve already delivered for us, so we’re continuing our relationship with them.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with Beth (Account Manager), Daniel (Lead Technology Specialist), and David (CEO).
How did you come to work with Oyova?
A business consultancy we hired introduced them to us. After our introduction, we liked what they had to offer and their staff’s personality, so we started doing business with them.
How much have you invested with them?
At this point, we’ve spent around $25,000. We expect to pay them more as we build out the product.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2021, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Thanks to Ovoya, we’re saving development expenses, and our resource load has significantly decreased. Our office staff can now do tasks that our developers used to do.
How did Oyova perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been great at project management. They keep us up to date on what’s going on, and they communicate any questions so we can clarify the requirements back to them.
We’ve originally communicated through Slack, but we’re transitioning to Microsoft Teams. We’re doing that because Microsoft Teams is certified for medical communications.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Oyova is a perfectly-sized company where you don’t deal with too much overhead. They have very smart and capable developers on different platforms.
Often, when you deal with large software vendors, there’s a lot of overhead you have to deal with to get the product done, and you don’t always get what you’re expecting. Oyova makes the process simple — they’re very easy to work with. They’re a small, concise, and well-run company that can do what we need them to do.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything. They’ve performed very well and did what we asked them to do.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
They’re pretty much self-explanatory when you meet them. Their owner has good communication skills, and they can express themselves very well.

Website Redesign, SEO & Marketing for Special Needs School

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the head of Pace Brantley School in Longwood, Florida. We’re a nonprofit school for people with learning disabilities.
What challenge were you trying to address with Oyova?
We wanted to increase our visibility on online searches and make our website more visually consistent. Moreover, the engagement had a marketing component for us to increase our enrollment rate. Ultimately, our school also worked with Oyova to kick off a capital campaign that we wanted to establish before the COVID-19 pandemic.
What was the scope of their involvement?
I initially met with Jon (President & CRO), who wanted to know more about the school. We had a Zoom meeting and talked about our website. The two of us then went over things as he gave recommendations based on their areas of expertise. Based on that conversation, Jon set up an outline review meeting where I met several of their staff. They asked questions and we went back and forth around the information I could provide.
Then, we had another meeting where we discussed more details of what we wanted to accomplish. Jon went over our agreement, and I invited some of our team members to join us to ensure that each person working on our website was able to get the necessary information.
At present, Oyova continues to be in contact with the person in charge of our website as they implement simple updates. So far, they’ve started redesigning the website and cleaning it. The team is also updating our event calendar for this project. On top of that, we’ve worked closely with Oyova resources for SEO, keyword research, and digital marketing.
What is the team composition?
Apart from Jon, we also work with Beth (Account Manager), Ryan (Director of Operations), and Eric (Programmer).
How did you come to work with Oyova?
Our technology provider’s owner recommended Oyova when I talked to them about how we needed to update our website and do some rebranding campaigns. Things were changing, and our group was evolving as we adopted a more wrap-around approach to the students and their families. I told our tech provider that we needed a company that was willing to work with a small nonprofit that didn’t have a ginormous budget. They heard our story and recommended Oyova to us. From there, I had a conversation with Jon, and our engagement with Oyova started.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested over $25,000 — they’ve given us a significant amount of discount since we’re a nonprofit school.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in August 2021, and the partnership is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
My team’s feedback on the website has been good even though it’s not yet finished — it’s clean and visually consistent. Oyova has changed its background and headings; it’s uncluttered and super easy to navigate. Moreover, I’m not an expert at such projects, but I’ve learned so much just by going through the process with them. They’ve also been so patient with us; I can’t ask for anything more.
How did Oyova perform from a project management standpoint?
Oyova’s project management is perfect. The team responds immediately to us every time we call or email them. To communicate, we mainly used emails, phone calls, and video chats. We have open conversations with them, and they truly want to know more about our needs. That way, when they work on our website, they represent us accurately. Likewise, my meetings with their staff have been phenomenal. They ask great questions and give great feedback.
What did you find most impressive about them?
There are two impressive things about Oyova: they’re willing to embrace our mission and vision, and they help our website define those things for the people who are viewing it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. They know what they’re doing, and they’re phenomenal at it.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Do it; go with them. Oyova is a company of high integrity, and they’re passionate about what they do. The team is kind, and they listen to you because they truly want to embrace your requests.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president of Space Coast Therapy Dogs, a nonprofit organization. We provide our therapy dogs to nursing homes, senior centers, assisted living facilities, and libraries for kids. Overall, we share them with people who need comforting.
What challenge were you trying to address with Oyova?
We wanted to build a new, updated website for our organization. Our former website was outdated and very basic, so we wanted to spruce it up.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Oyova helped us built our new website. I wrote most of the content for it, but they added our animals’ pictures along with a text. They also taught me how to get into the website’s backend to make updates and upload new content. Additionally, they created a video tutorial to help me learn how to manipulate it and edit it further if needed.
What is the team composition?
Beth (Account Manager) was our main point of contact, and Ryan (Director of Operations) was the technical lead.
How did you come to work with Oyova?
We heard about Oyova because they had worked on a project for the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse Committee, and one of our members was also a member of that group. We contacted them and told them that we were also a nonprofit organization looking to rebuild their website.
How much have you invested with them?
They charged us $3,000, considering that we were a nonprofit organization. Normally, this project would have cost over $6,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We contacted Oyova in the summer of 2020, and we started working together in September 2020. They hoped to get it done by December 2020, but they delivered until April 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our website turned out to be very nice, and everyone in our company was very pleased with it. Thanks to the training that they provided me, I can now edit its content and upload documents, something that I hadn’t done before. Now, I’m training my secretary to do the same so that we’re two people who can make edits if necessary.
How did Oyova perform from a project management standpoint?
Oyova was very responsive and supportive, so I would give them a high rating in this regard. One time, we had a problem with a couple of our email addresses not working, but Oyova went to a different group to help us redo our email routing and solve the problem. Now, it is working great.
Beth was also excellent. She got back to me within 1–2 days after sending her an email with a request. Whenever we needed technical help, we had Zoom meetings with their technical staff, including Ryan. On occasions, he controlled my computer to show us how to manipulate the site and add what we wanted.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Ryan was very technically knowledgeable. I watched him work, and he was very nimble on the computer. He also had sharp web development capabilities.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only downside of our engagement was that the project stretched out from December to April, but I believe it was due to the size of their organization. We were one of their smaller clients, and they were working hard on other projects.
We had a whole month where we didn’t hear from them, but I didn’t push it. When we finally started asking about the launch date, they kept postponing it. Finally, we went live in April, which is where we found the email issues.
Ours was not a complex or big website, but it took them seven months, which was long. I don’t know the other projects they were working on, but this was the only aspect that could have been improved.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Oyova does a great job, and they’re very responsive, so I would recommend you work with them. I’ve already recommended them to someone.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an administrator at a damage control company. We provide emergency restoration and cleanup services for fire, water, and storm damage.
What challenge were you trying to address with Oyova?
We needed help maintaining our website and application.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Oyova provides support and updates to the dispatch app we use for our business. A third-party developer created the application, but I call them whenever there’s a problem, and they fix it immediately. They also handled a massive data upload to our app; the information we had wasn’t correct nor updated, and they renewed that for us.
What is the team composition?
We mainly work with Beth and Daniel.
How did you come to work with Oyova?
They’ve been working in other departments of our company for several years, and I started working with them myself.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $56,000 with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since November 2013, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our experience with them has always been positive. They’ve saved me about 60 hours worth of work through the massive data upload assistance they deliver for me.
How did Oyova perform from a project management standpoint?
They perform extremely well in that area; whenever a problem with our platforms arises, they solve it promptly. We use phone calls, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and email to communicate in terms of communication.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their responsiveness is what distinguishes them from others.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they deliver what needs to be done.
Any advice for potential customers?
Communication is key — be clear with your requirements.

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a senior IT project manager at SkyeTec, an inspection services company for new construction.
What challenge were you trying to address with Oyova?
We needed their team to develop a mobile application for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our field inspectors needed to have access to a more mobile-friendly platform. Operating this through a bulky tablet was no longer an option for us as we needed to catch up with modern technology. Oyova developed an Android-friendly mobile app for our inspectors — they took the content from our old platform and integrated new functionalities such as the inquiry and findings pages.
What is the team composition?
We worked with David (CEO) and Beth (Account Manager).
How did you come to work with Oyova?
Oyova was referred to us by a former colleague. We decided to meet their team after hearing other good reviews about their work. They had a very welcoming attitude, and we saw their excitement for our project, so hiring them was an easy decision to make.
How much have you invested with them?
The project cost us between $50,000–$70,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project ran from May 2019–May 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Oyova kept us updated with the metrics they met for each phase of the project, and our team was consistently satisfied with those. They had an orderly approach that allowed them to streamline all operations and deliver quality results.
How did Oyova perform from a project management standpoint?
We had regular meetings and managed the project via Teamwork. Oyova was a responsive team that catered to our requests and inquiries within a day’s time.
Are there any areas they could improve?
At the end of the project, the date for our product’s go-live kept getting pushed back, and we didn’t see enough urgency on Oyova’s end. However, this was promptly addressed when we relayed our concerns to their team.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure to allot enough time for status update calls to ensure that you’re on the same page and each phase is progressing well according to your timelines.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president of Alpha Omega Training and Compliance. We make environmental health safety work and emergency response for incidents. For example, if a trailer rolls over on the highway, we do the spill cleanup. We also do safety and environmental compliance work, and we offer industrial services for remediation of the soil.
What challenge were you trying to address with Oyova?
We wanted to get more exposure online to reach more businesses in the area.
What was the scope of their involvement?
After reviewing what we had, Oyova came in and did a presentation on what we could do. First, they revamped and improved our existing website, adding SEO content. Then, they started producing newsletters and blogs for us.
I make little promotional videos and send them to Oyova, and they put links to YouTube on the blogs. They also send me the content to review its technical accuracy. Additionally, they help us track the visitors to our site and the calls that come in. Additionally, they’ve produced promotional collateral.
What is the team composition?
I work directly with two people from Oyova, whom I talk to every other week to have an update. However, I know that 3–4 other people are working for us in the background.
How did you come to work with Oyova?
Oyova was a referral from another person that was familiar to them. They came over, introduced themselves, and explained who they were and what they could do. We liked their pitch, and their price was pretty reasonable, so we went with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $10,000–$15,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working around May 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website is easier on the eyes and flows better, and we’re having more customers come in and fill the form requesting more information. There’s definitely been an increase in our website’s traffic, as well as a significant increase in the number of leads to potential clients.
How did Oyova perform from a project management standpoint?
Oyova’s team is very responsive and proactive. We communicate via email and phone calls, and our every-other-week call is via Zoom. If I email or call them, they’re very quick to respond to our requests and questions.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Oyova’s responsiveness distinguishes them from other providers. They don’t lack new ideas to try and get us severe exposure; they always strive to expose us more and look for new ways to improve.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There have been slight delays. For example, If we want a pamphlet, we go to the manager, and the manager forwards the information to the correspondent team, causing the delay. I understand that they don’t want clients contacting their technical teams directly, but the time of going through that process could improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust that they know what they’re doing, trust their ideas and thoughts, and let them roll with it — they’re the professionals.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the product marketing manager of Bacharach.
What challenge were you trying to address with Oyova?
Our website is on WordPress, and one of our plugins was bringing in a lot of spam. We tried adding antispam plugins to counteract it but were still getting the spam through. Essentially, our team reached out to Oyova to see if they could come up with some custom code to stop the spam and fix the plugin.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Oyova built a code that fixed some of the plugin’s script so that the spam didn’t get added to our site.
What is the team composition?
There were 3–4 individuals on the team. At the beginning of the engagement, I was in contact with their CEO. Then, I was handed off to our account manager.
How did you come to work with Oyova?
When we were trying to work out how to reduce all of the spam, one of the links we happened upon was a plugin created by Oyova. I got in touch with them because they had worked with this sort of issue before.
How much have you invested with them?
We invested under $1,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The engagement happened over the course of two weeks in April 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Everything is resolved now. There’s no more spam coming through the plugin. If we need any more support, we’ll definitely engage with them again.
How did Oyova perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management was perfect. Our account manager made sure we were always informed. Oyova delivered a bit sooner than we expected so we were very pleased. We mostly communicated through Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They really understood where we were coming from and what the issue was. Their team grasped that right from the very start.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There were a couple of issues at the beginning where they misunderstood what I was trying to achieve. However, we ironed it out later on so everything worked out. Establishing those key issues from the start would be beneficial.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
We had a very niche situation, so definitely get in touch with Oyova if you have a similar need.

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
TSG Realty is a property management company in North Florida. We manage commercial real estate.
What challenge were you trying to address with Oyova?
We have a website to provide our potential clients and partners with information about our business. It shows them the scope of our business in terms of what we do and what we’re involved in. We work with Oyova to help us with the maintenance and operation of our site.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Oyova helps us maintain and keep running our site the right way. They’ve done some modifications to our site, and they've helped us change the hosting system. We’ve had them update and fix aspects of the site, as well as do some other changes to the content and the media.
We used a different vendor to create the site because I didn’t know them at the time. There were many aspects of it that needed back and frontend improvements, and Oyova's team has done all that. If I were creating a new website, I would hire them again.
Oyova has also helped us with a little bit of SEO, reconfiguring some of that part. However, as we’re not a customer-facing business, our goal isn’t to market widely. We haven't invested a lot in SEO work with them because it’s not critical for us to appear on top of search results.
What is the team composition?
We work mainly with two people. Our main point of contact is Beth (Account Manager). She’s the main person that we talk to, and the one that facilitates what the staff and the engineers are working on. She’s extremely friendly, professional, and responsive — she’s excellent and does a great job.
How did you come to work with Oyova?
Someone recommended them, but I can’t remember who. Based on this person’s recommendation, I reached out to them. I’ve always felt good about this partnership since then.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $20,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around the first quarter of 2017, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve got a lot of positive feedback from the people that work with us. They think that our website looks good overall and that it’s maintained up to date. We’ve also got feedback about the performance of the site. Oyova recommended we use a different host provider, and it really sped up the site. We do get comments about it —we feel really good about our site.
They've always been an excellent, responsive, and professional vendor for us. They've done a great job, and they’re wonderful people to work with.
How did Oyova perform from a project management standpoint?
Oyova performs really well. They work really promptly and always meet deadlines. They also have great communication, which is definitely a strength. We communicate mainly through email and sometimes through phone calls. I’m sure they could offer more project management tools if I asked for it, but for me, email is fine.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Oyova’s most impressive qualities are their reliability, confidence, and professionalism. They’re a really professional vendor and make me feel that, when we’re interacting with them, they’re definitely going to get back to us, take us seriously, and complete the task promptly. They’re great vendors, and we’re very pleased with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
According to my experience, I have zero complaints — it has been a very positive relationship.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
There’s nothing special I would recommend to a company to work with Oyova. As with any other relationship, you need to have clarity of communication and detailed expectations. This is a responsive and professional company that doesn’t need micromanaging.

Website Redesign for Rural Internet Provider
"They are refreshingly fun to work with, while being very on top of things."
the reviewer
the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the General Manager of a company that provides internet services to mostly rural communities.
For what projects/services did your company hire Oyova, and what were your goals?
We hired Oyova to assist us in redesigning and rebranding our website. We were looking to freshen things up, some help with organizing the flow of the website to better tell our story, and to also assist with back end clean up of products and systems.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
A prior team that we used were non responsive, did not accurately help with resolving issues, and often found we had to follow up several times to get something done to completion. So when we decided to begin looking for a new team that better fit our company's culture, we also were looking for a team that would provide more professional and be more timely. We have not been disappointed with the professionalism and speed of the Oyova team once!
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We have had several team meetings for creative design concepts, including wireframes and examples of how the website will look; zoom meetings and discussions centered around the story we want to tell; and we consistently have updates emailed to us regarding the status of projects, our retainer, and anything else we ask for.
The team is incredible thorough and always is well prepared for meetings, coming not only with concepts and great questions to make us think of things that we may not have considered otherwise, but also to talk solutions so that there are actionable items in place to keep the ball rolling.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We have two project managers - one that focuses on the creative aspect and drives design concepts, another that has been on top of back end development and clean up. We also have a third team member that assists with booking meetings, keeping track of deliverables, and is our go to for communication on current developments.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
At this time we are still in the early states of the website redesign. However, they have been incredibly prompt (within 24 hours) of executing changes on website terminology, we have already upgraded and cleaned up internal applications to streamline changes, and we also have upgraded our customer communication platform to assist in making customer marketing communications easier. We have only been actively on the project and began discussions on this project in April.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We use email, Zoom, and other similar video conferencing tools in order to communicate and stay up to date. As mentioned, the team is always prepared to lead discussions and meetings are very productive.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are refreshingly fun to work with, while being very on top of things. Their communication style is very personable and professional! I also admire that we never have to dig for answers. When something comes up, we not only get a solution but a thorough explanation for the problem so we know why something happened, and how the fix will keep it from happening again. This team is very experienced and knowledgable in what they do!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
