I am the President/CEO of ITCON Services, LLC. ITCON is an IT Services Integrator for the US Federal Government.
For what projects/services did your company hire OneSpring?
We hired OneSpring to support our technical web development team with UI/UX design and theme development of websites for our end clients.
What were your goals for this project?
To creatively design a user interface with the end user experience in mind. Deliver a world class website which enhances the user experience for website visitors.

This vendor was selected based on their experienced technical design and UI/UX capabilities as demonstrated by their past performance.
Describe the project in detail.
ITCON was engaged by USDA Rural Development to Modernize and Redesign their website using Drupal 8. This also required our team to focus on the UI/UX experience for end users as well as migrate all Drupal 7 data to Drupal 8.
What was the team composition?
Our team is comprised of business analyst, software testers, drupal developers and UI/UX designers.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our team was very impressed by the work and level of effort imparted by OneSpring. They did an outstanding job enhancing the customer experience and delivered outstanding service to our team.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was very effective. OneSpring staff were always very accommodating to our client needs and worked very well with our team both in terms of understanding requirements and also making recommendations when design changes needed to be made.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The quality of people, service and integrity.
Are there any areas for improvement?
No major recommendations for improvement because we had a great experience with them. They have done a great job developing UI/UX resource and they need to continue to focus on this so they can scale into a larger firm.
OneSping did an outstanding job of enhancing the site's user flow. They went above and beyond to drastically improve the CX. The team was very accommodating of the client's needs at all times and worked diligently to fulfill all requirements. Their integrity and service were truly impeccable.
