I am the co-founder of Mitingu, a software company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Otium Concierge?
We hired Otium Concierge to support our administrative processes.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Otium Concierge manages our day-to-day back-office processes. Their team is in charge of maintaining our bookkeeping, which involves recording entries in Xero. Otium Concierge also implements administrative processes, including our tax and filing processes.
Otium Concierge's team also supports our marketing efforts. They guarantee that our marketing emails are sent out on time. Their team also ensures any responses to those emails are passed along to the correct in-house teammate.

Thanks to Otium Concierge's work, my team can focus on our core business services rather than managing the administrative side of the business. We don't have any specific metrics because it's an ongoing partnership, but Otium Concierge keeps our company organized and improves efficiency. Their bookkeeping is accurate and their team is proficient and knowledgeable, partially because they have clients across many business sectors.
How did Otium Concierge perform from a project management standpoint?
Otium Concierge has good project management; they meet all our deadlines. They utilize our Basecamp account to manage client projects and store our administrative processes. Basecamp gives us a complete snapshot of what Otium Concierge's team is working on and what they've completed. Otium Concierge's team is very responsive, unlike some larger concierge businesses. They're easily contactable via phone calls, emails, or their website.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We've worked with other firms in the past, but they let us down, which created even more work for my team. I don't have to worry about that with Otium Concierge. Their reliability and accuracy make them stand out from their competitors; their team doesn't make mistakes.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Otium Concierge is growing and needs to maintain their high level of service to continue to outshine their competitors.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I'd advise future customers to provide Otium Concierge with a clear brief and expectations upfront. If Otium Concierge's team knows what the customers want, they'll deliver.
