Name of Company: Haraka Delivery Services We are a Kenyan based delivery services company. We are motorbike use. We pick and drop packages for our customers. We serve businesses , professionals and individuals. We operate from the Kenya's capital city, Nairobi. I am the Founder, Haraka Delivery Services.

2 People from the team worked with us. They are web developers.

We have received many leads for delivery jobs from our customers. They are always saying they found us online, they googled us, they checked our website. We have been able to get media interviews via website visibility.

We have received emails from our customers via the website asking for delivery services. We have managed to beat competition and emerge as a leading delivery provider, owing to our digital strategy.

The Oxygen team was able to work remotely with us. we were able to exchange emails, Whatssap messages and calls to communicate our requirements. Time Conscious - They delivered within the advised timelines.

The are a careful and patient listener- As a service buyer who is not tech savy, i did not know some technology terms to use, to explain what i wanted. They are super efficient. They make updates on our site as and when we request. They follow up . They consistently ask for feedback from us. They are very professional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Outstanding service. They identified with our stage of the business. We are a startup. They have been keen to see us grow. Growth is key for a startup company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are satisfied customers. We are impressed. We have actually referred Oxygen to other Startup Founders that we meet and interact with.
