Furnace Part Source
Description:
When Furnace Part Source came to us, they knew their site was outdated, with a menu and calls-to-action that needed to be optimized. Dropshipping their products was very important, so updating their website would take a lot of custom BigCommerce development work in order to sync their inventory and the brands they sell on their eCommerce site.
What we did:
An easy but labor-intensive solution was to migrate the site to BigCommerce so that they would never have to worry about their site keeping up with increases in brands or demand.
With the BigCommerce migration process, we also did a complete template redesign for them on BigCommerce. Together with writing SEO content for their category and product pages, thus far we’ve seen Furnace Part Source’s BigCommerce store earning 50% more converting organic traffic year-over-year.

Arlyn Scales
Description:
Arlyn Scales wanted to grow its operations online and boost the company’s visibility. They realized that both marketing and development efforts were lacking on the eCommerce site. The company started looking for an agency that is an expert in eCommerce development and marketing. Not long after, Arlyn Scales found Optimum7, and our journey has begun. Even they didn’t know they will become our most loyal client!
What we did:
We had several objectives with Arlyn Scales from both a development and marketing standpoint.
Firstly, they had a headless commerce site, and it needed to gain flexibility and velocity. Its back end was on Volusion and we decided to migrate it to a more scalable and SEO-friendly eCommerce platform – BigCommerce. That would be the best fit for their needs and give them a competitive advantage and better customer experience as well as a significant increase in conversion optimization.
Secondly, one of our objectives was to decouple and remove the front-end from their new site on BigCommerce. Our team would install a new template on WordPress to keep its headless commerce architecture.
Thirdly, Arlyn Scales needed an advanced SEO strategy. That would skyrocket their Google keyword ranking and overall SEO.
Fourthly, we aimed to increase Arlyn Scale’s repeat website traffic and rankings in organic search. Retargeting would be the best online marketing strategy to help supplement our SEO strategy.
Lastly, Arlyn Scales needed a custom development solution to track phone calls via session IDs on the website. A well-designed solution by our development team would perfectly meet their specific needs.

FIU (Florida International University)
Description:
All of FIU's FIU’s GSC Creative Track courses lived under one URL. This prohibited individual courses from being indexed and ranked on Google. FIU was in need of to be found on the web while students went online and searched for their education. So, they started looking for an agency to handle promotions and digital marketing for GSC.
What we did:
Our objective is to create individual pages for each course and populate each page with optimized content. Thanks to a custom structured content strategy, FIU significantly increased sitemap, the number of indexed pages on Google as well as the keyword universe. This strategy also enabled SEO-friendly URLs for each course page, optimized HTML page structure and content hierarchy, enhanced content on specific course pages, and individual course pages to rank on Google.
FIU's leads increased by at least 30% in the first year!

Tees2UrDoor
Description:
Tees2urdoor.com is an online apparel retailer that launched in 2013. Since then, Tees2urdoor has made a name for themselves in the seasonal t-shirt space and continues to grow its product offering year over year. After years of relying on paid advertising to drive sales, Tees2urdoor came to us in hopes of increasing their organic visibility and conversions. Spoiler… we did and then some.
What we did:
With our core objectives being to increase Tees2urdoor.com’s organic visibility and conversions, we migrated Tees2urdoor from Volusion to BigCommerce (a much more SEO-friendly and scalable eCommerce platform), implemented an ongoing SEO and content marketing strategy, and developed custom eCommerce functionality to optimize for conversions.

Specialist ID
Description:
Specialist ID was founded in 2001, as a family business that sells security-related items such as ID cards and lanyards. This is a niche industry that corporate giants such as Amazon, Office Depot and Target dominate. Their goal is to ensure that every workplace is safe, using the power of access cards and visitor management tools, and to sell B2B for businesses as well as B2C for individual customers. There are many security retailers who sell ID cards and other means of protecting the workplace.
Owner Patrick Barnhill came to us for SEO consultation and Amazon marketing in February 2011; we have since provided consulting and digital services for their website. While their previous practices worked well for eCommerce in the 2000s, Amazon greatly changed the digital frontier with its amenities for customers such as discounts and 2-day shipping. We had to help Specialist ID with increasing their conversion rates and break into this new eCommerce field.
What we did:
Our objective was to improve their SEO and increase conversion rates, which were a concern. To implement that, we created relevant content to help them rank for certain keywords related to the security retail industry. We also worked on a brand new content hierarchy. Furthermore, they experienced fast growth and had integration and platform challenges.

The company also provides services for both domestic U.S. and international orders. Orange Coast Pneumatics came to Optimum7 in December 2018, both to increase their website’s visibility and conversions and to improve both technical and internet marketing strategies. Working on several projects such as marketing, migration, custom functionality, and design, together since then, we’ve been remarkably enhancing Orange Coast Pneumatics conversion rates and revenues.
What we did:
We had several objectives with Orange Coast Pneumatics: the first was to increase their websites’ conversion rates, SEO performance, and online visibility. That would help to make them an authoritative and trustworthy brand online. The second was to reach out to their target market and inevitably raise their revenues. The third was to ensure a more satisfying user experience and give the ability to select appropriate options and place orders with ease. That would help to engage users’ attention on their websites and turn visitors into customers.

BigCommerce Development for E-Commerce Startup
“I shouldn’t have picked Optimum7 to help me out on this project.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of an e-commerce company selling a few t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, and tank tops for men and women.
What challenge were you trying to address with Optimum7?
I had no experience in BigCommerce, so I needed a partner that could ramp up my website. That way, I could learn about the site’s backend but not worry about getting it up and running at the same time. As a result, I engaged Optimum7. This was before I learned that BigCommerce had five-star customer service and a 24-hour hotline.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Optimum7 did some customization to the website’s theme to make it suitable for our business in terms of branding. They were asking about shipping features, but I ended up connecting the shipping part myself. The same went for taxes. On top of that, I gave them a website copy, which was incomplete. I wanted to populate the site with the basics first and see how it looked without me doing everything on my own.
What is the team composition?
I initially worked with Brandon (Account Executive) but then migrated to Ayse (Managing Director). Ayse served as the project manager and lead developer; she was one of my primary points of contact. One of their owners was on all of our boards. Another person was reviewing the tasks.
How did you come to work with Optimum7?
I found Optimum7 through Clutch. They had great reviews and everything seemed to line up the right way. They looked good and I thought they could assist me. They were probably overqualified but I decided that that was good; I was going to pay around $200 an hour for their service, and the team should tell me how we could get the project done the right way.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent around $2,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement lasted from November 2021–May 2022.
How did your relationship with the vendor evolve?
Optimum7’s bedside manner was brash. They wanted me to give them what they needed right away even though I told them I was still working on it. Specifically, they wanted me to review some things but I didn’t have the time because my family had been sick due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Then, the holidays came. After having no communication for three weeks because of the sickness, I came back to the project around the new year. They told me they were going to end the engagement if I didn’t respond — they came at me hard. I emailed them, and their team explained that some people had dropped off other projects before. I told them I didn’t stop communicating; I was just sick.
In any case, we got past that and continued the engagement. However, what upset me was that I paid them $2,000 for 10 hours of work, but the amount of work they did was equal to only two hours maximum. I gave them a list of products, and they created one product category for me. They didn’t do it correctly. If I used their model for the other product categories, I would’ve spent a lot of time doing things incorrectly. That was when the fear of wasted money hit me. I realized that whoever developed the site didn’t care about it enough to make sure the product example was correct.
A lot of other things on the website were broken. For instance, the Captcha feature was off the screen — users literally had to pull the screen and click it at the same time. The Optimum7 team left it at that state. Apart from that, their resources added a ton of copy that I never gave them. Some were good, while others weren’t. I tried to speak about it in a kind manner to know who wrote the copy, but they didn’t even acknowledge that it was them. They put some nice things on the site, but I didn’t know how to remove them. Eventually, I ended up asking for rework on things that I didn’t even ask them to do — all while they were billing me.
How did Optimum7 address the challenges that arose?
The Optimum7 team didn’t advise me on anything beyond my questions; they didn’t provide guidance or support to me other than what we’d asked them to do. I had a feeling that they were done with me from the start — they did the first round of changes, and they seemed upset that I asked for a second round.
Moreover, they wouldn’t provide me with alternative solutions. There was never a communication of clarity to confirm my request. Their resources would do what they thought I requested. How would I even know that that was the best solution? I was frustrated in that regard.
How was project management handled?
Optimum7 took 2–3 days to respond to me and longer to do the work. Sometimes, they wouldn’t respond unless I ask them what was happening. It seemed like they were ghosting me; they left me alone to the point that I decided to ask them one last thing. It wasn’t even a heavy request — I only needed them to fix the footer of the site’s mobile version. The footer was so wide that it wasn’t optimized for any type of phone.
They managed to fix the footer, and I gave them other small requests. I asked them to put the logo of our sibling charity organization on the footer of the site. However, they put the logo of the e-commerce site instead of the charity. They also put the charity’s link there, which I couldn’t remember asking them to do. I couldn’t change these because everything was hardcoded.
Overall, a lot of issues were unresolved. I realized that what Optimum7 did to my website could be done easily over a couple of hours on the phone with BigCommerce’s support. There was also no point person ever to get on the phone with me other than their sales representative. We only had cold email communications. The long and short of it was that I shouldn’t have picked Optimum7 to help me out on this project.
Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?
No, there was none.
In what specific areas can they improve?
Optimum7 should improve their customer communication. Once they improve this, they can do everything else in a better way. They should also aim for better customer satisfaction and a better way to engage their customers.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
The best way to avoid the situation I’ve gone through is to spend more time on BigCommerce's customer support line. Optimum7 is only for actual software development and not populating information or anything else.

Digital Marketing & Development Services for E-Commerce Firm
“Optimum7 delivers everything they promise.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of an e-commerce company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Optimum7?
We engaged them when we bought the e-commerce business. Our team knew we had to hire a team upfront to provide services to us since we didn’t have the internal expertise to do it.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Optimum7 handles all of our digital marketing needs from SEO to PPC ad placements. They’re also doing some development work. We use the BigCommerce platform, but the team has done many special customizations for us to have better automation than what the basic platform provides. We don’t want to switch to another platform because BigCommerce is working well, and Optimum7 already has expertise in BigCommerce. I’ve also experienced switching to another provider before, which didn’t go well.
In terms of research, the Optimum7 team has assessed the company’s previous owner and past markets, coming up with a new strategy for us. For instance, they’ve helped us do Facebook marketing, which the previous owner didn’t do. They’ve also helped us prioritize SEO as opposed to just PPC — this is part of the main reason we’ve hired them.
Moreover, Optimum7 has done content development for our marketing efforts. They’ve scheduled quarterly press releases for us; the team has also updated and organized our site’s content. Each month, their resources also publish new content to further optimize our search rankings.
For development, we have a short but intense list of required automation features. For example, we want all of our orders to be transmitted electronically to our primary supplier. We also need live inventory updates on our website, along with real-time price updates. We have around 40,000 items on the website, and all of them need to be updated electronically.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with everybody on their team, including Arthur (Co-Founder) and Duran (CEO). They’ve assigned a marketing manager to the project. Apart from them, we’ve also worked with their development team, including junior- and senior-level developers.
How did you come to work with Optimum7?
Optimum7’s marketing efforts for another website caught my attention, so I reached out to them when we were buying this business and talked about engaging them. We vetted three companies in total but ultimately decided to hire Optimum7. After our conversation with Arthur and Duran — we had multiple phone calls — I had a feeling that they understood our business better than any of the other teams we vetted.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $170,000 on their marketing services over the last 20 months and between $40,000–$50,000 on their development work.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve just about doubled the volume of our customers over a two-year period. Around 50% of the traffic that comes to our website is because of our SEO campaign, up from 25% previously. This is directly attributable to Optimum7’s work. Moreover, they’ve helped us get more accurate reports; previously, we had irregular reporting because of how the previous owner set up Google Analytics.
How did Optimum7 perform from a project management standpoint?
Optimum7 delivers everything they promise. Some of our projects have taken longer than others. We’d have preferred quicker deliveries on a couple of them, but for the most part, they’ve done what they’ve said they’re going to do.
In terms of communication, we talk at least once per month about our marketing campaigns; we use conference calls. For development, our communications are much more sporadic. We use Monday to collaborate.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Duran’s understanding of how e-commerce businesses should work and function is impressive. Moreover, Optimum7’s experience level covers both medium and larger businesses. Duran and Arthur have pretty much understood what needs to be done from the beginning — they’ve offered solutions to us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Their development team is in a different part of the world. As a result, our communication can sometimes be challenging. This is just a hurdle that we have to clear.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Stay in communication with the people that Optimum7 assigns. If you don’t get answers from them, their senior management team is always willing to step in and help. This is quite refreshing because a lot of other companies don’t let you talk to their senior management after the initial onboarding process. In fact, this is one of the things that kept us aligned with them — we can always talk to their senior management team whenever the need arises. That’s not a constant need, but when you need to have that conversation, they’re available.

Shopify Dev for Laundry Detergent Supplier
"Optimum7 has performed very well with project management. We can’t ask for a better partnership."

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder of Laundry Sauce, a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand that sells laundry detergent and related cleaning supplies.
What challenge were you trying to address with Optimum7?
Our old website was performed poorly in converting. We needed to develop a new Shopify e-commerce site that visually appealed to and converted our prospective customers.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Optimum7 developed our e-commerce website through Shopify. First, we discussed our challenges and expectations for the site. After that, we outlined the scope of work, which included a new Shopify website and integrations with Bold Commerce, Google Analytics, and tools for warehousing and logistics.
Once everything was set, Optimum7 proceeded with the development. They’ve already finished the website, and they’re currently working on new product pages and site sections.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with their CEO, a project manager, and two developers.
How did you come to work with Optimum7?
We heard about Optimum7 through word of mouth. We were looking for development agencies that had e-commerce experience at the time. We interviewed several firms, and we liked that Optimum7 was very consultative.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $25,000–$30,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in May 2021, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Optimum7 has successfully followed our timeline and scope of work. In fact, they’ve delivered the site 45 days before our deadline, so we can test and prepare for the launch.
How did Optimum7 perform from a project management standpoint?
Optimum7 has performed very well with project management, and we’re delighted with their overall execution. Their ability to manage tasks internally and communicate outwardly is exceptional. We can’t ask for a better partnership.
We communicate primarily through email. However, if we need to discuss something about the site, they’ll set up a virtual meeting and send a calendar invite. I can always pick up the phone and call them if I have a question. They’re open and willing to have a discussion whenever someone has an idea that comes into mind.
There has been excellent communication throughout the engagement. Their CEO even checks in with us and makes sure the project is moving along, and their project manager has been helpful the entire time. They’ve always delivered on time or ahead of schedule.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have expertise in e-commerce development — this allows them to become a consultative development shop. Working with them hasn’t been transactional. They’ve come in with an expert perspective and guided along the way. That has saved us money in the long run as we’ve been able to develop with their advice in mind.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can’t think of anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Ensure you have a detailed scope of work and ask for guidance on e-commerce best practices and technology integration. Additionally, have a website design completed before engaging them for development.

The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Senior Project Manager and I was the one in charge of executing this website redesign project. I spent hundreds of hours with my assistant on this project and it was all wasted.
For what projects/services did your company hire Optimum7, and what were your goals?
To Consult, Redesign, and Migrate our webstore from Volusion to BigCommerce. We wanted to implement, new, advanced product filters and wanted web design to maximum conversions. Our expectations were that the experts we hired had the capabilities to deliver on this. We had more specific requirements like auto detect a range of cities from an entered zip-code on our check-out/shipping estimator page and they couldn't do it either.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We chose them because they are a "Miami based" company and we worked with them before. The fact of the matter is that they have a skeleton crew in Miami now and have shifted all the labor overseas. We where baited and switched and fraudulently induced into the contract believing that we would be working with Miami based service providers. Previously they did good work and we had the ability to communicate with a Miami based project manager.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Full migration from Volusion to BigCommerce Consultation used for Redesign to Maximize Conversions Complete Overhaul and Redesign Implementation of Advanced Product Filters Streamlined Shopping Cart and Checkout page
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
(3-4) people at most The bait and switch came from the COO who is their sales manager The Project Manager (in Turkey) only spoke to us once (1) Low-Level Developer
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
WARNING! DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDS! We’re a small business that spent nearly 40k to have our website migrated to Big Commerce and redesigned but received such poor service and quality that we had to ditch the project and start from scratch with a new developer (after already paying them in full).
They will take your project and dump it on sub-par developers outside of the United States, including the Project Manager (which we only spoke to once). None of this is disclosed before you sign the contract. You are not even able to communicate with them over the phone, every change you need done has to be communicated via written messages, presumably because of language barriers, which also results in they delivered poor work because they couldn't interpret the written instructions correctly.
The most important part of this project was consultation and design, which we received absolutely none of, despite paying a significant sum for this service. They simply migrated all the design elements from our previous website (even the bad ones), forcing me to dictate every design change through their trash text messaging app. We paid for experts to consult and design a site to maximize conversion, but it was abundantly clear that no one on their team has the necessary capabilities.
We decided to go with Optimum7 because they’re a local (Miami, FL) company, but do some of your own research, that is both a sham and a front. They’ve exported most of the labor overseas. It’s a shame, because we’re an American-based manufacturer and we believe in protecting American jobs, this company has done the opposite.
I could go on for several paragraphs, they made SERIOUS mistakes in every part of the scope of work from the migration to the advanced product filters which we also paid a significant sum for. We’re in the process of taking legal action, but I just wanted to extend a strong warning to other companies considering using Optimum7.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Horrible Project Management, completely disorganized, and a very old-school and poor system. They use Podio, which is like an instant messaging software. They provided ABSOLUTELY ZERO guidance, I had one initial call with the project manager, I explained to her what I wanted and what my expectations where.
From there, they completely disregarded everything I told them and simply migrated everything from Volusion, including the bad design elements. Once that happened, we had to engage in a back and forth (all via text messenger because you cannot talk to them on the phone). It is extremely difficult to dictate design changes over text, so it was extremely frustrating. The original timeline was 3 months, we decided we couldn't continue and needed to start with someone else after 5 months of trying.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
How effectively their sales team deceives you, the amount of work they've outsourced overseas (including accounts receivable), and how they're still in businesses considering their horrible practices.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Everything, they're beyond any viable suggestions. They need to rethink their entire business model, hopefully they loose grandfathered clients soon.
The vendor responded on April 13, 2022.
This project was very close to completion. The client asked for multiple deliverables that were not in the scope of the project. When our Project Management Team addressed this and requested a change of scope, the client got upset and wanted to stop the project. Our CEO stepped in and attempted to address the issue but the client never responded to emails or phone calls.
The client disappeared for 5 months and after 5 months, we saw this review.

SEO for Electronic Weighing Systems Company
“They’re constantly innovating and changing their techniques.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president of Arlyn Scales. We design and manufacture industrial-grade weighing scales.
What challenge were you trying to address with Optimum7?
Our company has been in business for almost 40 years, and we’ve traditionally advertised through various types of print media. Once the internet became a mainstream facet of modern society, we wanted to use it to expand our marketing reach. After hiring several organizations for that purpose, we found that we’d see early improvements in our search rankings, but those positions would deteriorate quickly. We needed another firm to take our SEO efforts to the next level.
What was the scope of their involvement?
This project goes back many years. The goal was to improve our website and search engine rankings. Optimum7 worked with us for many months without showing any progress. They upgraded our site, but the SEO ranking didn’t improve at all. While we did not know it at the time, our website was being penalized by Google due to some questionable tactics that had been used by our previous web contractor.
Because we were paying Optimum7 primarily for their results, our expenditures at this point were quite modest. Many businesses in Optimum7’s position would’ve stepped away from us as a client due to this lack of success. However, much to their credit, that’s not what they did. They continued to work on the project and tried to understand why it hadn’t been successful up to that point. They continued to make improvements and eventually achieved considerable success. They also earned our loyalty by doing so.
What is the team composition?
Arthur (President and CEO, Optimum7) and Duran (Co-Founder and COO, Optimum7) are my primary points of contact. Their other employees help implement programs.
How did you come to work with Optimum7?
I found them after searching online. We decided to hire them based on their payment structure, noted above. While there were certain fees associated with bringing Optimum7 onboard, we paid them the majority of their fees only when their performance improved to the agreed upon levels. If they weren’t successful, they wouldn’t be paid for the work.
How much have you invested with them?
There were startup costs in the range of $20,000–$30,000. We currently spend $5,000 each month for their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in 2008, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I don’t have any metrics at hand, but they eventually achieved the results we wanted. That included getting us ranked at the top of many pages relating to industry-specific keywords.
How did Optimum7 perform from a project management standpoint?
They take some time to get things done. I’d prefer if they completed tasks faster, but I’m not sure that my wishes are reasonable. I’m not dissatisfied with Optimum7’s responsiveness.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Optimum7 has a vested interest in our success, so they’re willing to work hard until they achieve the project’s goals. They’re constantly innovating and changing their techniques.
Are there any areas they could improve?
One of the things they do for us is writing our news releases. Their writers aren’t always up to speed with our products. Their turnover with writers is higher than I’d like to see, but they’ve dealt with that by working with their people until an adequate level of familiarity was reached. The same sentiment holds true for their website development staff. But again, they’ve worked to resolve that issue over time.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a co-founder of LTVplus a customer success outsourcing company that helps online brands by providing better customer service and increasing sales.
For what projects/services did your company hire Optimum7, and what were your goals?
Our website was done and marketing in place, but the copy wasn't good enough to convert leads that visit our website.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We got a recommendation for Optimum7 from one of our partners and we decided to test them out.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
First, we got a detailed marketing audit of the website structure, copy, and analytics of the existing efforts. Then the team at Optimum7 started working on a project plan and different steps that they would take to optimize the website.
We also worked with them on email marketing campaigns. They were helping us create better workflows and email copies that ended up converting way better than we thought.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had our Project manager and a couple of copywriters and a person who was doing the technical optimization of the website (like optimizing images and making the website load faster).
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We started getting more and more calls booked from the inbound traffic to the website. In the past couple of months, our conversion rates went up from almost no calls booked to about a 5% conversion rate. From the email marketing campaigns, we saw a huge increase in open rates, from just 15-20% in the beginning to almost 60% after a couple of months.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had a weekly meeting with the team just to go over the progress of the project and daily communication over Slack, so we can answer any questions that don't require facetime on the calls.

Communication between the Optimum7 team and me was always eloquent and powerful. The team always listened attentively and we closely worked together on my feedback with the help of their guidance during the design process. They use monday.com as a project management tool and it allowed us to have effective communication.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
With Optimum7, I was able to take my ideas and implement them into the company with little difficulty. The team has been very supportive of all changes that I've made in order for us both to succeed!
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The one thing I always noticed about Optimum7 is how ambitious they are. It's not a bad thing, necessarily - in fact it can be good if you're looking for someone who will take on any task thrown at them without question or a second thought!
The company was dissatisfied with Optimum7. They didn’t provide work equivalent to 10 hours, which was what the client paid for; they also left many issues unresolved. The team’s communication wasn’t proactive, and they took a long time to respond. They didn’t provide any alternative solutions.
