I am the owner of a nationwide insurance based investigative firm. We have approximately 31 employees located around the country.
For what projects/services did your company hire Network Computer Pros?
Our company was is need of someone to manage our IT needs for both our office and remote workers. We also needed a firm that could not only implement but also manage our cyber security package. As computers get dated we also needed to rely on a reputable company to help us source these items.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
After interviewing several local and online firms we decided on Maurice and his staff. This could be classified as one of the best business decisions we have made. It is rare that someone is able to deliver on what they propose - most oversell and under deliver.

After our initial meeting they presented us with changes that needed to happen immediately and keeping costs in mind they presented a clear and concise timeline that would begin. Over a period of 6 -9 months we had replaced our systems and were up to date and secured.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We have worked with a full range of staff from their main systems engineers to techs that visit our office.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After sourcing and outfitting our staff with the necessary equipment we have been able to implement a proper security protocol and the service is invaluable.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
My nationwide staff have an easy process to access IT issues via their ticket system and that ensures timely service.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Service, Service, Service. It is clear this company and their owner Maurice take service very seriously and are hands-on, timely and professional.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
After 10 years I don't find any consistent issues that would ever have us consider looking for any alternate resources. They deliver exactly what they say they will.

Our company moved from executives suites to our own location in Miami and we needed someone to handle out IT needs.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I met Maurice, the principal of Network Computer Pros in BNI. His company has provided excellent service since 2005.

Network Computer Pros study our requirements and made sure that our IT Infrastructure was more than sufficient. This meant that they evaluated our storage needs, purchasing a server, computers, installing scanners and configuring all components. Our relationship with NCP is outgoing, we pay a monthly fee for the services, which included during the COVID shutdown to get our office working remotely without any problems, smoothly and quickly.

Network Computer Pros was proactive, they finished ahead of schedule and have been always providing maintenance and preventive actions to avoid any problems due to power outages, hurricanes, employees misuse of the network.

Excellent, they have a great portal to open tickets for any issues and always someone is ready to answer the phone when all other systems are down.

Thanks to Network Computer Pros' help, the client has successfully implemented proper security protocols. The team utilizes a ticketing system to handle issues and requests promptly. Furthermore, they approach each task with the utmost professionalism and are very hands-on.
