Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of Kula Yoga in the annex of Toronto. Kula is a community-based yoga studio, with a variety of class styles and options for our students of all ages and walks of life.

For what projects/services did your company hire Neumarkets?

To update our website, it was very outdated! They did a wonderful job at listening to our needs and offering ideas and options for us to choose from. We not have an up to date look and clients like it!

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were a personable and reputable company, and I could speak directly with the web developer who would offer his responses without much wait time, so I always felt cared for. I'm glad a chose such a customer service forward company. I can still reach out for questions a year after the project is finished and receive consistent and thorough support.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

I showed them my current outdated website and told them my vision. They worked hard at listening to what I wanted, and created a beautiful website with 3 versions for me to choose from, so I could be involved in the process as things were finalized. If I wanted to edit a page or change something as things went on, they were always willing to work in my edits. I didn't have many though, because they really took care of everything, and presented ideas I didn't even think of!

Once the website was finished, they sat down with me over a zoom call (twice I think, because I wanted to go over things again) so they could show me step-by-step how to edit the website from the backend myself. I am not technology savvy, but this is very straightforward and easy to manage!

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

One, his name was Evan, and he was phenomenal. I believe he is the owner. I always felt that he really cared and listened.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Evan presented ideas to make the website even more user friendly. I appreciated every suggestion he made. Our clients can more easily navigate the site and we don't get as many phone calls/emails with questions. I can edit the site with our sales/ announcements easily anytime I want to.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. I gave them a long timeline to work with, and I felt that the communication was strong throughout the project, especially at the end when details were being finalized. Afterwards, Evan did a great job at following up to ensure I felt supported even after the website was complete.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They delivered phenomenal customer service. It was truly something else! This company will make sure your vision is matched in the outcome, and work with you so that you feel comfortable managing the website ongoing. They are available for questions anytime, so that ensures I will always have a website that is working and something I can continue to be proud of! I loved the experience, thank you Evan! You truly showed you care about your clients, and you really know what you're doing. There is no question you can't solve!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at all. Keep up the great work, and I would recommend you any day!
