I'm the VP of Sales and Marketing at RA Fischer, a medical device provider.


For what projects/services did your company hire Onepath?

We'd had a bad experience with our previous IT provider not being responsive and sending incorrect bills. We were looking for a reliable helpdesk and IT guidance with regular billing we could count on.

What were your goals for this project?

Keep costs stable, improve responsiveness, improve overall IT environment


How did you select this vendor?

We'd done a pretty thorough search for MSPs online through Google. We'd narrowed it down to a top ten and then contacted each. We set meetings with our top 5. After all that, Onepath had the best vision for our company and offered the best overall package of services. We were impressed with their knowledge and experience.

My team is happy and we're online and productive. When nothing's breaking, we're happy. We've been impressed with Onepath's proactive approach so far and look forward to working with them for years to come.

Their vision. Honestly, a lot of MSPs just talk tech and price but Onepath was concerned with our goals and where we wanted our company to be in 5 years. Based on that, they helped us come up with a long-term plan for our IT.
