I’m the founder and CEO of a digital marketing agency. We focus mostly on search analytics and conversion rate optimization.
What challenge were you trying to address with NoBSdigital?
One of our clients is a data company and they needed support with a complex data analytics project. They wanted a tool to help better interpret their data, so we hired NoBSdigital to lead the project.
What was the scope of their involvement?
NoBSdigital served as an extension of our team in creating an analytics tool for our client. They built out several dashboards according to existing specs. Their team used Google Data Studio and other customized reports to improve the analytics process.

NoBSdigital has had a great impact on my client, who now has all the dashboards and reporting tools that they need. The third-party support allows my client to make quicker, informed decisions for their business.

They work very well independently—we can give them a deliverable and trust they’ll complete it on time. We tell them our instructions and expectations and they handle everything from there. We primarily communicate through phone and email.

We needed help defining key performance indicators (KPI) for a client’s digital project.
What was the scope of their involvement?
noBSdigital defined the KPIs and assessed how they would be measured. The team then developed pegging specifications and built Tags. They set up data elements in Google Analytics to track the performance of the visual experience via Google Tag firings.

No, I’m happy because the team completes each of our projects well. However, bigger clients requiring more diverse skill sets may run into areas that they don’t specialize in, such as backend development.

My recommendation is to work with them. I haven’t used anyone else since I found noBSdigital.
