Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of WorldCz, an e-commerce company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Open Public Service?
We needed help in developing multiple e-commerce sites for our business.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Open Public Service has designed and developed many e-commerce sites for me in different countries. I started by giving them an idea of the layout, and they implemented it. We also give them samples of what we need, and they adapt those samples accordingly to the project we're at the moment. In addition to that, they also integrate ordering and payment functions if needed.
What is the team composition?
I work with a project manager, two IT people, and a graphics specialist.
How did you come to work with Open Public Service?
I’ve known them for many years because they help many companies in Romania, so I decided to reach out to them.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent €150,000–€200,000 (approximately $169,700–$226,300 USD) with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

They’re very professional and price-competitive compared to other providers. Additionally, they deliver good quality and are an overall good team. We’re now developing more and more e-shops — we have more than 20 already!
How did Open Public Service perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re swift; their team can complete a website in 2–3 weeks. In terms of communication, we use email, Google Meets, and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They're responsive and flexible. Additionally, they deliver when they say they will.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don't think there's anything they can improve on — I’m happy with what they’re doing for me, and there’s nothing I don’t like.
