I’m the CEO of Moneual Polska, an e-commerce company that has vacuum robots on the market in Poland.

What challenge were you trying to address with Orange Juice?

We needed some digital marketing services so we hired Orange Juice.

Orange Juice provided marketing strategy support on Facebook, as well as created content on our Facebook page. They also ran advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google.

While at my previous job, I’d heard about them and did some training with Krzysztof. I liked that they were located in the same city, making it easier to meet in person to discuss my company, strategy, and what they could do for us.

We worked together from March–December 2020.

We’ve gotten many likes on our Facebook page. We’ve also seen an increase in brand awareness and popularity, along with a growth in sales.

They were always available and responsive throughout the work. We communicated via phone, and used Google tools, such as spreadsheets, for reports.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were creative and came up with good strategies that had positive results for our business.

No, there’s nothing they could have done better.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a part of a marketing team in KABAK and my main task, from the very beginning when I’ve joined the company, is to make KABAK more recognizable brand and empowerment its position on the e-commerce market.

KABAK is a sustainable brand what offers fashion and home accessories. All of our products are eco-friendly and vegan. In KABAK we believe that we are what we buy, that’s why our products bring joy to both our clients and Earth.

For what projects/services did your company hire Orange Juice?

We were looking for a new online sales opportunities for our company. KABAK was one of the strongest eco-friendly brand on polish market in stationary sale, but when the global pandemic came we had to switch to the online market, which wasn’t our strongest asset.

That’s why we hired Orange Juice to help us with an implementation of our company in e-commerce market. From the very beginning the Orange Juice is mostly responsible for our Google activity (i.a. google ads), advertisement strategy and increasing our online sale.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase our online sale and make KABAK a strong and more recognizable eco-friendly brand in polish e-commerce market. We wanted a colorful and aesthetic advertising campaign with a strong eco-friendly connotation. Orange Juice took our requests seriously and prepare an excellent advertising campaign plan for our company.

I was searching online for ad agencies and had a few conversations with trusted marketing specialists. I choose 5 ad agencies which I obtained from online searching and networking. I filled theirs briefs and picked up 3 final agencies to organize a meeting between them and KABAK’s team members.

In KABAK we discussed our feelings after those meetings and decided to choose Orange Juice. Orange Juice willingness' to understanding our expectactions was more satisfying than we expected. They answered every our question and explained everything with a high openness and patience.

After we selected ad agency, we had a several online meetings on which we were discussing about our company goals and brand. The Orange Juice team was highly focused on understanding our vision and expectations. As a company which work fully remotely, we had online meetings with Orange Juice anytime we wanted.

Orange Juice created for us a comprehensive paid online advertising plan which included: strategy, choosing right platforms and tools, budget recommendation, UX/UI suggestions for our online store, visual part of our ads etc.. They were reporting their work systematically and professionally.

What was the team composition?

Orange Juice selected a professional team of 3 specialist for this project and our company. We had dedicated Google Ads Specialist, Account Manager and last but not least Project Coordinator. Orange Juice was also working with their copywriters and our graphic designer when they were creating paid online ads for our company.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are more than happy with our vendor’s work. Thanks to their work we have definitely increased our online sale. The Google Ads have the most impact on our online sale right now. For example, thanks to the Orange Juice we increased our online sale in 2020 by 4-fold compared to the previous year. After initial calculations, we will be able to achieve similar results in this year as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a great contact with our Project Coordinator and Account Manager. It was easy to communicate with them, they were always open to help us and answer to our questions. We mostly contacted with them by e-mail but there were situations we had to have an ASAP call. Orange Juice team was always available for us. I was impressed how smooth and professional was the communication with our dedicated team from Orange Juice.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I can definitely say that the strongest part of Orange Juice is the willingness to understand the brand and company's expectations. As the Orange Juice said „There are no bad questions you can ask us, we are here to help you and be your partner at every level on this project. ” I don’t know any ad agency which cares more about the brand’s benefits than its own.

Are there any areas for improvement?

After almost a year of working together with Orange Juice we can say that we are satisfied with their work.

We’re a software development company that works on client projects. Our main focus is on blockchain projects connected to cryptocurrencies, fintech, and so on. We also do outsourced Python development. I’m the head of growth in the company, and my responsibility is to build marketing and sales processes and execute tactics.

We were looking for a partner that could help us with Google PPC so we could find clients in the UK for both of our verticals.

We focus on Google Ads, with search, display, and remarketing campaigns, targeting blockchain and Python development, respectively.

We wanted to see whether we could get quality leads from Google Ads, given that the market is very competitive and lead acquisition costs are high.

We’re working with two people from Orange Juice. One of them is in direct communication with me, and the other is on the technical side.

I looked online for partners with Google certificates and had interviews with 10 companies. Orange Juice had the highest possible certificates for Google Ads, they had experience in our industry, and they had competitive pricing.

Their fee is a percentage of our advertising budget, so it varies. Their fees have amounted to around $5,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Orange Juice in March 2020, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We achieved the impact that we wanted. We wanted a decent and moderately-priced way of getting leads, and the outcome was exactly as we expected.

How did Orange Juice perform from a project management standpoint?

I give them full marks for communication. They’re responsive, civil, and clear with communication. We communicate by phone, email, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their proactiveness is most impressive. If we get a new situation to solve or an unexpected problem, they’ll be proactive in offering solutions for acting on it. They don’t wait for us to tell them what to do.

No, they’ve met our expectations.

Net Complex increases the visibility of the Firebox brand by gaining new users and improves their involvement on the website by 71% along with the increase in the achievement of business goals.

We had regular wideo call with their project manager to go over progress and next step. Additionally, we communicated over email regularly and they gave us regular updates. For each step, they asked for our feedback and implement it quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their commitment to learning about our business and doing the necessary research at the start was impressive. It felt like they truly cared about our needs and wanted to help us reach our goals. Also, their creativity is remarkable - every post and material they create stands out.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

In the future, we’d like to use Asana to communicate more than email since that is what my internal team is used to.

I'm working in one of the Shared Service Centers located in Poland. I'm responsible for the external communication with the main focus on the recruitment brand.

For what projects/services did your company hire Orange Juice, and what were your goals?

As our external communication is focus mainly on the recruitment brand (targeting mainly IT specialists) we needed someone who'd take care of our online presence in the channels our potential candidates would be present.

How did you select Orange Juice and what were the deciding factors?

We have selected Orange Juice based on the offer shared by them (we asked different vendors for a similar cost estimates). Orange Juice team was the only one that answered to all of our strange questions during the review process. Their fees were clear. Additionaly they were referred to us by one of our vendors.

Our engagement started with reviewing all that we've been doing so far, creating a new action plan and adjusting "old" messaging to the new strategy. Our first project was aimed at increasing number of recruitment event participants, and the goal was to boost the registration. It was a huge success.

We work with head of user engagement, a few PPC specialists (one of them is our point of contact). I'm in contact with Head of the Digital Strategy when it's needed.

We have seen increase in the conversion rates (month to month) at the level od 8% monthly and increase in number of conversion at the level of 44%!

It's the best team I've ever worked with! Always ready to share their recommendations, answering quickly to my questions, requests and acting as a knowledge backup in a situation we had to deal with demanding stakeholders in the organization.

At the moment I mostly see flaws at my side, not their.

I am the owner of Make It Easy company. I run a publishing business. Calendars are my main sales product. I work with individuals and large companies.

For what projects/services did your company hire Orange Juice, and what were your goals?

Orange Juice has been with me from the beginning. I hired this company to sell more online and gain valuable customers. I was mainly looking for a company to help with adverts and product advertising. It turned out that Orange juice also perfectly analyzes the market in terms of sales and helps me with that.

Orange Juice has fully focused on the company's online advertising. She implemented product campaigns. Keywords were selected after agreement and analysis. I got acquainted with the possibilities, we analyzed the budget.

The whole thing was automated and I got access to tracking the results. Google analytics was explained in great detail, so I know more.

At the beginning of our cooperation, bosses Krzysztof and Łukasz worked with me. The girls from the office informed me about the budget and details of the campaign. Eliza from Orange Juice has been working on the project for a year. She is a sales manager and a great employee.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

the results of the campaign exceeded my expectations. I am positively surprised. Year by year sales increase by over 100%. The key source is the Adwords campaign.

E-mail is the communication path. I get detailed information from Orange Juice on campaigns, budgets and optimization. If I don't understand something, we talk about it on the phone. I feel taken care of by Orange Juice, I'm sure they are great specialists

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive was the efficiency. Thanks to orange juice, my company is growing at a fast pace. The communication path was also a very pleasant surprise. I am informed about everything on a regular basis.

At the moment, I don't find any.
