Mandarin Self Storage engaged OOm’s services to increase organic traffic to their website.
OOm provided copywriting services to produce content that helps to rank storage space rental related keywords on the first page of Google search engine results page (SERP).
As a result, 96% of the keywords ranked on 1st page of Google SERP and there is a 25% increase in organic web traffic.

OOm launched Google search and display ad campaigns with the main objective of increasing conversions rates. Call tracking was also utilised to measure the effectiveness of the campaigns.

I am the founder and CEO of East Coast Podiatry. East Coast Podiatry is a specialist outpatient clinic service for conservative treatment of the foot, ankle & associated structures of the lower limb. We are a leading private podiatry practice operating full-scale professional Podiatric centres in Singapore.
For what projects/services did your company hire OOm Pte Ltd, and what were your goals?
We were a new start up on a very lean budget, the industry is incredibly competitive with many private practices jostling for space. We engaged OOm to sort our website, launch our SEO and SEM campaigns as well as Youtube campaigns. The immediate goal at that time was leads generation, branding campaigns quickly followed.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
OOm was a highly reviewed company on google, we reached out for a meeting. Through their presentation and our discussion we were impressed with their industry's knowledge and experience and so we decided to go with them.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
Our first step was to build an entirely new website that is customised to meet our needs and future-proof it for ease of changes, building back-links and further customisation. We experienced hacks before so security was one of the key emphasis besides UEX and content building. We identified a long list of keywords to improve on our SEO ranking as well as well-written and strategically phrased SEM meta titles and descriptions to attract the right crowd on Google.
It was a long and tedious process but very quickly we were able to rank well and over the years most of our keywords are on page 1 and ranking well. Concurrently we launched leads generation and like campaigns on our facebook and youtube platforms. coupled with our videos this has worked very well in increasing awareness of podiatry and notoriety of our practice with people in Singapore.

On a regular basis it would be 2 people working with us including their accounts manager and the sales manager. But depending on how many services we sign up for, this will include other people such as their web developer, SEO copy writer and strategist and other specialists who we liaised with on various tasks and unique projects that we did.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have over 50 out of 60 keywords ranking on first page and our practice name "East Coast Podiatry" is the top 16th most searched term in Singapore for medical conditions relating to lower limb. this is an incredible achievement as it is very uncommon for a business name to be used almost like a common noun when people speak of or search for lower limb healthcare.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
They work very closely with businesses with clear communication through emails, whatsapp and in person meetings. They have always met timelines and if there are issues that will push back timelines, they would communicate that to us and work with us to figure things out.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
As an SME themselves they are very much pragmatic in their solutions and advice. They understand the challenges of start-ups and SMEs, they are a team very connected with business owners as they are people on the ground themselves.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
They have been an incredibly vendor to work with. We truly credit them for their efforts since our early years together up till now for helping bring our business to this level. As they are also a growing company, we hope that they can continue their growth trajectory and offer more marketing solutions such as advanced copy writing and video production services that will take us further in today's new world of business that is so reliant on media.
