Itexia
Itexia is a software provider that helps with inventory management. It is easy to label, scan and then save it in a database. An easy solution to keep everything under control so nothing can 'disappear' anymore.
UI design should have been clean and plain as a system itself. An important interface requirement — we must keep everything detailed, but yet easy to find. Colors we've chosen transmit the effect of business processes digitization and communicate trustworthiness of e-systems.
Our goal was to visualize workflows as much as possible to show the user, that it’s way better to spare time on inventory and use time for some other useful processes.

Replyco
Replyco is a software, which works with sellers on the largest onlinetrading platforms to save the world of e-commerce from stress and bad reviews.
The essence of the program is to consolidate all communication between the seller and his customers in one place. We changed the appearance of the application, add design, stylization of buttons, icons, etc. The app looked static and uninteresting, and we needed to rethink UI/UX design.
For the first stage, we created the structure of the application, two design concepts, color maps and schemes, 12 custom vector icons for the use.
The second stage includes the creation of the design of all pages of the application, according to the selected concept. It requires preparation of the mobile and desktop versions, UI-kit, samples of animations for layout, and making ready of all source codes for transmission. less

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm CEO at Solaris 3D visualization agency. We are creating photo realistic archiviz renders for construction companies and individuals.
For what projects/services did your company hire Nextpage?
We started new business and we needed a website for it as a marketing tool to attract new clients. And we decided to outsource design and develpment for corporate website with blog.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to get usefull marketing tool to get more leads and communicate with our community through the blog.
How did you select this vendor?
WE found Nextpage Agency on Behance, when we were looking for vendor. We saw their works as the best match with our needs as a creative agencies. We interviewed 5 other companies and based on all proposals we decided to work with Nextpage.
Describe the project in detail.
After signing agreement we started actual work with the team. First of all there were series of interviews with project manager and after that they started to deliever to us parts of our future website starting from design concept, animated design, front-end and backend parts. They get almost all of our corrections and we were satisfied with results.
What was the team composition?
All communication went with project manager. During design concept presentation I told to their art director. I also know that there were working 2 developers, designer and QA on my project.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
When our website was deployed and we started marketing activities we got almast 2-4 new leads a day. And about 3000 visitors on our blog.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Every week we got updates on our project from their manager. They answered all of our questions. I would describe our workflow as fluent.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their creative mindset was amazing. Using this skill we got great website. It's not about creativity for creativity but its more about solving business needs using creative aproach.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I think the cost could be lower. But I also understand that this type of work and its results couldn't be cheap.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m a manager at Black Lace Boutique, a multi-brand lingerie retail network located in Odesa, Ukraine. We sell women’s lingerie, womenswear, and beauty products.
For what projects/services did your company hire Nextpage?
We hired Nextpage to build an online market for our lingerie shop.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to create a stylish and exciting site to show off our clients. The main goal was to communicate our values and services to our customers.
How did you select this vendor?
Nextpage was the best of the best in our region, so it made sense to go with them.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Nextpage developed an online store to sell our products, tailoring the pages to meet our clients’ marketing needs and sensibilities. They used modern, flat designs and a strictly narrow and light color palette. Key sections included a blog, an about us page, and a FAQs. The new site also featured a user sign-in and e-commerce functions (e.g., shopping cart, catalog pages, product pages, admin panel). The team added a LiqPay payment system as well as a postal delivery service integration.
What was the team composition?
A large number of specialists worked on the project, including a sales manager during the initial stages, a project manager, a designer, a backend developer, and a frontend developer. They also provided a content manager to help prepare images for the site.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The new online store has expanded our functionality, both from a user and internal perspective. With the e-commerce features, customers can now browse catalogs, order items for delivery, and request returns. We also have several pages to inform visitors about our operations.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
They met all deadlines, and we had no questions about their project management. Their project managers did everything to ensure that we were satisfied. Since our locations were so close, we were able to meet and discuss all of our questions.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their management had strong communication skills. Not to mention, their decision making and implementation speed were very good.
Are there any areas for improvement?
They could have improved the quality of their technical specs, but, considering that we now have a great product, this wasn’t a big problem.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the founder of NeoBlocks, a new concept to enable blockchain solutions for end-users.
For what projects/services did your company hire Nextpage?
Since we were starting from scratch with only ideas, we needed everything for our branding and web design.
What were your goals for this project?
Compared to the competition, our design and setup needs to be easy, accessible, and user-friendly. Every user should be able to create a wallet, browse the website, and use the blockchain with confidence.
How did you select this vendor?
We compared the work of several vendors and talked with several companies. We chose Nextpage because of their non-nonsense way of communication and work style. We want to move forward and see results and not spend time in meetings talking about the project.
Describe the project in detail.
We started by filling in a questionnaire. We gave them a lot of examples of what we were looking for. Nextpage created an appealing logo, brand, and accessible web design. This included a landing page, some commercial pages, and some more technical dashboard pages.
What was the team composition?
I mainly communicated with a lead designer and a project manager.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Nextpage completed the logo design and branding. On our side, we’re still working on the backend of the site. They promised us extended support on the project while we continue working on the final details.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
In the beginning, we had a couple of Skype meetings to discuss the progress. Later, we only needed to comment on the progress and our input was required less. We mostly used InVision to check their work. Sometimes the communication was a bit chaotic, on our side as well as theirs. This caused some delay in the project. Overall, it went well and they achieved all results on time.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their team communicated in a friendly manner. They were always patient and willing to help us out.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I was a bit underwhelmed with the results. While the end product will likely be perfect, there are still some parts that need to be improved. We decided to accept the results as they are now, and will do any further improvements on our own.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of Teylor. We developed a fully digital online loan program for small businesses in Germany. If a company wants to buy new equipment or machinery, they can use our platform to apply for a loan and receive funds entirely online.
What challenge were you trying to address with Nextpage?
We have in-house engineers and UX specialists but no in-house designer. We wanted a firm to help us fill that need.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We write a detailed briefing for each piece of work we need from them. We complete all the specifications in-house before we bring them in for the design elements. Our first project with them was the design of our website. We told them what we wanted to convey and they gave us a few variations to choose from. We went through an iterative process until we reached the final product, which included a brand book and a sketch file with assets and guidelines to implement.
Next, they worked on our investor presentations. They created a set of templates for PowerPoint that included the design, layout, and our logo. They also complete a variety of small tasks for us and operate as our part-time design department. They designed our logo and helped us redesign our application process to improve the overall functionality. They designed a beautiful onboarding flow, login screen, dashboards, and a settings page. They also provide design guidelines for each element, down to the color and size of each button.
What is the team composition?
We have a main project manager who is also our point of contact for invoicing, billing, and other business matters. We also communicate with their lead designer. He sits in on all of our kickoff meetings and stays involved with the bigger projects. I’ve also interacted with two other designers on their team and I know they have development capabilities.
How did you come to work with Nextpage?
We went through Behance, Dribbble, and other similar platforms to find designers. We looked through over 200 profiles and chose about 20 groups to interview. Nextpage offered the best quality of work and communication, so we decided to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent a little less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in April 2018 and the relationship is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve received great feedback from our users regarding the design and the overall site. We’ve used assets Nextpage gave us for all sorts of branding. We also hear good things from employees and our board of investors.
How did Nextpage perform from a project management standpoint?
Their availability and responsiveness were among the reasons we hired them. They really became a part of the team. I write to our project manager and send screenshots via WhatsApp at any time of day and he’s always there to respond.
We all had legal questions at the beginning and they took the initiative to bring in a lawyer to advise all of us. Communication is fantastic and definitely one of their strengths.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their price value is one of the best on the market. They deliver fantastic work and have great communication and quality. They offer a wonderful combination of skills and usually respond within minutes. They also accept a variety of payment methods, including cryptocurrencies.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only thing we could improve is more on our end. We sign a new contract for each part of the project but could streamline the process if we had one contract with them. We haven’t asked them about this yet.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make expectations very clear at the beginning in terms of communication and your needs. Part of our success came from knowing what we wanted and when we needed it. You will save money if you have a brief prepared before you start.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the founder of Pivot Studio. We are a job search platform that connects users with employers through an interconnected website and mobile application.
What challenge were you trying to address with Nextpage?
I needed someone to develop our platform from scratch.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Nextpage developed our platform’s frontend and UX/UI elements with a focus on user accessibility and learnability. After optimizing the aesthetic design in black and white, they began experimenting with other color palettes in preparation for client testing. The app launched, but the team continues to answer our questions and make quick integrations.
What is the team composition?
I worked with the co-founder and a team of three designers.
How did you come to work with Nextpage?
A development team recommended their design services. We found them on Upwork and held multiple interviews before hiring them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The design and development process lasted from June—December 2017, but the team continues to provide additional support.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Clients praised the app for its creative design and accessible interface. All of Nextpage’s features are simply and intuitively designed to the benefit the user.
How did Nextpage perform from a project management standpoint?
I asked a lot of Nextpage and they skillfully met every challenge and deadline. A diligent work ethic and accessible communication helped the project progress quickly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I am impressed with their communication skills and the overall results of the engagement.
Any advice for potential customers?
Communication is key to working with Nextpage. It will take a long time to build a platform if the clients can’t effectively communicate with their team.

Development Partnership with IT Firm
“We identified that they are a great partner and they stick to the work.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Nexus-BI. We position ourselves as an IT integrator in the market. We cover three main pillars: service and project management, software development, and service and fulfillment. We support companies with a one-stop shop for digitally based processes and projects. We have IT architects in Germany who design solutions, and we outsource work to companies like Nextpage, which act as strategic partners for us. We work closely with these companies with daily exchanges, enabling us to provide good service to our own customers.
What challenge were you trying to address with Nextpage?
We were working with a U.S.-based customer who wanted to build a social network where musicians could find ensembles.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Nextpage is developing a platform using PHP and React Native for the mobile applications. The platform needed to feature many of the functionalities of a typical social network. The customer needed not only a social network but a platform where players in the music industry could place their commercials much more effectively. Therefore, we also needed to offer tools and APIs for tracking.
They initially worked on design tasks for our website, PowerPoint presentations, mock-ups, brochures, and more. We gave them small tasks in order to sample their quality and how their project management worked.
What is the team composition?
I interacted with one of their founders. We are working with up to five developers from their team on this project.
How did you come to work with Nextpage?
Nextpage has a western-oriented mindset. They understand what western customers need, as well as how to respect delivery deadlines, terms and conditions, and the quality level expected. We had test projects, interviews, and reviews in the beginning. We started small and gave them bigger and bigger projects. We identified that they are a great partner and they stick to the work. We picked them earlier than normal for the current project because they provided a good offer.
How much have you invested with them?
The cost of the current project has been above €100,000 ($116,696 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
The current project started in November 2017 and is ongoing. It has slowed down because of the customer’s budget, but Nextpage has achieved a lot working with a limited budget.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s progressing extremely well. Our client could confirm the great relationship we have with Nextpage. They are happy with the progress. The results have been useful for finding investors. The solution is functional at this stage.
The client has been happy with the quality, and Nextpage has also provided support to us. The most important factor is how our own company is able to service the client and how we behave when a mistake happens, which is unavoidable. Nextpage has always taken responsibility for their work, and they’ve gone the extra mile to make the customer happy. This is something we can also reflect to our customers.
How did Nextpage perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication is excellent. They’re always available, they’re extremely open to criticism, and they’re always willing to challenge themselves. Whenever there was an issue, they always tried to correct it. The project management tools we’re using are Jira and Trello, with Jira being the main one. We use Bitbucket and GitHub for code tracking.
What did you find most impressive about them?
First of all, they are extremely enthusiastic about what they do. They are positive and always willing to run the extra mile, no matter what the task is. They understand that being customer-centric is key.
Being a good human being with an open heart and with an understanding of others is what makes people professional. Only within such an environment can we create a solution that is designed for the customer and ensure that we can follow-up on customer interests. This was an extremely rare trait to find.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They should consider expanding their scope of services. It’s also important to constantly try and understand the demands of western customers. They need to keep up with the market in terms of service working toward the highest standard of quality.

I am an executive producer from the team that worked on ‘Breaking into Baikonur’ film. It's the documentary of the DGTL RLGN company and the creative team of the Insiders Project.
For what projects/services did your company hire Nextpage?
We came to Nextpage for digital support for the film. We wanted to create a website and a small engaging interactive, which would help us in popularizing the film. The work of Nextpage exceeded all of our expectations.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Nextpage was recommended to us by one of our partners.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We communicate a lot while discussing the ideas and solutions for us. We communicated via mail, Telegram and Google meet. First of all, Nextpage created a game based on the movie, which immerses the player in the 8-bit world of Baikonur. We were able to launch it in advance and hook the audience. After this, they created an amazing website.
We were given two concepts to choose from, and we liked both! The Nextpage team demonstrated their creativity and designed an additional feature for us. The team created a quiz and implemented it on the site. The trick is: only after passing the quiz, users can go to the site and get acquainted with the history of Baikonur, learn more about the film and view the list of film screenings.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
All communication was conducted through a project manager who controlled the entire process, collected and transmitted information in both directions. And the Art Director was included in the conversation when it was needed. The technical part of the project.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
It’s incredible how much Nextpage`s work has helped us and we`re extremely satisfied. The website is amazing, it works fluently and looks incredible. The game they created is very fun and stylish, our audience liked it very much.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
