Healint designs state-of-the-art solutions for chronic pain diseases to empower people by embedding AI in mobile phones and analysing in record time health data. As a digital marketing project manager I am responsible for the acquisition, retention and conversion of our app users.

We hired Oak and Bluebird to design and develop a new website and migrate the content of our old website into the new one.

We shortlisted 3 developers. Oak and Bluebird team was very good at understanding our needs and communicating the work breakdown structure, timeline and quotation. This project was a first time for my team and they really addressed all our concerns regarding both pm and technical matters.

I am the Account Director at a film production company based in Newcastle, Australia. We work with clients in all health, environment on projects with a bigger purpose.

Our website was outdated and needed a refresh. We were after a modern minimalistic look, that focussed on our film projects and photography.

We required a brand new website with a minimal design elements to complement our film and photography work. We required a site that was easy to navigate and for our team members to update content in house as we completed new projects we needed to feature. We found a number of website styles we liked and provided them to Oak and Bluebird. They were more than accomodating with providing us the look and functionality we needed.

Oak and Bluebird delivered a visually stunning website. We have seen an increase in conversions from users who visit our site.

The developer was easy to communication with. They were prompt and jumped on any issue and fixed it quickly.

I was impressed with the standard of work considering the excellent price of the project.

I am the Client Success Manager of an audio production company based in Brisbane, Australia. I handle the accounts, social media, customer service support and audio production. We supply audio voice telephony solutions and any professional audio recordings.

Our old website was based on Joomla and we wanted a new, young design on Wordpress. It was previously difficult to navigate and was very outdated.

We were introduced to Oleh by our old SEO manager who recommended him to us based on her past experience with a few of her clients.

After working on the design brief in Notion, we were able to view the demo website on Waveless which helped us get a better idea on how to navigate the new website. Oleh and his team were very patient with us as we struggled with minimal staff through Covid and finally had the time to work on content this year to get the website filled with the right information.

We worked closely with Oleh and had previously worked with 3 other members of the team and lastly Serhiy helped migrate the website when it was ready to go live.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Overall, our users have been generally happy with the new site! Our SEO manager is satisfied that the new site ticks all the necessary boxes. It definitely makes us stand out in our industry.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was a little difficult to communicate due to the time zone difference but we managed over email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their design has surpassed our expectations, and they were able to meet our needs in a user-friendly way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Definitely ensure pricing is advertised in USD and have more documentation to ensure smooth business transaction (quote, purchase order, invoice, receipt) as international transactions can get a little tricky.
