I’m the IT manager of a government organization.
What challenge were you trying to address with Netkiller Inc.?
We were looking for a qualified Google reseller to help us transition between platforms.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Netkiller Inc. helped us transition from Microsoft Exchange over to Google Suite. They did all the migration work, the knowledge transfer, and Google products reselling. Currently, they’re our ad hoc Google provider.
What is the team composition?
We only worked with Harry (CEO).
How did you come to work with Netkiller Inc.?
They were referred to us by Google as a value-added reseller. We decided to go with them because they had a good sales and technical team, so it seemed like they already had good resources ready for our project.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $6,000 with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in September 2016, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve been very accessible, which is the most important thing for us. They’re also great at returning calls and staying in touch with us in terms of our Google projects — I have no complaints, and they do exactly what I need from them.
How did Netkiller Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re good; they manage everything on the project very well — we haven’t had any unpleasant surprises. In terms of tools, we use Google Meets and Google Calendar.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They get right to the point and don’t go over-selling their services and promising a bunch of nonsense; their team is focused on what they do and how to get it done.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.
Any advice for potential customers?
You shouldn’t make your decisions based on just a quote; have an interview with them for a few hours to get to know the people who will be involved in your project. By that, you can develop confidence in their abilities and be happy with your partnership.

They provided a cloud-based subscription and services to assist us in networking.

We’ve worked with Netkiller Inc. for many years, and they've supplied us with the cloud-based service and subscription that we need.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with about 50 people from their team for this particular software.
How did you come to work with Netkiller Inc.?
Since we’re a government entity, we have to reach out to various vendors and get the lowest price. About five years ago, we did an online search; the services were different at that point. We found Netkiller Inc., and they could accommodate us easily.
How much have you invested with them?
So far, we’ve invested between $10,000–$50,000 in total.
What is the status of the engagement?
We began our partnership in January 2017, and it’s ongoing. Only one year we weren't able to work with them.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve always provided excellent service and quick quotes, and the team works well with us. There’s nothing to measure the software, just the way we use it in the company. When we first had it, we used it intermittently, mainly by the managers. Now, it's used daily by everybody.

They’ve performed well. They’re super responsive whenever we need anything from them. We typically communicate via email and phone calls.

They’ve been very responsive, quick, and willing to work with us to make things happen. Even when we were a small company and not spending much money, Netkiller Inc. was very kind and responsive.

For what projects/services did your company hire Netkiller Inc.?
During the conversion of free version to enterprise version, we need to make sure the transition running smoothly since Google applications are the major tools we use for school.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Netkiller had helped us convert email system from Exchange server to Google cloud base email system a long time ago. We worked very well together. Also the services are excellent and the cost is extremely good.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
They carefully exanimated our current Google suite and provided a fit proposal for our situation with financial consideration. They tested on each modification to ensure there was no issue during conversion.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I talked to Netkiller management team about the project. They assigned a very knowledgeable project manager to work with us from beginning until the end. Also they asked a Google certified engineer to help us conduct the conversion.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
All of the conversion stages ran smoothly and on the schedules. Users are able to use Google Meet as parallels video applications with Zoom.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
No any issues occurred during the conversion. We didn't worry about the project because they had experience with Google.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have a quick response to any our inquiries and their answers are most truthful.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Hopefully they can handle more platforms. Thus we can work with them more.

What challenge were you trying to address with NetKiller Inc.?
I needed a partner that could lead our email migration efforts and manage our email services. We had a bunch of emails, and we needed to tie those emails into one account. I also wanted more support than I would get from just buying directly from Microsoft or Google.
What was the scope of their engagement?
We had an initial call and we told them what we wanted. After a week, they started working on our project and their tech support team helped us upload on new servers or domains. Then, they switched our emails from Microsoft to Google. They also set up Gmail on all of our devices. The team continues to handle our email efforts, and we have a year-long contract with them.

I work directly with two people from their team, including Harry (CEO) and a tech person.
