In fact we wouldn't have believed the pace had it been an unknown agency - and knowing Origin we were eager to engage.

UX audit was outstanding. Client we presented to truly appreciated the thinking and insights. And the presentation of the audit report itself stood out and we are on a strong position to get more work from the client.

They had a rapid, agile, and iterative approach so it was very easy to give feedback and they turnaround quickly and effectively

UX observations were outstanding Very easy to share feedback and get super quick turnaround Very little time spent on briefing them , Applied smart UX copywriting also

Whole project executed in Canva - client is now seeking ppt version and needs extra effort. We re educating the client to switch over

I’m the general manager of a farming service and equipment company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Originux?

We had received customer feedback saying that the UI/UX of our app wasn’t up to the mark. We needed to improve that, so we hired Originux.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our mobile application was being developed by another vendor, and Originux took care of the UI/UX. We gave them our brand guidelines and they took the time to understand it along with the app’s functionalities. Their team then came back to us with design suggestions, which we iterated into prototypes and eventually converted into documents for the developer to implement using React Native.

We have just launched the app and so far, we have not come across any bugs or encountered any crashes. I’m completely satisfied with their work. They’ve exceeded my expectations.

Their project management is exceptionally good. We communicate via Zoom and email.

They have a great understanding of what makes a good UX, and they’re able to differentiate that based on their client’s needs.

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

The most important element is the initial briefing. It will be helpful if you provide them with your pain points and personally involve them with your stakeholders.

Their documentation was detailed and helpful for our developers to pick on. Now we like our site better with these changes and outcome is also been very systematic in terms of lead flow

The project manager was easy to communicate and is a very knowledgeable person and provided very frequent updates. We had weekly meetings, whatsapp chat and she was so professionaly handling all.

Their vast knowledge about website design, UX, and optimization were the key factors to our successful project. They are also very collaborative so works very well for us

Things could always been done faster, but quality is more important so i am okay with this approach.
