I’m a holistic therapist and founder of Revive Room, a holistic treatment center.

What challenge were you trying to address with Outstand Online?

I needed someone to revamp my website. I wanted it to be something easy for consumers to find what they were looking for.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They designed and developed my website to attract my target audience. They built it from scratch using Squarespace. We’ll continue to use their services to keep the website up to date and user-friendly — they did some SEO work on the website as well.

I worked with the owner.

How did you come to work with Outstand Online?

From the get-go, I found them to be helpful as they went out of their way to help me get what I wanted. Before I started a contract, they were more than willing to discuss it with me and do a little research. In comparison to other companies I was in touch with, the communication was better. They were quick to respond.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March–October 2020, and I’m still using them to help with changes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of their work has been good. If I’ve not liked something, they would try and adapt and work around what my expectations and desires were. If I’m not direct with my vision, it makes the process a little more challenging, but they’ve always gone above and beyond to find the perfect solution. All the different features they implemented on the website, have made it more accessible and easy for people to do things themselves rather than asking me directly — it’s user-friendly.

How did Outstand Online perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated via email, Upwork, and sometimes Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I had confidence that whatever I wanted, they’d find a solution. Even if it can’t be done, they’d figure a way around it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes it’s easier to pick up the phone and have a discussion rather than always emailing it. That’s the only thing I would have changed, but it’s not their fault. It’s just because I’m in the UK and they’re in the U.S.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’m still using them and I’m confident in the service they provide. I would recommend them to a friend or a colleague who may need a similar service.

I am the Innkeeper/Owner of a 13 room historic Inn located on Cape Cod, MA in the USA.

For what projects/services did your company hire Outstand Online?

I needed a new mobile friendly website that would deliver more direct bookings. Additionally, we needed to major SEO enhancements.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I interviewed four hospitality marketing companies before deciding to work with Outstand Online. I liked their fresh and creative approach to web design for both our mobile and on-line site. Their pricing was excellent. Their SEO knowledge and professional, friendly team sealed the deal.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

I prepared an outline for page development and a rough layout, and received a few design layouts within a week. From there I started providing copy and photos and the website build behind the scenes began. We worked on one section at a time until it was complete. It was great fun to see the pages come to life!

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked exclusively with one project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am already seeing in increase in direct bookings as a result of the new mobile friendly website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We met weekly via zoom to review the project status and this kept us on task. I provided updates and edits throughout that were always addressed immediately. The time difference was a non issue.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very knowledgeable, creative, and fun to work with. I felt like my project was in very good hands at all times and I was not disappointed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I honestly can't think of anything. Overall it was a great experience to work with them.

I am the owner of Aventine Home Inspections LLC. My company is a full scale home inspection company serving the majority of Massachusetts.

We hired Resim and his team to take our website to the next level. Outstand completed the task and more!

The scope of the work was to take my existing website and make it stand out as an online presence. Outstand was detailed oriented and a great communicator.
