Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a "consultant" for a nonprofit and I just helped a friend who is part of that nonprofit. Their members are physicians who have ties with their country of origin or their parents’ country of origin. They’re all working in harmony to do good such as raising over $300,000 dollars for COVID-19 efforts, offering free clinics, and more.
What challenge were you trying to address with Neural Soft Solutions?
I had a small project with a small nonprofit in the DC area concerning building a website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Neural Soft Solutions team built everything from scratch and utilized Wix as the CMS of the website. They did the front- and backend development as well as design for the website. Moreover, they also produced the content of the platform.
What is the team composition?
We just worked with Ali (CEO).
How did you come to work with Neural Soft Solutions?
Since my wife’s best friend was Ali’s professor, I connected to them. I didn’t consider anybody else.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent around $500.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement ran from June–July 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We were very satisfied with the website. Many people could make a website and there’s a dime a dozen out there, but what I liked about working with them was that I didn’t have to do a lot of heavy lifting during the partnership. I also didn’t have to explain much because Ali understood the organization's mission. As a result, he built a very clean and nice website for us.
Everybody also loved the donation aspect of the platform, because that was something we needed. With the website, folks could easily donate to the nonprofit and he made the button up top.
How did Neural Soft Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
We were in contact via email and phone. WhatsApp was also used heavily. He was very prompt. Apart from the time difference, he was there every step of the way. Above all, he was very accommodating.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was very pleased and I’m definitely going to keep them in mind for future projects.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Honestly, I don't think they have any areas to improve. I was satisfied with their work, stance, and just the fact that they were readily available.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If somebody approached me and tells me that they’re looking for a website, I will recommend Ali. In addition, in this day and age, having WhatsApp and Skype will make a big difference. Overall, they’re very easy to work with.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-founder and COO of a software company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Neural Soft Solutions?
We needed a payment solution and both front-and backend development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Neural Soft Solutions came up with ideas and started discussing the architecture and design. After coming up with the UI design, they delivered the MVP. We had another provider conduct quality testing for bugs and other issues. By the end of June or July, they came up with the developed product, which was good enough to take to the market.
What is the team composition?
They had about eight people on the team but six were actively on this project. The team was made up of four developers, one person who conducted testing, and Ali (CEO) who acted as a project manager.
How did you come to work with Neural Soft Solutions?
A professor that I knew had some contacts. I looked at two or three different companies and we decided to go with Neural Soft Solutions because of the price and follow up I received.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $22,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from November 2019–July 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We were able to sell the product to a vendor that has about 60 different shops in the UK. Because of that, we’re also in the process of partnering up with a tea vendor that has more than 60 shops in the UK. There has been a lot of interest with other companies as well, it has been going really well.
How did Neural Soft Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
Every two weeks they had progress reports and shared what went according to plan, what was behind, and what the plan was. This process was well-received on our end. Ali was very responsive and always available whenever we needed him. The communication is outstanding.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Even if there is an issue that someone else needs to resolve, Ali would take the lead and get in contact with people at the specific locations, which is less headache for me.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Sometimes it was hard to communicate with the developers; it usually had to go through Ali first. The team should be more confident in themselves.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a sit-down and chat with the team to get a feel for them because that goes a long way. If you get to know them and get on a good vibe with this team, then they will be more open and helpful if you have a good relationship beforehand.
Neural Soft Solutions successfully finished the client's website. Responsive and accommodating, they were able to produce a platform that represents the organization's mission. In the end, the client highly recommended them and they look forward to working with the company for future projects.
