We have been working together for 18 months now to support our vision of rapid growth. Carbon Clean needed to redesign its digital footprint and strengthen its online visibility. Ahead of this a full website redesign and new corporate brand identity was essential. As a startup, we had a lot of moving parts with no solidified strategy. We realized that we needed a digital marketing partner to help us align our strategy from the ground up so that we could be successful in our demand generation goals.

We went through an extensive selection process with multiple agencies. We needed a partner who could offer a complete solution from strategy, web, social, paid, and all things marketing. New Perspective was the only agency that focused on our needs before offering a solution. It was obvious that they were interested in understanding our industry and our business so that they could offer helpful recommendations tailored specifically for us.

The initial phase of this project involved a lot of workshops and foundational work to help us all move forward together. They provided us with key audits with recommendations on how to better optimize our entire customer experience. With their help, we were able to implement HubSpot, set up proper tracking across the entire tool stack of Google and HubSpot, understand our audience better, see our content gaps, build lead generation campaigns, and they also helped with web and design services. In short, they were able to get us the big picture in a short amount of time so that we can be confident in successful results.

New Perspective clearly takes a lot of care with their clients. We work with many of their team members depending on the work that is being done. We initially met with the president and director of client success. We were then assigned an account manager and strategic project lead. We have also worked 1 on 1 with their SEO/SEM specialist and their web and design team. As a partner, it feels like New Perspective has joined us in our mission. They offer their entire team to become members of your team. It's the most thorough experience I have ever experienced.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
New Perspective doesn't just do great work. They do it in a timely and cost-effective way. They understood our aggressive goals and gave us the attention we needed to provide all the strategy workshops, documents, and assets needed to begin running a demand generation project. As we move out of this first phase, we are very pleased with what we have been able to accomplish together. It makes the road much more clear on how we will achieve our goals.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow between teams is seamless. We meet once a week and they make themselves accessible whenever needed.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
There are a few things that make New Perspective stand out. For one, they are a full-circle digital marketing agency that offers everything you could want and need out of your digital marketing. They are incredibly thorough in their strategies. I haven't seen anything like it. In a short amount of time, they understood our industry and business and brought real value right away. They're also a lot of fun to work with.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The work has been absolutely top-notch. I would suggest to them to not change anything until it stops working for someone.... but I don't see that happening.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I was the CMO for Agrify, which is a developer and manufacturer of automated indoor agricultural solutions.
What challenges were you trying to address with New Perspective Marketing?
We needed to establish a brand identity and standards. From there, we needed to build out a marketing and sales campaign strategy for launching the company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We identified our audience, what their pain points were and aligned that with our messaging. From there, we produced our marketing materials, including a website, thought leadership, advertising campaigns, and materials for trade shows.
They designed our logo, established a color palette, designed and built our website, and set up our social media accounts. They also set up Hubspot and other marketing tools.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Nathan (President), Caitlin (Designer Coordinator), Mike (SEO/SEM Specialist), and Jared (Director of Production).
How did you come to work with New Perspective Marketing?
I worked with New Perspective Marketing at a previous job. Before selecting a vendor for that engagement, I interviewed about a dozen agencies. I selected New Perspective Marketing because of the emphasis they placed on strategy.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent about $150,000 in the six months I was there.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in June 2019. I left the company six months later, but they were still working together at the time.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
At our first trade show, our booth was mobbed. Their efforts positioned the company well and generated awareness and demand. The revenue trajectory was impressive. Agrify went public after only about 18 months.
How did New Perspective Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
In most cases, they had to manage me. My schedule was pretty hectic, but they were incredibly diligent in managing my deliverables to them. They made sure we stayed on schedule and hit deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re creative and committed. They care about their clients’ success.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It’s hard for me to come up with something. Anytime we brought up issues, they were resolved.

Trust their process. Also, make sure you’re communicating everything they need to know about your brand, company, and customers.

We chose New Perspective after vetting several agencies. After talking with some of New Perspectives clients the decision to choose New Perspective was obvious.

After identifying gaps in our PPC strategy, they put together a comprehensive plan that included Social Media. Since then we have seen extreme growth and have learned a ton about the value of certain keywords.

We work with an Account Media, Developer, Social Strategist, and a Digital Strategist.

We improved the performance of our paid ad campaigns by targeting new keywords. Additionally, we increased our Social Media spend and tackled that spend with fresh ideas. The results were tremendous with the biggest impact on qualified leads by implementing their digital strategy.

The workflow between our teams has been great. New Perspective always has time to jump on a call or help with Ad Hoc requests.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Our Account Manager is also a developer. He has been able to help us with unique projects and is even an expert with some of our automation tools. He trained me when I started.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The only thing I would like to see more of is competitor bidding in SEM. We can bid on our competitors keywords for less than non-branded keywords. Aside from that they have been outstanding.
