I head the International Marketing division in a company and we are manufacturing and exporting porcelain tiles.

For what projects/services did your company hire Nettyfy Technologies?

Our old website was created in 2015 or so and it was never updated after that. To keep up with the current trend, we realized that we need to update it with the latest design. So we wanted to redesign our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We asked proposal from around 3 companies from our location and selected them with based on their professionalism, ease of communication and off course in terms of price.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First task was to choose a best theme as per the current trend and we were given around 5 different themes to choose from. After selection of theme, they stared working on it and we used to get timely update for the same. Lots of in person meetings, online meetings happened for review of the work done on time to time basis.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a project manager, 2 web developers, and a SEO guy.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Off course they have changed the website completely and it looks more professional and trendy now. Our clients have applauded us for the website as they can find most of the things they are looking for. There were some portions in design, which were not in the theme but we saw it on some other website and wanted to include it in our website too and they managed to do it for us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were getting regular updates from their team and we used to review it and send them our feedback within a day or two. We never faced any challenge in that.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their promptness and eagerness to go above and beyond to fulfill our demands in design parts were impeccable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have done it little faster.

I am a owner of a digital marketing and web design agency. The team at Nettyfy is supporting me on the additional workload our agency handles.

We hired Nettyfy for PPC on Google ads. They are knowledgeable and supportive on the management of reports and campaign optimization.

How did you select Nettyfy Technologies and what were the deciding factors?

We wanted a affordable cost as well as skilled and talented experts. Both of which Nettyfy had.

Google ads optimization, ppc reporting, tracking and analysis, setting up new campaigns, creating new targeting options and bid adjustments, adding new keywords and recommending pausing old keywords that are under performing.

I have worked with multiple team members, about 4-5 in total.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The account is still fresh but we are starting to get reporting that is proving success for the campaigns. Continual ideas is also very important to me and Nettyfy is doing a great job with this.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

All of the reporting I get is from google data but if asked Nettyfy would be flexible and support any reporting needed. Communication is through google and whatsapp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's quick communication and deliverables on the next day is unbelievable and much appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Currently there is not anything jumping our but if there are any mistakes, they are sure to own up to them and make it right (minor miscommunications).

I am the owner of a web development consulting firm. We advise enterprise-level clients in the e-commerce space.

For what projects/services did your company hire Nettyfy Technologies, and what were your goals?

We had several clients come to us with their Magento 2.0 needs. Our internal resources were low so we hired Nettyfy to come onboard and provide additional development services.

How did you select Nettyfy Technologies and what were the deciding factors?

We have a list of registered partners that have reached out to us in the past. We sent an RFQ to our registered partners. After review of the many submissions we narrowed it down to 5. After interviewing and analyzing the cost and availability of the candidates Nettyfy was picked as the best options.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The scope involved developing an Magento 2.0 module that would allow a custom form to be displayed. The form fields needed to allow for dynamic options and logic that dynamically changed fields based on the users choices. We followed an agile development process. The key deliverables were a functioning form that implemented the fields based on the configuration of the backend. Magento was the main technology/ platform used. That includes html, javascript, CSS, PHP, and Mysql.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

3 People in total. A senior developer, business development manager, and sales association.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Clients are able to enjoy faster page loading due to the upgrade to Magento 2.0 platform. They enjoyed the functionality from the previous M1 and now they can have the same functionality plus a few extras in the M2 version.

We had daily stand-ups with the senior developer. He was able to understand the requirements and communicate effectively any issues that he incurred during development. We used Skype, Github, and Hubstaff, to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very responsive and the quality of work was very high.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was the normal onboarding for local development that comes with all projects.
