Onmarc also helped reduce our marketing expenses in half once the PPC campaigns were fully optimized.

What challenge were you trying to address with OnMarc?

They proposed a project for our web positioning as well as some improvements to our site, such as specific landings pages for our different markets, in different cities. We wanted to promote the position each site in their relevant market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They mostly provide advice for us in terms of consulting services. We make our own posts—for example, on our website—and they advise us on how to make them, what language to use, and when to post them. 

We also had a PPC advertising project with them and since 2019, they’ve been working on our social media profiles.

What is the team composition?

We know of three to four people on the team.

How did you come to work with OnMarc?

We’d worked with their founder, even prior to the foundation of OnMarc. Once it was established, we decided to continue working with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them since they started in 2014.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We set yearly goals for our collaboration and they’ve always met them. We’ve worked with them for five years because we believe in their work. This year, we’ve achieved a steady, solid web positioning with good results from their work.

How did On Marc perform from a project management standpoint?

They work on our side for all projects, so they are available all the time. We communicate by phone and email, at times 24/7.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve supported our project, and we’ve achieved everything that we planned with that support. The cost-benefit value of their services is great, so the collaboration is something that works for us in every way.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If they had to improve something, it would be their design, which I’ve mentioned to them.
