What were your goals for this project?

Goal was to develop a claim management software which allows claim reporting for the users, fraudulent claim analysis, supports claims and provide settlement workflows along with the capability of risk assessment to identify the complexity of claims

How did you select this vendor?

We searched and enquired everywhere to get the best Insurtech Solution Providers. We enquired different Insurance providers for their experience with different teams and most of them told about 3 companies. Again we did a research based on certain criterias and found that Nuvento is the best option for our task.

Our project was development of a claim management software for our Insurance services.

What was the team composition?

Team was comprised of a manager who was the head of the team and was having 5 developers within the team

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project was a great success for our business. The software could help our services a lot and moved it another level ahead.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was fine and the communication was also effective.The progress level was always updated to us by the team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was having quick response and there were direct communication to all sections rather than a single man communication.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Hire more people so that they can take up more projects and continue the awesome work !

I’m the CEO of a data machine learning service provider. We help small businesses supply AI, machine learning, and big data solutions in an optimal timeframe with less effort and cost. We offer a platform as a service and provide additional AI solutions to our clients.

We hired Nuvento for cloud migration services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I heard about Nuvento from my friend reference. We chose them based on their website and feedback from their past clients.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First, they led a series of discovery workshops to better understand our business requirements. We work with a lot of confidential documents, so we needed a way to transfer files securely. They suggested using Microsoft 365 because it included several services such as Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and security, Application Management, and Azure AD. Migrating our data from an on-site server to these cloud systems made it easier for us to access our data while out of office.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Over 10 resources are allocated for our project. We also have a project coordinator.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The cloud migration was a great success. Now that we have a secure way of accessing client data off site, our cloud consultants can quickly pull relevant information while working with a client and share any files. We feel comfortable knowing that our information is backed up on the cloud too

Nuvento's response times and technical capabilities were impressive.

This team is awesome. Based on the requirements you provide, Nuvento can help you find the right technology stack and solution for your problem. Their guidance is great for any newcomers to the development space.

No. We’re happy with the services Nuvento is providing.

I'm the claims management specialist in a famous firm in US. We have 3 locations across US.

We aimed to implement a data warehouse solution for managing the claims operations. The Nuvento team met all objectives of the redesign on or before schedule and brought the ETL under 7 hours. We redesigned the reports to meet the 5 second query time requirement and achieved this with the existing hardware.

We found them through referral.

The plan comprised of verifiable micro-milestones delivered every three days and verified with the business user representatives for data quality and performance. This micro-milestone-based agile model ensured timely completion and verification without surprises.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The data load reduced from 36 hours to 6 hours and the Operational and maintenance tasks got simplified.

They used MS SQL server, and the source systems were a popular multi-line claims system, ERP systems, home-grown applications, AS400, and mainframe systems.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had personalized consultation and direct access to the whole team.
