We wanted to develop a new website, so we turned to OmniTiim.
What was the scope of their involvement?
OmniTiim developed our website and online store. We went through the documentation and discovery phase together with their project manager. They then provided the developers who built out our site from scratch. They put in online payment integrations with marketing channels, custom reporting functions, and a CMS.

We worked with two people from OmniTiim. On top of that, we had a dedicated project manager.

I heard about OmniTiim from a colleague whose experience with them was really good. I trusted her word of mouth, and that’s how I made the choice to work with them.

We worked together from August–November 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We started getting customers through our website after it was launched. That was, on its own, a success. We were also able to clearly evaluate our marketing budgets based on the reports and integrations made by OmniTiim. In that respect, we were able to get the most out of the money we invested, so it was definitely a very cost-effective and valuable choice to work with their team.
How did OmniTiim perform from a project management standpoint?
They performed very well on this front. I didn’t have any complaints. We communicated via Zoom, WhatsApp, and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
OmniTiim put in real effort and commitment towards making the whole project a success. Our communication was also very positive, and they had a good system for tracking the progress of the project.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve on their online visibility. I only heard of them through a friend, so they should definitely put more effort into marketing themselves and getting their name out there.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Take advantage of their free consultancy and experienced project managers. The expertise of the resources they offer really helped us save a lot of money.

We were trying to develop our own booking system, so we hired them to develop that solution for us.

OmniTiim developed online tools in our booking system, so that we could promote our tools and enable our customers to book online. They continue to maintain our system.

We posted our requirements online, and we looked at different vendors. However, OmniTiim’s price was better and they offered to do a project test run. We also assigned a small task to all vendors, and OmniTiim’s quality of work was the best.

My company develops healthcare products in-house, which we then distribute to our different subsidiaries. My role is CTO.
What challenge were you trying to address with Omnitiim?
We had been working with freelancers in the past and found it challenging, in terms of project management, to ensure that they were available at the right times or that they had the skill set we were looking for. Working with remote teams and on an outsourcing model also proved time-consuming and costly since we constantly had to rehire people when others disappeared without a trace. To address this problem, we engaged Omnitiim.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Omnitiim provides the resources that help us develop our healthcare products. We first provide them with our project requirements, and then they come back to us with a shortlist of candidates who could work with us on different projects and unfinished modules. They take charge of matching each candidate’s specialization, industry, and experience with our needs.
It took us some time to pick up the pace with Omnitiim since we were transitioning out of our previous platform, but now we are fully committed to full-fledged development projects with them. Right now we are working jointly on a system that tracks the health of our employees.

We have hired around 8–10 members from their team.
How did you come to work with Omnitiim?
We hired Omnitiim because of their solid working experience. Their onboarding process was also amazing; they had an account manager who helped set up everything, and our internal team no longer needed to juggle tasks around just to ensure that everything would go smoothly.

We began working with them towards the end of 2019, and our partnership is ongoing.

Prior to hiring Omnitiim, we could not finish our projects in a timely manner. Working with unregulated freelancers who disappeared mid-project cost us a lot of time and money. Now, however, we’re able to complete and fulfill development projects with the help of their developers.
How did Omnitiim perform from a project management standpoint?
Omnitiim has a great internal project management system. They’re able to keep track of their own staff and have, in fact, provided me with one of their own project management tools, which has saved me from having to spend extra for Trello or Jira. Now, I am able to manage the tasks of my own team as well as track our billing.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The most impressive thing about Omnitiim is the talent that they provide. Them giving us highly skilled resources saves us the trouble of having to go through an extensive evaluation, screening, and interview process. This shows that they truly understand our project requirements and have the ability to find and match the right people for the job.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s always room for improvement. One thing I’m looking forward to in the future is seeing them be able to work with us on a deeper level with more extensive technologies. At the moment, I don’t know if they have the resources for that area, but the developers they’ve provided so far have been really great.

Explain as much as you can about your requirements and Omnitiim will do the job for you.

We were satisfied with our project, but their response time could be better. A little more optimized technology would've been good too, but again, it was our limitation at the same time because we were using WordPress.
Any advice for potential customers?
They have complimentary consultancy at the beginning of the project; I'd recommend you take it.
