Office701 designed and developed three of our company’s websites. They’ve also managed our Google SEO.

We worked with their owner, who explained aspects of the project to us and took care of any changes. I think there are more than 10 people working on their side.

We pay them per project, and we don’t have a monthly fee. We’ve spent around $5,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Office701 in early-2016, and they’re continuing to support us with revisions and SEO work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re very satisfied with our SEO on Google. Our company is now ranking within the first positions, and we’ve gotten many customers from Google after Office701’s work. New clients are calling us and giving us feedback on Google every day. 

We’re also getting emails with price inquiries. We’re happy with the results. We’re updating the website every week, with news and projects.

How did Office701 Creative Agency & Information Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

I have direct phone numbers for their designers and tech team, and we talk via phone and WhatsApp. They’ve delivered on time, and the websites they made perform very well. I have no intentions of going to another company.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re professional, and they always answer our calls. If we request something from Office701, they’ll come back to us with a solution that same day.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing that comes to mind.

My company is a pension and insurance consulting organization with its own products developed for better service in the sector. I am the founder and executive of the company supervising the managers.

Office701 developed 5 web-based apps for our company which are innovative and educative products in the sector. Our goals were to be a leading consulting company through useful and profitable products.

Office701 delivered fully functional web product where our customers can be a member and use the application. The UI/UX of the admin panel is also well designed

Office701 Team has been very responsive to all our questions.. We were closely in touch with Office701. We used Trello app for project management. The team managed the project in a friendly way. So we were focused on the project.

We felt like Office701 was our IT team during the project development. The team offered interesting ideas for the project. They did their best to achieve the most promising outcome!

What were your goals for this project?

Our company website was really old and amateur. In the process of time, our needs for a website has changed. We wanted an active and good looking website. So we decided to renovate it.

How did you select this vendor?

A friend suggest them, and showed us their other works. Then we met, negotiate about what we want. They gave confidence.

This is a living website. Every month we publish a new issue and put it on pur website. Besides, we wanted to put each article, news and interview to the website. This needed a powerful website.

We were assigned a project manager

Shortly after they completed the website, we started to receive mails from people who wants to place an ad. We started to use the website more effectively and because of the admin console is user friendly, we had get rid of our problems that we experienced before.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was really nice and easy. They were easily accessable and good at problem solving.

Maybe speed of the websites. That’s all, they are good.
