Michael and his team did a very, VERY thorough analysis of our brand, and our voice. In addition to meeting and chatting, we were also given a very detailed questionnaire to fill out so that the team could really get a vision of who we are, and what we provide. After that, they were very transparent with creative and making sure the emails sounded like us. Once everything was set up, Michael walked us through every little detail on the back end so we completely understood the process, and what they put together.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were three- Geri, Michelle and Michael. I'm unsure of all the different roles but they clearly work in unison and were all very helpful. No miscommunications whatsoever.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
It's too early to tell - we are a very young startup! But I know that our digital ads team was very happy with the work done, and they see their fair share of email automations.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Extremely effective. No miscommunication and everything was very clear from the beginning.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their effort to get to know us. We have worked with all different types of digital teams on different parts of our businesses, and we have seen it all! We have often paid a high price for very generic creative that does not sound like us AT ALL. No Limit's effort to understand who we are made it so seamless, and so easy to approve their creative ideas without second guessing anything. Finally, Michael went above and beyond to finish some things on the back end that I had started, making important tweaks. Then he went and made a video on HOW he did it! We didn't ask for any of that, so again, blown away by the amount of help he gave just by being a genuine, lovely, authentic human being! I think this is SO important in an industry where we have felt like our digital naivety has been taken advantage of in the past.

We were struggling to get customers for our new product, and hired No Limit Email to handle the strategy, email copy and execution for our product launch on Amazon. They were very turn key. Meaning, they took care of the whole email side of the product launch.

We were looking for the best email marketing agency to support our launch of a new product. We had heard good things about No Limit Email through our network of Amazon and eCommerce sellers and so we set up an appointment with them.

No Limit Email mapped out an incredible plan, which included targeting specific demographics with messages tailored specifically to those groups; they also implemented automated campaigns as well as personalized emails from different team members of the company at various points during the process- all with minimal input or involvement on my end! The first thing they helped us with was the email list growth strategy. This was how we were going to find traffic, send it to a page and incentivize as many people as we could to leave their email contact for the product launch.
Then they planned out and wrote the complete email launch sequence. This included a pre-launch, open-cart, main launch, cart closing and post launch sequence. Additionally, they scheduled all of this into our email provider (Klaviyo) and collaborated with my internal team to ensure everything was synchronised.

We had Mike and Gerri working extremely closely with myself and the internal team running the paid ads and creatives. You don’t find this with many agencies. Where the owners are so involved and invested in your success. It was very refreshing. They also had their project/account manager and their copywriter in close contact and coming to WIP meetings so everyone was across the overall project.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The company helped us create engaging emails and even gave our team some pointers on how best to come across as trustworthy within these messages. Our goal was 5,000 subscribers before we hit the launch period - they exceeded this expectation with 8,765 subscriptions! We sell quite a high ticket product. $130+ for one item. Our sales velocity goal post launch was to be selling a minimum of 50 units/month. Post email launch we were sitting at 150 units/month in sales.

The best experience we have had in terms of communication, expectations and keeping us up to date. I think this is one of the keys that sets them apart from other agencies we have worked with. The team is highly accessible and responsive. We felt like they were embedded with our own team.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The are not a faceless team that hands you an account manager to deal with everything. You actually get to interact with the owners of the company who provide massive value beyond just email marketing. They come to with with a holistic view on your ecommerce brand to support the project as a whole and not simply from an email marketing stand point. Once again, it felt like they were not only an extension of our team, but as if they were our embedded internal team.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I am ecstatic with the results we achieved and the decision to work with Mike and Gerri. One of the most common questions we hear is, "How did you get so many people to sign up for your new product launch?” When I look back at our product launch together, there’s not much I would have changed at all.

No Limit Email helped us to migrate onto Klaviyo from our previous CRM which is a much better platform for ecommerce and connection into Shopify. They also provided strategy for flows and the briefs, design and copy of our templates and emails to our database. They migrated our database of over 100,000 people into segments and set new workflows live.

We worked with the co - founders who managed our project from start to finish. There were designers and dev teams also working on our account but all information was communicated via the one account manger.

We are already seeing higher open rates of our emails. We are very happy with the strategy of the flows and that it was all seamlessly delivered. We now have a very organised database that we can build on and continue to segment with creative ideas and further strategy.

There was excellent communication throughout the entire project and all deadlines were met. Very reliable and trustworthy through a nervous time of CRM transition for our business. All happened very smoothly.

Deliverables (copy + design) well & truly exceeded our expectations. I can totally see why this is a service you'd want to hire out -- if you own an e-commerce brand and want to build out community + engagement, it needs to be done right. We don't have the skills or expertise (or time!) to put together what No Limit put together for us. This was a no-brainer investment that will pay dividends over the course of time.

Very easy and efficient. If there was ever a bottleneck in our project, it was me being slow on getting to emails or submitting the necessary info.

They were our one-stop-shop for marketing. They tailored a unique and efficient marketing strategies to reach the right customers at a much lower cost than traditional marketing methods. They helped us with copywriting, content creation, drip sequences, email marketing automation, performance reporting and email deliverability optimization. This has really helped us generate a sizeable profit which we never knew we could achieve!

It was actually really simple. They really listened to our problems, went and did market research, then came back with a solution that is built around the problem. Other agencies look for ways to fit our business into their formula.

After our initial meeting, No-Limit Email went and did in-depth market research, and created a customer avatar which was super helpful. They then wrote the copy for a series of email flows, and these copies were some of the best copies I've ever read. They were engaging, sitting, and topical, exactly what we were looking for. After approval, the team set up all the flows in Klayvio, making sure there are no mistakes as these flows and segments can be quite complex. We set that life and immediately we saw results! They also helped us with deliverability, making sure all the emails were landing in the inboxes and not spam.

Mike and Gerri worked with us closely and often have team calls. Just to make sure we stayed on top of things. Mike is great at Klayvio and Gerri is an absolute gun in copywriting. They were a dynamite team which we were searching for!
