We are a development partner and we produce business development solutions using our local integrated systems platform. We mainly work with universities to provide students with educational materials and remote learning.

We enlisted the help of Neti Sp. Z.o.o to develop software for a client.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Neti Sp. Z.o.o. provided us with analytics, design, development, and QA services. They implemented Agile and regularly updated us on the progress of the project.

What is the team composition?

We worked with seven people from their end, including designers, developers, and project managers.

How did you come to work with Neti Sp. Z.o.o?

We met them via a recommendation from another company. They had the knowledge and experience to do high-quality work, which is why we decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent somewhere between $100,000–$160,000.

What is the status of the engagement?

We worked together from January 2020–August 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The end client was happy with the results of the work that they produced — they fulfilled their requirements and we were quite satisfied with their deliverables.

How did Neti Sp. Z.o.o from a perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed well. We had access to the project and they consistently kept us in the loop on the progress of the project. We had weekly meetings with them where we were able to present any concerns that we had. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with their communication skills and the quality of their work was also very good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They worked quite well so I don't have any complaints.

Any advice for potential customers?

Anybody who needs Agile software development services should communicate clearly about what they need before progressing with the partnership.

I’m the founder and CEO of Cypherdog Security, Inc., a computer and network security company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Neti?

I needed specialists in the blockchain space.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Neti developed a smart contracts platform on Solidity from scratch based on the ERC-20 protocol. The software has several advanced functionalities, like pools and antivirus protection. I provided them with my sketches and explained what I needed, and they built a fully working software based on that.

This is just the beginning for us, and we’re starting a new blockchain project next month.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with three people from Neti, including a project manager that puts everything together.

How did you come to work with Neti?

I did online research and found a few companies from Europe. I’m from Poland, and iI wanted to keep the project in my environment, so that’s why I chose Neti.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent around $20,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

My first contact with them was in October 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They deliver as promised, and everything is great — they’ve exceeded my expectations so far.

How did Neti perform from a project management standpoint?

I don’t particularly appreciate working with software houses because they demand written requirements. Still, Neti has a different approach to everyone else I’ve worked with in terms of communication, which I like. Regarding tools, we use phone calls and email.

Overall, they’ve delivered everything on time, and they’re there when I call them. They’re also able to explain things to me in a way I can understand — their client collaboration is extraordinary!

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re good at identifying solutions; I came to them with some bullet points of what I needed, and they explained to me how we should write everything down and how they could improve on the solution. I never got this experience with another software house in Poland.

Neti proposes the best and cheapest solutions on the market; they’re not greedy. Most Polish software houses are expensive, so I'm amazed in this case because, with them, it's more about the working relationship than the money.

Please describe your company and your position there.

We make tools for Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs). I'm the CTO.

For what projects/services did your company hire Neti sp. z o.o., and what were your goals?

We hired them to build the frontend and backend of our various web3 applications.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We tried a few different vendors. We found NetiSoft on LinkedIn, tried them and they were way better than the other ones we were trying so we fired the others and kept Neti.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

It started with adding features to existing dapps and turned into building entire dapps with designs and specifications from our team.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had a total of 7 developers from Neti work for us, 2 senior full stack, rest junior or frontend only. We also have a software tester and a security consultant.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Neti as a team has been incredible. They have picked up blockchain development with just a little help from me, and they consistently fill in the gaps in our design with intelligence and alacrity.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We communicated over Slack, Discord, Jitsi, Signal. Their communication was very good, the timeliness was very good even when we were changing directions rapidly. Slawek is a great communicator.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their intelligence, flexibility, honesty, and friendliness are impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind.
