We hired Nethero to focus on the UX/UI for the website. Our goal was to create a modern, user-friendly website.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched online for the best UX/UI. After interviewing them, we selected this vendor based on their previous projects, design skills and cost estimate.

Nethero conducted research, gathering industry reviews, user feedback and relevant information about our competitors. Based on this, they isolated areas where our website could be more intuitive and user-friendly. Within a week they had created a prototype and started the testing phase.

I worked directly with their UX/UI designers and project manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are pleased with the results of their team's work. The UX/UI serves as the foundation for the website. We tested it with several potential clients and the feedback was positive. Their work also perfectly reflects the vision we had at the beginning, helping us create a user-friendly and easy-to-navigate website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was easy to communicate with the project manager. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls, but most feedback was via email. Everything was delivered on time and we received sufficient warning.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their UX/UI skills are impressive. Also, they were patient and willing to walk us through their process while we learned.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would not change anything.

Not yet - we still work on the project and plan the premiere.

We had a WP website which performance in terms of clicks and conversion rates was not so good, we wanted to pump it up.

What were your goals for this project?

Provide a new well performing layout for our website, with multiple entry points for sales conversion

We liked their teaser concept the most from the offers we got.

Firstly we send the RFQ. After that we got the quotation and teaser concept - Nethero was the only one company which provided it. Then after design workshop they started to deliver the first screens.

What was the team composition?

We worked mostly with Alex and Monica, where Monica was running the design process itself.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The design itself was very manful, however we decided to trust in it and give it a go in prod. With this move we strike home! Our users loved the new interface and how it was positioning our brand.

The caught very quickly what we had in our heads, so after they started delivering the screens, we didn't need much feedback sprints.

They had an outstanding ability to read the client's intention and turn it into a great design.

We needed the system to optimise the crucial processes, which our customers are running inside our product,

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to gain at least +80% increases conversion rate out of the key process elements + ensure clear and convenient experience with our product.

We have seen their similar solution, where the key outcomes were very similar

After discussing the first details, the team got back with the first concept which we liked a lot, thus the cooperation speeded up. After the mocks were done, we started testing it with our vendors, and addressing the feedback.

We worked with Alex who was leading the project between us and his team.

Our objective was totally reached by successful implementation of all the key results.

They were really responsive, I admire their patience especially for non technical people from our side

From the very beginning, they know why, and what they want to achieve within this project. They also had a great ability to challange out thinking, what helped us to set up better monetisation strategy

As always, I think they could have more people on board.

We needed the support in solving few key challenges that our partners faced during applying for funding.

Health metric was the increase of funnel conversion rate.

We needed the partner who will process the problem exploration, an will lead us to development of right solutions

The project, especially the part of it which we worked on, is the platform which helps our partners to apply for funding and other initiatives inside vPoland group.

What was the team composition?

Alex was leading the exploration process, with his partners who was sketching out the lo-fi solutions. After all graphic designer took care of hi-fi ended version.

We significantly solved the churn out of the process thanx to the changes we implemented.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

What worked was setting up the good ways of working at the very beginning. I believe it gave us a good speed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I would say the ability to challenge us in a good way, and proposing only problem solving solutions.
