The project included conducting an assessment of our company's marketing efforts to identify their effect on revenue generation. This involved discussion and in-depth analysis of existing  marketing strategies, with a keen focus on their revenue impact. The ultimate goal was to enhance our understanding of the return on investment for various marketing efforts, enabling us to optimize strategies for maximum revenue growth.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We learned what part of the sales funnel to focus marketing on to have the highest impact, how to set and schedule realistic campaign goals for our team, and gained needed direction on specific projects through weekly strategy sessions with other founders who share a similar cultural fit and hands-on role in marketing, which were expertly facilitated by Lucas, the CEO at Orange Pegs with support from his team. 

I've learned a ton and would highly recommend Lucas. They are really knowledgeable and have the data to back them up, which made a different for me.
