I am the Asian Pacific sales manager for a company exporting food product in more than 70 countries globally.
For what projects/services did your company hire New Horizons Global Partners?
In order to develop their sales luckily they needed some manager to be constantly on sites in order to meet with importer and train their sales team but also develop new clients on site points.
What were your goals for this project?
As a multi lingual sales manager with an extensive experience of Southeast Asia sales development I have been in charge of Asia pacific region ,maintaining and developing new customer, organize fair an event.
How did you select this vendor?
We needed a company able to provide for Visa , HR, legal services,accounting and physical place for work for our team. New Horizon provide a comprehensive solution offering to each of his clients the possibility of hiring in their name staff as consultants to conduct their mission
Describe the project in detail.
The actual sales manager for Asia Pacific was about to leave the company , in order to replace him we use headhunting new horizons services to portrait, select ,identify, interview the best candidate among 100 application.
Once the best of candidates had been selected we scheduled physical interviews with the Company sales director who came from abroad to pick the best among the fitting candidates for the position . Then New horizon hired him with a permanent contract Under sales management position as a consultant for their firm.
What was the team composition?
It was a one person team abroad so the choice had to be perfect and cannot be approximative in order to fit perfectly the position. New Horizon propose to us they’re open space rental solution which allows our team member to benefit from a QQ working environment with other dynamic consultants and entrepreneur.
