We used the framework from the original consulting phase of understanding the scope of the project, key features and business deliverables.

Newwave Solutions JSC delivered on our project from a project managment dashboard. The outline and deliverables were clear in Teamwork. From time to time, given the back and forth we might get off track but generally speaking, we stayed course and they've been a good outsourced team to work with.

We were impressed by the early turnaround in the first couple of months of the project.

In periods where the project stalled sometimes the delay between meetings and the clarity of where we were or what was needed could have move the ball forward a little faster. In big projects with remote work, this is probably normal but that is the only point that might have been an area to "improve" upon.
