The effort put in by this company converted into increased sales, a smoother user interface and overall a unique understanding of my business concepts, tactical implementation of the goals and objectives and competence is a driving force of this company.

I felt they are very collaborative and performative management style, their company keeps involved and updates you regularly on changes being made. They also check every step to ensure less rework and proceed exceedingly with caution towards a timely completion of goals set by you and them. It was quite a pleasure

I find that you almost always feel like you are the only client on their list, regardless of how busy they are. They make the time, effort and allocate proper resources to always answer any questions you might have promptly and to be readily available in any situation that warrants immediate attention

I believe there are always improvements to be made but I am rest assured with the management I experienced and dedication from the team members, this company is in an upward trend and would always continue to work towards perfection as has been their objective for their customers

The entire team was extremely responsive and always stayed on top of my suggestions/feedback. I was always a part of the development process and every minor update went through my approval before it was implemented on the live server.

After implementing IDX integration, our website started encountering better engagement, thanks to the custom real-estate listings being displayed. Also, social media integration improved the overall online presence and we were able to acquire long-term customers.

From a design point of view, they were briefed on what we were looking for them to design e.g banners for home page. They then presented a few variations for us to choose from. From a upgrading of website point of view, they were asked to add new tabs to the website, upload blog articles, add the donation plug in, upload new products for us, also trouble shoot when the website is experiencing some problems.

We work closely with one person Diksha in the team who is our main point of contact as well as the person who does a lot of the web designing.

The website speaks for itself. It is very well received as we have launched. colors are consistent, quality is great and website functioning is optimal.

Very effective and easy to work with this team. I love their response times. Very accessible. They took their work very seriously which resulted in the delivery of a successful product.

To be honest, just the responsiveness and attention to the customers' needs. This is what has set them apart from the rest for me.

I think going above and beyond to anticipate clients requirements based on the fact that we have worked for a few months. not having to be told every little detail but anticipating and doing the task based on previous working.

I was blown away by the knowledge they had about website design and SEO optimization services. Following the completion of the project, they were able to provide me with a thorough snapshot of how my website was performing and created a detailed roadmap to increase website traffic.

There were a few grammar and editing issues that could have been resolved with an app like Grammarly but overall, the communication was quick, they fixed the minor things I asked and went above and beyond to get my "Contact" section up and running properly. Maybe asking a few more questions in regards to the platform we were working on and if it needed to be compatible with multiple devices. The platform we were working on has to be viewable and easy to use across all platforms but the only focus was on the PC viewer's experience without thinking about the common way the site would be viewed across all devices. It would have been nice if they had just assumed that was the case since it common practice usually or asked if they needed to worry about the other devices. Either way, everything was finally fixed and it all turned out well.
