Chanterelle Catering Company is one of our clients that we’ve had the pleasure of working with on multiple fronts. We have redesigned their website twice over the past 7 years to keep them up to date and relevant with their online presence. Their website was built having their target audience in mind, which are mostly corporations and companies. We also built their website in a way that would allow online ordering if/when they choose to go that route, as requested. We look forward to working with them for many years to come.

I am the startup founder of the company who oversees day-to-day operations.
For what projects/services did your company hire Netware Studio, and what were your goals?
We hired Netware Studio to design a new website from scratch for us to fit our specific criteria and needs. We needed something relatively simple on the client-facing side, but complex on the backend as we needed access to specific functions. Our idea was to incorporate all client-facing products into the website for a seamless experience under one roof.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online, as we do with almost anything nowadays to figure out a good place to start. We found Netware Studio through this process and figured out they're actually local to us. We did our due diligence in checking their portfolio and were happy with their skills.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We began emailing back and forth about the scope of the project and our goals. After a few phone calls we came to terms with an agreement and they began drafting rough concepts and design.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A project manager was in charge of the entire operation and was our main point of contact to avoid any miscommunication. The development team would consistently update the project manager who would then relay that information to us.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Our products and services being available under one roof has helped scale our business in it's initial phase, and we are pleased with the outcome.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The project manager kept us updated usually on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays of the week, unless some major update had taken place. We were able to reach out whenever we had any concerns or questions.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The communication was outstanding. We were essentially walked through with a clear understanding of what was happening each and every week as the website was being developed. They were able to exceed our needs in implementing the services we offer.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There was one padding issue we had on one of the products which required reworking a certain part of our client pages, but they were exceptionally fast at fixing it, and were still immediately receptive to our needs.
Thanks to Netware Studio’s support, the website helped scale the business and made all products and services available in one place. The team was always available when needed and kept the client updated through tri-weekly meetings. Overall, they demonstrated strong communication and understanding.
