I’m the office manager of a non-surgical voice repair firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nettechnocrats? 

We approached Nettechnocrats to help with our SEO and improve our conversions. We wanted people to see our site and know that we’re here to help.

Nettechnocrats provides a range of SEO services to improve our site visibility and click-through rate. Initially, they worked with us to identify the best strategy and actions that needed to boost our SEO performance, attract more traffic, and secure clients.

After devising a strategy, the team helped make the website more responsive, which allowed users to view our site on mobile devices clearly. They cleaned up different areas of our site and made it easier to navigate. They also ensured that the site was on par with current technical trends, making modifications to better meet Google’s algorithm changes.

To raise our keyword rankings, we collaborated on a keyword strategy for Google, Yahoo, and Bing. They helped create blogs and set up credible backlinks, which improved our domain authority. I would check the work myself to make sure that our backlinks weren’t becoming spam. Finally, they assisted with image creation for advertisements and other digital marketing assets.

We continue to partner with Nettechnocrats to monitor our SEO and support our digital marketing as needed.

We started working with them in 2014, and the partnership is ongoing. We have a monthly retainer with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve seen a positive increase in our search rankings overall. As an alternative service within the healthcare industry, it’s always a battle to get to the top of the search page because there’s a lot of hard-hitting competitors. These companies have the budget to run Google Ads and also employ a dedicated team to handle their needs, which we simply don’t have.

In contrast, Nettechnocrats has done astonishing things with our limited budget. They work hard and have helped us keep up to date with Google’s algorithm. Now that we know Google doesn’t rely as much on keywords and focuses more on content, they’ve helped us bridge the gap in that area as well. I highly recommend their services, and we wouldn’t be where we are without them.

How did Nettechnocrats perform from a project management standpoint? 

Their performance has been on point. We coordinate our tasks via Upwork, which allows us to keep things well-managed and give inputs into how the website should function. We also have our own tools to keep on task. The time difference was a bit of a challenge in the beginning, but it’s worked out well so far.

We’ve been satisfied with their work and continue to be.

No, I can’t think of any areas of improvement for them. We have a good thing going.

I am the CEO of a company that specializes in online marketing. Our primary focus is within the search space, but we also have clients that do paid search, comparison shopping –basically the full gamut of omni-channel marketing.

What challenge were you trying to address with Nettechnocrats?

The client lost a 90% market share in terms of organic traffic because of a Google algorithm change.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked together to audit all of the backlinks. I worked with Nettechnocrats to implement a strategy that's sustainable, fully white-hat, and works towards implementing the right resources to carry out the campaign.

They are the only SEO off-page firm that we're using for that particular client. I worked very closely with a dozen different firms that the client was utilizing at times, but Nettechnocrats was the only one I recommended we keep. As long as they're given a specific strategy, they are better suited to answer questions in terms of best tactics for carrying out those given strategies.

Our primary point of contact is Ruchi [Digital Marketing Head, Nettechnocrats]. We've worked with some of their developers, and this particular client had 15-20 dedicated resources for his website. We just added another dedicated resource to their team to scale our SEO efforts to this client.

How did you come to work with Nettechnocrats?

They are the legacy agency that one of our clients was working with. When they retained us, the client had 12 offshore and 3 local firms that they were working with. We came in and started to streamline one of the firms and services that they were working with and optimized them. We chose Nettechnocrats out of the dozen firms based on their ability to execute campaigns, responsiveness, and overall likability.

I've been working with them since August 2015, but they've been working with the client for longer than that.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They've done a great job, and they continue to do so. Our client has sustainable growth year over year. The results are great, and we continue to increase our budget just based on performance.

How did Nettechnocrats perform from a project management standpoint?

They were extremely responsive. As long as the requirements and project scopes are properly given to them, they do a phenomenal job. We communicate over email daily, but we do weekly calls during heavier periods. It depends on the seasonality of client activity.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Compared to the other firms, Nettechnocrats' strength is accountability. If I ask what's wrong with something, Nettechnocrats will substantiate what has gone wrong and is very solution-oriented, which is refreshing. The other firms were extremely defensive and pointed fingers at the other firms. From an integrity and accountability standpoint, I have nothing but good things to say.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Over the course of working with them, we've addressed all the areas of improvement. If I do come up with an area where I feel like they could be better, I will address it. Anything that wasn't their strong suit, we found an outsource solution. Copywriting wasn't their strongest point, but the client had zero budget, so I can't hold them accountable for that. Within their project scope of what their budget is to do, I highly recommend them. You get what you pay for.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If they are knowledgeable about SEO, they should have clear strategic directions for Nettechnocrats to be able to meet goals and execute tactics. For anyone that is brand new to SEO, I would recommend that they learn from Nettechnocrats and trust them. They provide good advising based on SEO best practices. Anyone that does have that skill set – regarding clear, strategic direction – will be happy with them.

When we launch the website, we are getting very little traffic on the website as there are already much technical news websites available in the market so we need to be different from others for getting a good ranking.

The marketing process is good and our 80% keywords are in the top searches and we start earning from Adsense.

We all doing a weekly meeting and setting the target to achieve and most of the time, we are achieving it. They are professional with good communication skills.

They are a team of digital marketing experts who have the capability to deliver excellent results.

Final result is good so there is no improvement from my end.

Within 4 months, we have completed the website and mobile app successfully which is little bit delay but the quality of final project was very good so I am very happy with the team. Currently, we are doing some changes on the system and again I have hired the team.

Deadlines were quite challenging and not kept. Some times during this project, communication was lacking and no feedback/answer provided. No problem with time or language Trello is used now for SEO

I'd really want them to understand the requirements of the project at a very early stage, and deliver on that. At times, we did consider that the team didn't understand our requirements well, resulting in going a lot of back and forth to get things correctly. Also, the testing team has a lot to improve. We experienced a lot of bugs and issues with our app, and it took us a lot of time to fix those. For this, the testers have to be on top of their game to diagnose the issues and fix those.
