A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing director at United Way of Payne County. We’re a local affiliate of United Way Worldwide, and we support local nonprofit partner agencies through fundraising. All those agencies then help support and improve the health, education, and financial stability of every citizen in Payne County, Oklahoma.
What challenge were you trying to address with OneEach Technologies?
We hired them for website-hosting services. We also needed our platform to be stable and a solution for processing and collecting donations.
What was the scope of their involvement?
OneEach is hosting our website, which houses all of our information on our partner agencies and who we are. They also manage the side of the website where people can donate online, which functions through a web application.
They’ve developed a solution that allows us to process donations and create any donation form that we want, connected through Apple Pay and Stripe. We use Stripe to process all donated dollars, and we get email receipts when donations come in.
Right now, we’re about to start our community investment program, where our 22 partner agencies apply for fundraising from us. OneEach has developed a web form for us. This form functions as an online application, where users can create an account, sign in, upload documents, and save their progress. The backend lets us easily export the applications when they’re complete to review them in an easy-to-read and accessible way.
OneEach also provides online support and maintenance for our website. We can submit support tickets whenever we need things updated or if we have issues. Additionally, OneEach provides us with an in-person representative with whom we can schedule training whenever we need more hands-on, intensive learning on how to use the website.
As for the backend, OneEach keeps it up to date to meet current web and browser standards, updating it every time a new version of Drupal comes out.
What is the team composition?
Allyson (VP for Customer Relations) is our assigned rep that I schedule training with. At least 2–3 developers from OneEach have worked with us for email support tickets and their whole team has helped us as issues have come up because they each have their specialties.
How did you come to work with OneEach Technologies?
I wasn’t with the organization when OneEach became our partner. However, I believe we found and chose them because they administrate websites for many local United Ways organizations. Someone in our network let us know that OneEach liked to work with nonprofits and had standard processes across the board.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve invested around $7,000–$10,000. We pay annual fees that have ranged from $1,000–$1,300, and we sometimes pay one-time fees for major design changes or other additional services from them.
What is the status of this engagement?
I started working with them in September 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
However, OneEach has been my organization’s partner for at least five years.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since we’ve been using OneEach, our annual fundraising campaign has raised more and more dollars each year, with more donations coming in online year-over-year (YoY). These results are partly due to the way OneEach has set up our donation page.
We’d been trying to move towards online donations as much as possible. Although the COVID-19 pandemic has necessitated that shift, the easy functionality of the solution OneEach developed has also played a significant role in achieving this goal.
Thanks to their efforts, we’re also getting more visibility as we move forward. We’ve not only seen more dollars come in, but we’ve also seen more people ask about volunteering and submitting questions about who we are, what we do, and our services.
The OneEach team has also been very forward-thinking in preparing us for major updates to the site. Whenever we have a website interruption because of an update, they make sure the transition is as smooth as possible.
How did OneEach Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve performed pretty well from a project management standpoint. The team is timely with support and very quick in responding to tickets.
We mostly communicate via email. OneEach has a support page on their website where we submit support tickets, which sends them an email, and then they email us back when they start fixing the issues.
We do our scheduled training sessions over Zoom to screen share. From time to time, I can call them and talk to someone on the phone whenever the need arises.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The best thing about working with OneEach is that when I need to talk to a real person, they make sure they give me the opportunity to do that.
I appreciate having our representative Allyson, who’s really helpful and tries to make herself as available as she can with training. I’ve learned most of what I know about our website from Allyson. OneEach also makes it easy to schedule training; they have a calendar where I can book a time for an appointment.
Additionally, the team is very knowledgeable about how our website works, how issues can get fixed, and where things are.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Sometimes, we don’t get as much of a heads up about price rises as we’d like. We’re a nonprofit, so we’re very mindful of our budget and expenses. OneEach has made gradual upgrades, reflected in higher fees and program costs. We understand that those updates and changes are necessary, though.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Take advantage of the opportunity to have one-on-one training with your representative. Those sessions are when you’re going to learn the most about your website.
Additionally, don’t hesitate to use OneEach’s support tickets when things go wrong. Instead of trying to figure out how to use your website and the software that comes with it, lean on the experts and representatives at OneEach; they know what they’re doing and have the most knowledge. Their support is included in the cost, so take advantage of it when you can.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Director of Marketing & Communications at United Way of Northeast Louisiana, a local nonprofit based in Monroe, Louisiana that serves 12 parishes of the state. We fight for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in our region.
For what projects/services did your company hire OneEach Technologies, and what were your goals?
Our website was created several years ago and no longer up to brand standards and was not serving our client base as we needed it to. We wanted to create a user-friendly, engaging experience for our donors and visitors – a one-stop shop for all things United Way NELA.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Our organization used OneEach many years ago, but switched to a local vendor about 7 years ago. While our experience has been okay with the local vendor, it has been exponentially better to switch back to OneEach. Their experience with other United Ways around the country makes them well-versed in our goals and aspirations as well as our brand standards. Additionally, their price was extremely competitive, and the services offered far exceeded those provided by our local vendor.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
After selecting our website theme, OneEach project staff set to work on building the bare bones of our site. Once BaseCamp was open to me, I migrated content and had weekly trainings/check-in meetings with Jordan, my OneEach Account Rep. She helped me tremendously as I learned to navigate the back end of our new website. She made wonderful suggestions, provided examples from other United Ways, and even jumped in to correct problems or glitches along the way. She was patient and kind and wonderful to work with!
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I corresponded with a total of three people from OneEach: Kayla, Sunceray, and Jordan, but worked most heavily with Jordan.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Still working on measurables – but we were successful in troubleshooting an initial Google Analytics account glitch, which has been very helpful!
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Everything was well organized from start to finish, and all communications were clear and helpful. My messages were responded to very quickly (almost always same-day) and I was never left to navigate anything alone or "in the dark."
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The hands-on approach. For a company that never visited with me in person, they were so successful in making me feel like I was a valuable client and that my organization's needs were important. I got to know the staff through video and email communication and I never felt as if I was "just an account number."
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I see no areas for improvement. They provided excellent customer service and an all-around wonderful experience. We'll be sticking with OneEach for life!

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the executive director of a small nonprofit in a rural area of North Carolina.
What challenge were you trying to address with OneEach Technologies?
We needed assistance with website development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
OneEach developed our website from scratch about six years ago. They listened to what we needed and provided exactly what we asked for. Since then, they’ve taken the responsibility to maintain the site.
For the past month and a half, we worked with them on an upgrade for the website.
What is the team composition?
We initially had three people on the team to get the project off the ground. At this point, Jordan (Account Manager) is the only person we’re in contact with. She takes our calls, reaches out to us, and does all the groundwork for us.
How did you come to work with OneEach Technologies?
They knew our product, and many of their leaders were associated with other nonprofits and us, so they were an ideal choice.
How much have you invested with them?
We pay them about $850 a year to maintain the site. There were additional costs involved in creating the website, but that was under $1,000 as well.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in October 2014. They launched our last upgrade in September 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They gave strong suggestions to help us grow our business and our donations throughout the year. In particular, Jordan did a lot for us. From July to November is a critical time for our fundraising, and she worked tirelessly to pull it together and make sure we were pleased. She scheduled time to talk, asked the right questions, understood our needs, and nailed it.
Overall, OneEach is professional and patient. They earned our trust over the years, and we now trust them entirely as experts.
How did OneEach Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
They always stuck to the schedule. They were even ahead of themselves this time, which gave us plenty of time to review any changes. We’d failed to provide an updated board listing, and they brought that to our attention.
Also, they responded quickly and took the time to listen to what we needed. They bent over backward to accommodate us, and our budget didn’t waver at all.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They balanced professionalism and efficiency. They had strong communication, and we knew we could depend on them. We had a history with them, and they’d always performed well, so we didn’t worry while we went about our day-to-day business. We knew the finished product would be something we’d be proud of.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I wouldn’t change a thing. They were great.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Just go ahead and do it. OneEach is receptive, accessible, and eager to provide the client with a polished and professional product.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the minister of a church.
For what projects/services did your company hire OneEach Technologies, and what were your goals?
Our website was ready for an upgrade. We have had One Each as our web design company for many years. I think at least 6 years. They started our web upgrade this summer and have walked us through every step of the way. They were very responsive and answered every question and fixed things we were not able to manage. Our goal is to have a website that looks inviting and interesting to any one interested in our church home. The folks at One Each have done this for us.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
This web company is part of the Unity branding program that we are part of.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We were contacted by One Each about the availability of an upgrade. We had a zoom meeting about our choices and how it would work. We provided information they needed to upgrade. They kept up with us about the timing.
We were informed along the way about what they were doing and what we needed to do. We were informed about the upgrade timing. After they did the change over from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8, they set up meetings and tutorial for our website team. They are still responding to our questions and needs for completing the upgrade.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The account and project manager is our main contact. There was a team of about 6 folks who worked on the upgrade. I only spoke with the Base Camp project leader during that time.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have not had the upgrade up long enough to notice any measurable difference in web traffic. Since we started working with One Each many years ago, we have had many folks join our church community from their website.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Our projects manager has stayed right with us the whole time. She kept us updated on how long each change would take. She responds within a few hours to each of our needs. She is always open to zoom appointments or responds quickly by email.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I am really impressed with how well they do their job. They are quick to respond to our needs. They offer video tutorials directed to our exact needs and when we are not technically trained enough, they will do it for us. They are friendly and very patient with us.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There have been a few minor glitches in the upgrade but they were very quick to fix.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the executive director of a local United Way in Georgia. We’re a nonprofit organization that’s been in the community for over 75 years.
What challenge were you trying to address with OneEach Technologies?
We were looking to get our website updated because our old website wasn’t effective anymore.
What was the scope of their involvement?
OneEach Technologies had been our web hosting provider for many years, so we tasked them with helping us transition to Drupal 8 from Drupal 7. They handled everything from start to finish.
What is the team composition?
I worked with five people, including Emily (Account Manager) and a project manager.
How did you come to work with OneEach Technologies?
They were the obvious choice to help us with the upgrade because they were already hosting our website. We reached out to them and decided it was a good idea to transition to Drupal 8.
How much have you invested with them?
The project cost around $1,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from March–April 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
OneEach Technologies produced a website that looked and functioned the way we wanted it to. All of our board members only had great things to say about the update. I’m not an IT expert, but the team explained things in a language that I could understand. Their help has allowed me to effectively use the site to the best of my ability, which I appreciate. It was a smooth transition.
How did OneEach Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
The team was great — they finished ahead of schedule and were responsive to my questions throughout the process. In fact, the team worked too quickly for me and had to accommodate me when I needed more time. I’m not very knowledgeable in this area, so I asked them many questions, and they were very patient with me. The OneEach Technologies team made sure that I understood the technology enough to run it by myself. They were more than happy to send me video tutorials and teach me how to manage the site.
In terms of communication, we used email and Basecamp. The team would always get back to me and make sure that all my questions were answered. Emily was absolutely amazing and always available. Overall, it was a great experience.
What did you find most impressive about them?
OneEach Technologies already knew our website very well, so they were on top of it. It was easy to communicate with them because they already worked with our organization and knew our processes. The team made my job easier by giving me one less thing to worry about.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It would’ve been nice if they provided a visual content chart that detailed their schedule. However, I believe that everyone has something to improve on. Overall, OneEach Technologies did a good job.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Remain in contact with them throughout the project.

Website Development & Design for Nonprofit Organization
“They understood the audiences we were trying to reach and were familiar with our graphics requirements.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the executive director of United Way of Northeast Missouri, which is an affiliate of United Way Worldwide. We’re a nonprofit that advocates for health, education, and financial stability.
What challenge were you trying to address with OneEach Technologies?
We were trying to revamp and develop a more professional, interactive website. Our organization realized that having an online presence with a great website would facilitate fundraising in Northeast Missouri in the future.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We hired OneEach Technologies to build our site, the main project scope being a better UX/UI design, more content, and visuals. Our primary concern was seeing how the site could get our message out in a timely fashion while also interrelating with our current fundraising channel.
They assigned a person to create a platform for news stories, donations, special projects, and more. Then, they placed our content accordingly within the site and connected it to our social media. For example, I recently posted about an upcoming auction. Once It was uploaded to the site, I could press a button to share it in a format that was suitable for Facebook and Instagram.
We also had access to their library of images. They often recommended 5–6 images for us to choose from, and we could continue using those images at no charge. Last year, we redesigned the site for our annual fall campaign and used an image of a woman with a small child. We were able to continue utilizing that image on our brochure to raise money, which allowed for a sense of continuity because people could recognize the image.
What is the team composition?
Allyson (VP of Customer Relations & Account Manager) was my main point of contact. We spoke with her on a daily basis whenever we needed to add or modify our site content. That experience was exceptional.
How did you come to work with OneEach Technologies?
I, along with two board members, went through bids from five companies, including OneEach Technologies. Each had presentations or written statements, but we also had the chance to speak to the companies in real-time.
We looked seriously at OneEach Technologies because they had vast experience working with other United Ways across the US. We received referrals from 5–6 other affiliate United Ways, all of which were glowing remarks. People particularly highlighted their 24-hour reaction time on requests.
Their previous experience also meant that they were aware of the type of graphic design components United Ways Worldwide insisted on to protect their image. They worked with other United Ways that were similar in size or larger than us on a daily basis, so they understood best practices around reaching out to attract new donors.
How much have you invested with them?
We allocated up to $5,000 for this project, but OneEach Technologies only came in at around $2,500, which covered us for the year. That included a yearly update afterward.
What is the status of this engagement?
This project lasted from May–September 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
More people followed our website than ever before. However, to be fair, sharing the stories from our site to Facebook had greatly contributed to that number because we got a lot of traction on our social channels. The important thing about our site was keeping the news current as well as the programs we had coming up.
Another bonus was that going through our website allowed us to relook at our fundraising model and how we were interacting with the community. Our previous donor demographic was people of an older generation, but we needed to also target younger donors. The website helped us do that, and we were fortunate enough to have a drive chair who was 27 years old and active in the community.
How did OneEach Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
OneEach Technologies set up the project in stages, which we appreciated because it drove us to stick to the project as we completed certain sections. As a result, we completed the site in time for our fall campaign.
They also insisted that the partnership was a two-way street — we had to work with them, and they had to work with us. The team was tactful in getting us to meet certain criteria within specific timelines. We communicated through regular emails, conference calls, and Zoom calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The main thing was that they knew the market of United Ways. They understood the audiences we were trying to reach and were familiar with our graphics requirements, so we didn’t have to educate them on anything. That made building the website a lot easier.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I couldn’t tell you because we got everything we asked for. They did make suggestions and were forthcoming about how other United Ways approached situations. If they thought we should reconsider a decision, they were honest with us and explained their points. However, they understood that the final decision was up to us.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be perfectly honest with them. Present them with the pros and cons of what you’re going to do as well as your expectations for the site. You need to have a vision of where you’d like to go. Consulting with them will either confirm your view or show that you might want to look at your approach in a different way.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
Our company helps manage nonprofit organizations, and I am the CEO.
What challenge were you trying to address with OneEach Technologies?
We needed help with updating our website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
OneEach Technologies upgraded our website from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8. They also host our website. The team completely carried over all of our images, web forms, and everything from our old website. In terms of branding, they managed to keep it specific to our organization. We continue to work together on other projects.
What is the team composition?
I work with two different people who oversaw the upgrade, Jordan and Binh (Project Managers).
How did you come to work with OneEach Technologies?
We’ve worked with the team for quite a few years now. They work with a lot of our branches, so they have all of the branding requirements already, and it made sense for us to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent a little over $900 on this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
This particular project started in October 2020, and it’s ongoing. We’ve worked on numerous projects since we started our engagement a few years ago.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We're completely satisfied with the website. It’s a very modern-looking website — I have received a lot of positive feedback on the visuals. We're delighted that we decided to do the upgrade. The team has given us exactly what we needed.
How did OneEach Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
We use Basecamp as an intermediary for us to communicate and use as a task manager. It allows us to keep track of what the team needed to do as we moved forward. Aside from Basecamp, we also communicate through email. They’re very responsive and always stay within deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team is quick to answer any questions, whether it was through email or Basecamp. Not even a full day would go by before their team responded — their customer service is excellent. We’ll definitely continue working with OneEach Technologies.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing that I can think of — we didn't have any issues or hiccups at all.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Just give them all of the information they need and promptly provide everything that OneEach Technologies requires.

Please describe your company and your position there.
United Way fights for the education, financial stability and health of every person in our community through strategic grantmaking, community engagement, and projects. As the VP of Communication and Engagement, I oversee our communication strategy and impact programming.
For what projects/services did your company hire OneEach Technologies, and what were your goals?
We have been working with One Each for about 3.5 years now. We were interested in an update to the aesthetic of our website, and were able to time that to coincide with the upgrade of our back-end system (a move from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8).
How did you select OneEach Technologies and what were the deciding factors?
We initially chose One Each because of two factors: their templates that were already aligned with United Way brand standards made it easy for our small team to have a nice website that was aligned with our brand without spending too much on design. Second was their competitive price.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We were offered a number of template options for our upgrade. Once we chose the template we preferred, our team began working to reorganize our website's menu and pages in order to better function within the new design.
Meanwhile, the One Each team facilitated the move from our previous website to our old website, and set up a Staging site to allow us to make changes within the new website, play with new features, etc. before going live.
We received great training on new features from our Account Manager, Jordan. Communication with the team was facilitated through their Base Camp, which allowed us to keep their entire team in the look on any challenges.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked most directly with Binh as our Project Manager and Jordan as our Account Manager. However, through the Base Camp site, we were able to keep the entire team that worked on our project in the loop on any of our challenges.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our updated website is still very new, so we haven't yet looked at measurable data related to site traffic. However, we have received great feedback on both the aesthetic and usability of the website from both staff and board members.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Project communication is facilitated by the Project Manager through the Base Camp site. Our Project Manager Binh was consistent about communicating what information the team needed from us, and the timeline of the project. Because the whole team received our communication, they were able to stay in the loop on any of our challenges and respond as needed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
By providing a number of templates, One Each allows local United Ways to both easily align with the brand standards of United Way Worldwide, and ensure that our websites are direct mirrors of other United Way websites. We have the chance to borrow ideas from others using similar templates while also making our own site unique.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We have been satisfied with our work with One Each.

Please describe your company and your position there.
We are a local United Way raising funds to support health and human services programs in our community. We also have several in-house programs that provide assistance to people in need as well as to promote early literacy.
For what projects/services did your company hire OneEach Technologies, and what were your goals?
We hired OneEach Technologies to upgrade our website from Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 platform. Our previous site had become stagnant and outdated and the capabilities in the new platform would allow us to have a more modern and interactive website.
Our knowledge in the area of web design and maintenance is extremely limited so we relied on our OneEach team to lead us through the process. Our goal is to have a website that is interesting and easily updated so viewers continually visit our site to learn about our presence in the community.
How did you select OneEach Technologies and what were the deciding factors?
OneEach Technologies was the provider of our previous website. We were pleased with their service, however, we had used the same site for quite some time. The capabilities in the new platform would give us a much needed upgrade.
We chose to stay with OneEach Technologies because their team provides great support and the service is affordable to a non-profit organization that tries to put as many dollars raised as possible into the needs in the community.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The OneEach Technologies support team created a Basecamp for us to collect any content that would be moved from our old site to our new site. They provided us with a clear timeline for the work to be done on their end and when they needed input from us.
They communicated with us regularly to see if we had any questions about moving forward on the project and responded quickly when we did. Upon completion of the project, we had plenty of time to review the new site before going live as well as several training sessions to teach us to maintain and update our site.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Our main points of contact were our project manager and our account manager, although 9 others were included on communications during the project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We and our Board of Directors love the new site. It feels professional, modern and easy to navigate. There were functions and capabilities in the platform that allowed us to share of content in an organized manner.
We have also been able to create secure areas for Agency applications and Board ratings, where we used to use paper copies. Using these online webforms has saved us a tremendous amount of time!
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
We received regular messages from our project manager, who checked in to see if we had questions as well as let us know of any upcoming deadlines. She communicated any issues to her team and they were resolved quickly.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Our OneEach Technologies team met us at our level of understanding of website maintenance and provided as much support and instruction as we have needed. We are a small office with no background and minimal experience in this field and they are always available to answer our questions. Our account manager also listens to what we want to accomplish and then teaches us the best way to display information or collect data.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
No! We had minimal experience in updating and maintaining a website, and now we are able to add menu items, update pages to keep content new and interesting, build webforms and more!

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the Director of Marketing and Research at Cedar Valley United Way, which is a nonprofit dedicated to raising funds and reinvesting them back into the community via funding of organizations that focus on education, health, financial stability and emergency and basic needs.
For what projects/services did your company hire OneEach Technologies, and what were your goals?
We hired OneEach Technologies to re-design our website. With COVID-19 as a barrier for us going in to organizations to speak and gather pledge forms, we had to come up with a creative way to tell the community what we do and how they can help.
How did you select OneEach Technologies and what were the deciding factors?
OneEach Technologies was our existing web host, but we didn't hesitate to continue our relationship with them.
From their outstanding support team to their flawless customer service, we were able to find a way to upgrade our site to the newest platform and create custom donation pages for each organization.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Cedar Valley United Way has a unique campaign season where we go into each business in the community and give a presentation where we collect pledges and donations.
With COVID-19, we were unable to give hardly any presentations and tell the community about the great work we are doing. I spoke with Allyson, who provided a solution to our problem via a site upgrade.
Her professional and prompt team was able to convert our existing site to the new, more user friendly, site and create a pledge form similar to the paper one we bring in to organizations.
We were able to collect pledges from each organization with their own unique landing page and URL, conveying how long their campaign was running for, what we at Cedar Valley United Way do, and how they can help combat the needs in our community, with the addition of a donation form right there on that page.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked with Allyson, who is our main point of contact at OneEach. I then worked with Binh, who was the project manager for the staging site. She conveyed the site progress and any other pertinent details to me as soon as they occurred.
Both Allyson and Binh are excellent and I highly, highly recommend using OneEach for your website needs.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching the new site, we were still able to maintain collection of donations from each of the community organizations we partner with. Site traffic is now boosted and the overall look and feel of the site is just totally upgraded.
Not to mention, the back end for my use is easy to use while I am still able to maintain creativity of the site.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
I was updated almost weekly during the staging site set up, and could still use the existing site while that was being set up. We used Basecamp to communicate and show the timeline for the project.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We honestly could not have stayed afloat this year were it not for OneEach Technologies and the site upgrade.
Their solution to providing unique, customized donation pages for each community organization allowed us to still collect pledges from companies and maintain the safety of our staff and volunteers.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not at all. Everything from the desire to begin the project to completion of the site (and even a follow up meeting after using the site for a few months) was perfect.
Thanks to OneEach Technologies’ fundraising solutions, the client has seen more online donations YoY. A proactive partner, the team communicates effectively via Zoom, phone calls, and a support page. Their stellar customer service is a highlight, especially when it comes to training.
