We hired Omnifonic to help us increase our first contacts by specifically targeting Denver suburb commuters.
What were your goals for this project?
Our goal was to increase first contacts and increase our leasing velocity.
How did you select this vendor?
Tyler came to me with a unique idea that worked specifically for my location and type of business. Since we are close to the lightrail and it was a strong selling point for the area, his campaign targeted the type of leads we were looking for.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
The Omnifonic team met with me onsite on several occasions to discuss the details that pertained to our marketing goals. Tyler and Tim then created a campaign to help us achieve a higher number of first contacts coming from Denver suburb commuters.
The campaign itself was very detailed to specific individuals and created an opportunity to hit a new audience outside of our normal marketing processes. They used an innovative paid social media strategy to create and market to dialed in audiences which would be attracted to our property and the location.
What was the team composition?
The team was structured well and worked with me onsite and also with our Marking Director to help with details out of my scope.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Despite the limitations of advertising to housing, Omnifonic was able to address a general audience of 63,616 and through an innovative ad strategy we were able to curate and audience of 2,808 potential occupants that matched our ideal candidate profile. Delivering 6 ads per month to reinforce awareness.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Tyler and his team were extremely organized with our meetings and made themselves available even on short notice. Our conversations were informative and detailed.

Omnifonic found a unique way to create a marketing strategy which targeted a specific audience matching our ideal candidate profile. The team was knowledgeable and innovative and offered guidance to our team with marketing efforts.

We have a dashboard that is helping us understand how our audience is using our website and able to track where they are coming from and where they are going. And we have an ad campaign set up for remarketing that we didn't know we could do before.

They have been super great to work with and easy to understand. Any issues I have I talk with them through email and they either fix or get on a video chat to help fix the problem.

I am the owner of a spa and wellness center located in downtown Denver. We provide personal care services such as therapeutic massage, body treatments, holistic skincare, and acupuncture.
For what projects/services did your company hire Omnifonic LLC?
We hired Omnifonic to assist in the increase our visibility on the web. The former had been working with a different firm and we were struggling to find our stride with the team in place. Omnifonic helped us navigate the transition and find some traction with our new presence.
What were your goals for this project?
Migrate site and assets from previous marketing company and owner, help with local SEO visibility, define and track success KPI (key progress indicators).
How did you select this vendor?
Word of mouth. I had heard through fellow business owners that Omnifonic does a stellar job.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We are 9 months into a yearlong contract but have had to pause due to Covid-19. We started in August 2019. We seamlessly propped up our new site at a new URL. Omnifonic made sure that the old site redirected to the new one, added Schema to help clarify that this was the official site, and ensured that a new sitemap was submitted to Google. They helped create a new Facebook page when we couldn’t get access to the old one.
What was the team composition?
We worked closely with Tyler, the owner of the firm. After a few months, we also worked with a writer. I interacted with two individuals.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within 3 months, our new site’s traffic from search was on parity with the previous site’s best months of traffic. Within 6 months we were ranking in the top 5 positions regularly for terms like “Day spa near me”, “massage near me” and the like. By month 9, organic search accounted for 53% of traffic and paid search accounted for an additional 8% of our site traffic. We defined our conversions as “Clicks to schedule appointment”, “clicks to call”, and “Clicks to purchase gift cards”. For the first time, we had insights into the purchase intent of our site visitors and were able to track monthly goal completions into the thousands.

Omnifonic hit every deadline. They went above and beyond our expectations in regards to reporting. They were easy to get a hold of when we had questions. They handled last-minute and oddball requests with enthusiasm and speed.

I am the owner of Denver Distillery. We make whiskey, gin, vodka, and other high-proof liquors.
What challenge were you trying to address with Omnifonic LLC?
Business was a bit slow, so we wanted to see if digital marketing would have any impact on our traffic.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Omnifonic LLC is employing a mix of marketing strategies to increase our brand awareness. Most of their work involves target adverting on social media, but they also do some web development and PPC campaigns.
Although we initially hired them for digital services, they have helped us design physical collateral. Recently, they revamped our website and added an interactive calendar.
