I am the CFO of Workiz, a startup software company in field-service management that only serves US clients. Plumbers, locksmiths, electricians, HVAC, and other trade professions use our CRM and communication system to manage their business. 

What challenge were you trying to address with OCHI presentation design?

My company already had a sales presentation, but it was not very professional. We needed a company to build straightforward, professional employee onboarding and sales presentation material for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OCHI developed an employee onboarding presentation for my company. My company provided OCHI with the onboarding presentation we already had in Google Sheets, and they transformed that information into a professional presentation we can show to future employees. 

We’re also about to start a second project with them focused on our sales presentations.

We only work with Ihor (Co-Founder & CEO).

How did you come to work with OCHI presentation design?

I found Ihor through Fiverr. When we first talked, I was impressed with the quality of questions he asked me about my project — they showed me that he was experienced in the industry. It was evident that he understood what I needed from the project, and he was professional and capable of doing the job.

We’ve invested between $4,000–$6,000 with OCHI so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with OCHI in November 2021 and our partnership is ongoing. 

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We needed a certain level of professionalism in our presentations, and OCHI provided us with that. When I showed our management and HR teams the presentation OCHI developed, they were amazed — the final product was exactly what we needed to create a better experience for new employees. 

How did OCHI presentation design perform from a project management standpoint?

Throughout the initial project, OCHI was very organized and met our schedules. We generally communicated with them through Fiverr and occasionally met through Google Meet to discuss the results we wanted to achieve. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

It is very easy to work with OCHI — their work on similar projects has given them the experience to create presentations that our audience can clearly understand. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for them to improve.

I would tell customers to work with OCHI, especially if they want to develop clear presentations for financing, investors, or PR!

I'm the CEO & Founder of a software business. We provide a B2B product offering and a B2C experience through our retail brand.

We engaged OCHI to re-design our pitch deck for our Seed Capital Round.

We found a few companies that specialized in pitch deck re-design and interviewed all 3. We chose OCHI presentation design because we felt their understanding of our business. The express requirements we were looking for was a good match for us.

The scope included a number of initial Zoom meetings between OCHI and our executive team to narrow down the requirements and essentially ideate what was missing from our existing deck.

We provided the content by way of an online questionnaire developed by OCHI and also provided access to a library of our company asset including previous decks, videos, UX/UI designs, competitor analysis, intel from our target investor list - what they are looking for when investing as an example.

From there, the first iterations of the new deck were produced by OCHI and started the feedback process. The process was handled from start to finish with a milestone dynamic brief via Notion which was handy to track progress and the delivery of the deck in Google slides which allowed easy commentary for consideration between OCHI and our business.

What was the team composition?

Our team consisted of myself, the COO and CFO as primary contacts and we shared it amongst our board advisors for further feedback. We dealt with Ihor from OCHI.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes from the deck were positive, the first 5 slides nailed what our product was all about. Since the delivery in February, we have had to modify the deck and update content to better align with the different investors we are in discussions with. We are still in "capital raising" mode, so I can't share any further details at this stage.

The CI of our new website and our slide decks did not match anymore. We hired OCHI to help us bring our slide deck designs in line with our CI and take them to the next level.

We started with a first deck and continued to roll this out to more presentation decks. Ihor and his team understand our brand and value proposition, which they've turned into excellent slides. He was always very open for our feedback and also thoroughly explained their design decisions behind each of the slides.

As we were under a bit of time pressure, Ihor also ramped up his team, getting more hands on board so we could complete projects at a quicker pace as well. We look forward to continuing the project with them!

The first completed pitch deck received great feedback so far (internally & externally), we look forward to testing the next deck with our stakeholders.

I'm the CEO of a small advertising agency servicing many clients in the Precious Metals space.

For what projects/services did your company hire OCHI presentation design?

As the volume of work grew, I needed to find a design partner I could rely on to support some of Branding and Corporate Presentation projects. OCHI supported in the creation of brand identities and corporate presentations that were instrumental to the client's success.

During our project kick-off, the OCHI team was asking very smart, intelligent question about the client positioning and value proposition – aiming to come up with a hard working brand design that resonated with the target audience. With OCHI, I worked exclusively with Ihor who managed his own team of designers internally. Having one central contact throughout the entire project phase was a welcome experience ensuring accountability was met.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My clients, are typically conducting a large scale capital raise ($6-10M) each. For all work OCHI has supported me in, I have heard nothing but braise for the work and outputs helping them raise that money more seamlessly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. After each meeting, we assigned follow up meetings and booked it in on the spot. This gave me peace of mind that we would hit milestone timings that I convey to my clients.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their design capabilities and developing a multi-dimensional brand with many layers. They look to elevate and simplify all communications which is integral when putting together a pitch deck or corporate presentation.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I'm very happy with OCHI and working with Ihor and will continue to do so. The team was open to adapting ways of working.

I'm the Art director at Officevibe, we are an employee engagement platform that helps managers to get the best out of their teams. We're located in Montreal, Canada.

We've tried to figure out how to build a solid powerpoint template in house to help our teams deliver solid presentations internally and externally. We discovered quite fast that one doesn't simply create a solid template in Powerpoint and that we would need help.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I decided to try Fiverr for the first time and decided to go for the PRO designers because I knew from trying to make a template ourselves that it wasn't easy and certainly wasn't worth anything under 1000$. There were few offerings that seemed interesting but Ochi design stood out by presenting some pieces that showed an understanding of design and storytelling.

After exchanging some messages on the platform we jumped in a Teams call and I really like Ihor's personality and we connected on a design level quite fast. He really understood what I needed without me having to go into micro details of the project. I knew I would like the results and I just had to send the right assets and he would take care of it. After the call I sent him a folder with examples of what we wanted, our brand assets and he sent me back a custom offer for the work. He delivered a V1 of the project that ended up being the final version in the timeline we had discussed.

He delivered more than I was expecting and we were really surprised with the quality of his work.

I wasn't expecting to find designers of that quality on Fiverr. Ihor has an impressive understanding of what's needed to do an effective presentation.

For the creation of a pitch deck.

We selected OCHI Presentation Design on the basis of reviews, plus an initial conversation which went to our liking

Following an initial requirements review and discussion around various possible ideas, OCHI took the project away to work on with minor requests for additional information as required. The process is crystal clear - they do an audit and define the business targets, then develop a strategy for executing on research, copy core messages and key insights for presentation structure, and then proceed with the design. 

The work has been done in 4 months, within which they've developed several presentations tailored for different audiences and successfully achieving business goals. One was an investor presentation, one for Oxford accelerator (biggest in the UK), and one was consumer-oriented.

Besides that, we've developed strategies, created structure and narrative, and not only designed the presentations but created custom illustrations and curated the brand identity (except logo).

The service received from Ihor was absolutely first-class. His close attention to detail, deep thought in terms of narrative, flow and aesthetics, completely exceeded my expectations, which were very high from the outset. Especially loved and appreciated the creation of visuals, animation, and advice around the look and feel that we are after. We will definitely continue working with Ihor and his team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

After a first briefing we received a detailed questionnaire about the goals of the presentation. After completion we had a follow up call to discuss and clarify open topics. We received the a first draft of the overall storyline within about a week thereafter. After the storyline was agreed on we received the design a week later. Including iterrations and changes the entire project took about 5-6 weeks.
