Oyelabs design and develop custom website and app for form . We started with deciding upon the features that recently wanted and design elements that made it efficient to use. They gave us the workflows and designs before starting the development to give us an idea . The project is currently ongoing but we have made good progress in the project.

We worked with one project manager ,who was there throughout the entire process overseeing everything and making sure we were on time and budget. We also with a ki designer and to developers and a QA person.

The product that oyelabs helped us to develop speaks for itself and we are very satisfied with the current progress

WhatsApp was the main channel through which we communicated. A WhatsApp group was created with our team and oyelabs team. Ashmeet was always there to keep us up to date with the progress and trello was used for project management.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to solve complex problem using technology is the most impressive thing about royal apps. and Their efficiency has impressed us, and they are technically strong.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only improvement I think is in the team size, the projects can be finished a bit faster but we are completely satisfied by the end product

I work at TCS in Pune. TCS and its 67 subsidiaries provide a wide range of information technology-related products and services. I work as an Assistant Engineer there.

We wanted an automatic attendance system for our company. Our company initiated work from home for all employees in 2020, hence we needed a solution to mark attendance and keep track of their productivity automatically. Our goal was to build a system that would mark attendance and count the working hours of the employees and store all the data on the cloud that could be accessed by the managers anytime.

I have known Anurag for a long time and was in contact with him. I know his work personally, he is very good at solving complex technical problems. When our company decided upon building such a system I referred Oyelabs to my manager. We shortlisted 8 agencies for the project. We had meetings with all of them and finalized to get this built from Oyelabs because they stood out with their experience in building custom software.

Oyelabs designed and developed a javascript based web platform. We started with deciding upon the features that we essentially wanted and design elements that made it simple to use. They gave us the workflows and designs before starting the development.

The project took about 5 weeks to complete in which all the design and backend were built. This was completely cloud-based and we went for AWS services for that. Last two weeks were spent on removing bugs and optimizing the performance of the system. The final product enabled us to track our employee performance and automated our attendance system as well.

There were 5 team members working from Oyelabs, including 1 designer, 3 developers, and one project manager. Santosh was our project manager, he was in direct contact with my team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The attendance system has made it massively easy for the Hr team to keep track of the employees. The productivity tracking has helped our employees including me to manage our time efficiently and the privacy feature that Santosh suggested is a big help. The dashboard is very interactive and easy to understand. Through this app, we can now apply for leaves easily and the work life balance of employees has improved.

Whatsapp was the main channel through which we communicated. A WhatsApp group was created with our team and Oyelabs team. Santosh was always there to keep us up to date with the progress. And Trello was used for project management. Oyelabs team worked hard and were extremely agile when it came to any extra requirements that we asked for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to solve complex problems using technology was the most impressive thing about Oyelabs Technologies. Although it took us some extra time to build our product, it was worth the wait.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only improvement I think is in the team size, the projects can be finished a bit faster. But we are completely satisfied by the end product.

We needed a data visualization app for the ads data that we run for our clients. The process of data collection and visualization is a very time taking process for us as we run ads on different platforms the data is fragmented.

The app would help us check the progress of our campaigns in one place.

Our goal was to make it easy and efficient for our team to analyze the progress of the campaigns that we were running for our clients.

Earlier the campaign data had to be viewed on all the different platforms like Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc. This app brings all those in one place for us.

I found Oyelabs through Google search. I was looking for an app development company in Chandigarh and landed on their website. I also talked to some other agencies in Chandigarh but I went with Oyelabs for the project.

The main problem that we needed to solve is how to fetch the data from all the different platforms and make it visually easy to understand for our team.

Oyelabs team came up with the perfect solution for us and we finalized the tech and our timeline for the project in week 1. Along with this, the Design team was making a new Ui/Ux for our app. I had shared some of my design preferences with them.

It took 2 weeks to complete the design and choosing the tech stack for the final product. The next two months were spent on development and integrations with different platforms.

We saw the final app in October 1st week and the next 2 weeks were spent removing any bugs or eros.

What was the team composition?

6 team members are working on the project. We have one designer, 4 developers, and Anurag as our project manager.

The app has enabled our team to track the performance of all the campaigns that we run. It has become extremely convenient for us to show the results to our clients as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was flexible and easy. Whatsapp was the main medium of communicating and Trello for task management.

I contacted Anurag frequently through WhatsApp and he keeps me updated with everything that’s going on, we also have a weekly meeting with the team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team is dedicated to their work and understood my requirements very well. The final product was perfect for my team.

The timeline could have been shorter, the team size is something that they can improve upon, rest I’m happy with the product

Girlossip is a media company, we produce content for girls. Girlossip is a content-rich and women-oriented blog, suitable for all. I am the cofounder and chief editor of Girlossip.

We wanted to grow our userbase through a mobile app, and start a subscription service for our customers. Since mobile apps have gained popularity, we wanted to monetize on the trend and create a new revenue source for us.

The goals is to build a new content distribution channel and grow our audience through a mobile app. We also want to launch our subscription service to generate revenue through the app.

The project is to create a new content distribution platform for our readers and giving them a good experience while using our app. The most important thing for us is the Ui/Ux of our app.

It took us about 2 weeks to finalize the design and technology stack to be used. It was important to us that it becomes very easy to post content both on our website and mobile app, and the app design is built in lines with our website.

During the second week the development team started working on the front-end of the app. We chose to build a hybrid app with React native, this kept our costs low and gave us an advantage of early launch on both android and IOS.

The team is currently working on the backend of the app and we are expecting to launch in the March.

5 team members are working on the project. We have one designer, 3 developers and Santosh as our project manager.

So far they have delivered everything on time. The timeline we set for the project is being followed strictly. The user interface looks beautiful and we are on our way to lauch In March 2021.

The project was to launch an eCommerce for Bathroom Fittings and Fixture by Mode of Website and Mobile Applications.

To list our products online, make it easy for our vendors to describe the product to clients so they can order them easily from home. We provided them the goals and Anurag and the team had consulted us very well with the Operations and Tech stack. The website was e-commerce.

Mobile Apps were native. (Android & IOS). Also, I will receive the entrepreneur success program as I was eligible for it. begins from December 2020

Our 1st line of contact was Mr. Ashmeet. He warmly introduced us to the concept we were looking for and their technological aspects. I received my website, Apps, and the Admin Panels in the last week of November 2020 as promised by Oyelabs. The apps were tested by team Oyelabs and myself too.

They work well for now. and products have started being listed on our platform going public by mid-December The best part is the UX/Ui of the App which was designed in 2020 itself they provided be a fresh UI which is really impressive

The workflow was smooth we used WhatsApp for instant communication with our project manager Anurag Trello was used for task management. They were fast in responding and prioritized me. Communication, all in all, was easy and good.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Anurag and Ashmeet were not trying to sell anything to me, they just guided me. That was the best part of the team. Every other company was just focused on my budget range, but Oyelabs was focused on quality.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only area of improvement I suggest is to invest in marketing. you guys are hard to find on the internet. Your quality is really good, but what use if people have a hard time knowing about you.

Rolling Tigers Academy is a 15 years Old Academy, coaching children for national and international skating. We have a team of 21 people in the academy. We have given several state and national champions to India I am the assistant accountant, taking care of the financials and taxations here for almost 2 years.

To make easy of receiving coaching fee, Manage taxations, Payroll, Role managements , Business Communication and all other operations of staff management.

Goal- as we had over 700 students and only 21 employees but we did not want to increase the number of employees , we wanted to increase the per employee efficiency and a custom business operation app like Dingtalk was the solution.

The team we had interacted with Mr. Ashmeet and Mr. Anurag only. Ashmeet reached out to us and Anurag was our project Manager. We did not interact with anyone else, and it was not needed either. Ashmeet was very helpful and flexible. He helped us make informed decisions and Anurag helped us making our thing easy with his app development skills

When we received the prototype in April 2020 we were 80% close to the needed App. The Bugs and errors were removed till the next 3 months and the product was completely tested and good to use. We have been using this app now for 4 months and it helped us a lot during the Work from Home era.

All the communication was made easy with this app. We noticed increased productivity of team, reduced time on unproductive things, reduced burden on paper, saving a lot of paper and helping environment.

Moreover reduced in losses as all the financials were well recorded and the debtors and creditors were made easy to handle. My burden as an accountant has reduced a lot personally after the integration of this App

Me being the project incharge from Rolling Tigers Academy Academy. I had simple and effective communication with Anurag over phone call. No complains about it.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They understood our pain points of the operations, as we have over 700 students we had a difficult time managing Ashmeet and Anurag came up with excellent ideas and solutions, which I believe no one else would have guided us with. It gave us a sense of a responsible agency from their part.

No one is perfect, everyone has flaws but notice worth noticing. The only improvement I suggest to Oyelabs Technologies is to increase their team size to finish projects fast.
