We requested that the ad server include the functionality to oversee an exhaustive list of advertising services: PPC, pay-per-impression, rich media—including text, video, and mobile ad formats, geo-targeting, keyword targeting, and mobile targeting among several others. The server needed to be available in multiple languages and have detailed features for planning, tracking, and reporting.

OrbitSoft dedicates one project manager, five developers, one QA technician, and one system administrator to our project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

In our first year, we achieved a profit increase of twentyfold in six months and managed to serve 3 billion ad impressions per month. We increased the number of advertisers in the system to more than 1,100. Eighty percent of those advertisers opted to manage their own ad campaigns, allowing Traffic Force to free up half of our sales management team to implement new growth strategies.

As a result of this rapid and successful growth, we were nominated for a company of the year award within our industry in the second year of our partnership. Over time, we’ve exceeded our impressions per month goals and made significant additions to the ad server system—including a new interface for a campaigns creator, system reports, new ad formats, and a graphing function that displays up to eight different parameters at different time intervals on the same display.

We’d negotiated with several companies that offered different approaches. Out of all of them, OrbitSoft offered the most reasonable price and timeframes, which met our expectations perfectly.

OrbitSoft implemented their OrbitSoft Ad Server solution, transferring all of the legacy features and information from our previous system into the new one. The process took about two months and spanned our customer balances, campaigns, advertisements, and keywords.

The team then developed a fail-safe system that could switch over from a failover server to a standby server, which ensured that we had the highest data security. Their designers refreshed our website’s look and incorporated the latest UX/UI trends before finally setting up our servers to ensure efficient use of our platform.

Based on its settings, the bot can either hold the position until the profit target is reached or execute a stop-loss order. It can also send notifications through our website or through Telegram.

Our platform also works with targeted advertising networks, displaying ads on sites that we know audiences visit and trust. Advertisers can analyze their campaign performance, adjust for continuous improvement, and define how and when to spend their budget. Additionally, they can view ads, placements, budgets, and data on their unified dashboard.

We had a project manager, three backend developers, a frontend developer, a QA engineer, and a DevOps engineer.

This platform is a scalable, high-loaded, fault-tolerant solution that helps us grow without significant cost. Along with increased interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, we have observed many companies conducting initial coin offers and blockchain technology developers promoting their services. Our new platform provided access to the target audience, helping us build a reputation as a reliable partner in the blockchain field.

Their management remained on a high level. We communicated through email, Skype chats, and conference calls. We agreed on a timeframe and knew exactly what they were doing at all times.

Adviator is a global company that helps increase ad revenue for mobile developers and maximize advertiser campaigns. With simple and effective tools for advertising within Android and iPhone applications, our platform allows advertisers to use innovative formats that allow direct monetization through a network of mobile operators. For what projects/services did your company hire OrbitSoft?

We approached OrbitSoft to help us build our own platform for displaying ads in mobile apps. We planned to create a new advertising network for mobile application developers and advertisers up and running within six months. Our long-term plans assumed a constant expansion in both size and functionality of the platform during operation.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a ready, scalable mobile ads platform that would work with our monitoring system and an existing helpdesk system.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We worked with them previously, so we didn't have any specific process for vendor selection for this project. We met with them to discuss the project, and they started to work on it.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They developed the mobile ads platform from scratch, with all the necessary features. Those features included statistics, account management, campaign management, and reporting systems. They did a lot of custom programming to make sure the platform was compatible with our existing systems. They started with some of their proprietary mobile software, to which they added modules to meet our needs. They added Cassandra to store statistics on user actions, OpsView to monitor performance, and FreshDesk as a user support system. They installed the overall system on a production server 4 and did all the staging in server 3.

Particular attention went to fault tolerances, backup, and recovery protocols. The system came with an SDK for Windows, and they implemented additional SDKs for Android and iOS. They also added new ad formats, another statistical reporting system, and new anti-fraud protections to keep pace with the market.

The team for this project included a project manager, three developers, a QA engineer, and a system administrator.

Ad impressions increased every day, and the system served more than 75 million impressions per month. More than a hundred advertisers logged in, and over the course of three years, active installations exceeded 15 million. Now, the operating system comes preinstalled on all the branded phones from a major company in Russia's mobile advertising market.

We use email, Skype chat, and phone calls, and we use Teamwork for task tracking. They provide good project management and their communication is always at a high level.

Their professionalism, team work, experience, skills, and communication are all impressive.

As our long-term partner, we have only good things to say about them. There is always room for improvement, but those improvements are all minor and not particularly impactful.
