I’m the head of design for a design technology studio specializing in bitcoin-related products.

We’ve worked with Netrix Digital on multiple UX/UI website design projects. 

What were your goals for this project?

For both the video and e-commerce platforms, we needed captivating illustrations and an intuitive work UI to guide users and help them understand how to use our platform most effectively. That would help us create a brand that spoke to our users and incentivize interaction.

How did you select this vendor?

We found them on Dribbble and instantly fell in love with their UI skills. After finding out more about their design process, we could tell they would be a great fit.

Our first project involved creating a video content sharing platform from the ground up. That platform utilized cryptocurrency, WebRTC (similar to BitTorrent), and micropayment channel mechanisms. Our most recent project with Netrix included website, branding, illustration, and backend development for a cutting edge e-commerce platform.

I did much of the initial UX research, drawing up frameworks and sending them my ideas. They would study them and apply their own design methodologies. They sent back their suggestions and provided design mockups of potential flows and illustrations. We continued going back and forth until we decided on the best path forward. This process allowed us to continually improve ideas, designs, and user flows during each iteration.

Netrix Digital provided a project manager, UI/UX designers, and a backend developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There was a large increase in email subscriptions and web traffic after they finished their design. Stakeholder feedback was extremely positive; they say the site feels cool and unique. Collaborating with Netrix Digital through the design process helped us achieve a more refined and intuitive final product.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We’d communicate on an almost daily basis through Slack or Skype. Consistent sharing of and iterating on our ideas and designs with each other made for excellent workflow between our teams. Netrix Digital was extremely efficient and responsive. They were great at brainstorming and communicating ideas.

Collaboration through the whole process helped us arrive at a more refined and fleshed-out final product.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their UX design insight and strong UI skills made them invaluable. If we were on tight timeline, they always gave us an accurate estimate. They’re true professionals who were a pleasure to work with.

No, working with Netrix Digital was a breeze. They consistently sought out feedback in order to learn and so they can continue putting out the best quality work possible.

We chose Netrix Digital since we had worked with them on another project and were completely satisfied based on their design expertise and timely delivery of the project.

Netrix conducted in depth research of the industries we were building the marketplace for to get familiar with the industry challenges and our requirements. They provided initial concept and with a few minor change request the UI UX design was spot on and they delivered the final design with in the timeline.

We are pleased with the deliverables and we tested the UI UX design with several customers and we have had a positive outcome.

Netrix teams positive attitude and support for the project was very refreshing to see a dedicated team communicating quickly and providing feedback and addressed all our questions and concerns.

I was impressed with their professionalism and with how pleasant they made the entire experience. How quickly they grasped subject matter expertise for the products and services of our complex marketplace project and deliver what we had envisioned.

We needed UI/UX design for the landing page of our web app and an animated mockup video.

We wanted to create an intuitive yet powerful tool that would allow users to share spreadsheet files and explain them at the same time.

I found them on Dribbble and I thought their portfolio was innovative and interesting.

I told the project manager the details of what I was looking for. She sent several more questions, and then an estimate for the hours it would take. Netrix Digital worked with my developer throughout the process. They hit milestones and their feedback loops were fast.

All communication was through the project manager, Olga (Co-Founder and Lead Product Designer, Netrix Digital). I believe they have several designers with different specialties.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The product remains in beta, but it made a huge difference to have animated mockups before building anything else.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They followed an agile process and communicated clearly. They chose useful management tools, such as Invision and Zoom. They always hit their milestones on time.

They hold design in high regard, and they clearly follow their objective of simplifying and improving products.

I am the executive director of Crisis Cleanup, an open source disaster relief platform that has been used in more than 100 disasters.

Crisis Cleanup is undergoing a major website overhaul to enable a lot of new features. We hired Netrix Digital to design the UI/UX.

We wanted a completely fresh approach to disaster response that addressed years of user feedback.

Netrix implemented an entirely new UI/UX, adhering to my non-standard project requirements.

I worked exclusively with Olga Uzhykova (Co-founder, Netrix Digital).

Through I attempted to offer suggestions—to which Olga listened carefully—Netrix regularly delivered a solution that was far and away better than anything I could have imagined.

I have worked with many designers and developers who find excuses not to work when things get challenging. Not only is Netrix extremely thoughtful, skilled, and detail-oriented, but they are unafraid of hard problems.

I am hard pressed to identify anything that needs improvement. I would work with Netrix Digital any time.

I’m the owner of CTemplar. We provide advanced cryptographic communication for businesses and individuals.

I hired Netrix to do the UX/UI for my web app. They also completed my mobile app design. The majority of the work is done, so they’ve begun working on two other projects: an encrypted FTP site and a cryptographic chat network.

I wanted Netrix to artistically display my best features to the world.

I hold people who work for me to the highest standards. Initially, I chose Netrix for their award-winning designs. They performed well, so I continued to employ them.

I created an initial specification and targeted theme based on market research. We separated the project into quantitative packages and worked through wireframes and visual representations, in that order. After the design was complete, Netrix contributed to frontend construction.

They provide a 15-person development team composed of a project manager, three frontend developers, two backend developers, three mobile app developers, two QA/QC resources, a legal advisor, a security advisor, and two designers.

We have one of the best-designed sites in the end-to-end encryption space.

My team consists of people who value their privacy highly, so we prefer to communicate through encrypted channels. Even with this challenge, Netrix integrated with our team perfectly and excels at their tasks.

Their ability to meet the highest design expectations is rare.
