Codebay has made it easy to find highly skilled developers, saving us a lot of time and effort, allowing us to focus on other important areas.

Everything has been very efficient, every month we have a monthly meeting for feedback from the teams, with this we have been able to identify several problems and we have avoided several incidents.

We're impressed with how they quickly respond to issues.

That the English courses of the developers be more intensive, some still have some difficulties to communicate.

In the first prject we needed a tool to control our inventories since previously we had it in excel, Codebay implemented a system where the different employees could see the stocks and request orders in real time.

Yes, basically the inventory mess and lack of knowledge is in the past. With this new systems is possible to view our catalogs from anywhere without generating conflict.

The ease of speech and the ease to understand the needs. They listen to you.

We hire Codebay to develop our online platform and help us with payments gateways.

I had already worked with them in another company, with great results.

Initially we create an MVP with WooCommerce to validate our project, now after all the testing, we are developing a more stable website, using Magento.

We love the design, and now we are preparing the new website. We validate our idea and have a lot of expectations.

They were recommended by a client of theirs, we hired them to create our eCommerce portal again since the previous one had many flaws. We were looking to create a new digital area to have a greater reach in national sales.

They came highly recommended, meeting with them gave us a lot of clarity on what we were looking for.

We started with design, they were in charge of generating graphic proposals based on our requests. It was a stage of many changes since at the same time we were defining the internal structure of the company for this new area. We had meetings from time to time where we reviewed the progress in detail and where we defined the content of each module.

The programming went smoothly and we did not have many comments, what really represented an additional work was the maintenance and support, since it was necessary to have several trainings for the people involved.

We had immediate results since practically before we had nothing. The portal began to fulfill the function of an online catalog, which helped to promote other areas.

We had face-to-face meetings every certain time, I think they were every two or three weeks. We talked a lot with Alberto, who was the manager and was in charge of following up on the project.

The way they provided explanation and clarity of communication was impressive. When we had doubts they explained to us without using anything technical. We don't know about software and technical things, so we really appreciate this part.

We started looking for a company that would join the project, Codebay's proposal was the most appropriate to what we were looking for.

During the first meetings we began to create a work plan and establish the forms of communication; also, we set up the initial infrastructure and define deliverables. The project consists of different stages which consider the creation of certain modules, made mainly for mobile.

We work with different teams at each stage, but as a basis we work with 4 programmers and a SCRUM master, later two other programmers and a QA were incorporated.

The project currently continues, at the end of each sprint we have meetings with different stakeholders, where a progress report is presented. In general, the work has been very good, it has met our expectations.

It was pretty much seamless, their team was very flexible when it comes to schedule meetings

Their integration and adaptability are impressive. They have also been very professional.

We have liked working with them. They are very professional at what they do. Communication has been fluid.

They have adapted to our company and are easy people to get along with. The platform they created has been very useful.

At the beginning of the project there were changes in the way of working with us, but it was quickly resolved.

Being an online advertising agency focused on mexican SMEs and entrepreneurs, many of our customers need a website, an online store or related solutions. Having a customer without a solution (because we don't code), is codebay has been useful reaching our sales goals. We sell the product online, they code for our customers.

I have tried many software developer freelancers in different sites. Some are good, some are terrible, it's a matter of trying with mini projects to test results. They are quite good! You keep whats good.

PHP CSS Chat Box Etc. I'm really not a software developer, I'm an online marketer. So we, at the agency, make sure our customer receives what he or she needs. We care more about the result than the used technique.

The result is that we have happy customers because we deliver what we promised thanks CodeBay. I would say a 100%.

Simple is better. We don't like bureaucracy. If we have a customer looking for a coding solution, we make them fill in a questionary with all information so we send the info to them, set an appointment and they start working. They deliver on time, even before deadline. Communication is not an extra work and that is a plus!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Well... Having so much in mind at the same time makes my agency get lost into work. Luckily, Codebay realized about this and the offered to develop an extension for my ERP so we can be more productive. Thats what amazed me: They didn't only helpped us as a provider, but they went the extra mile discovering what opportunity areas we had and offered us an internal solution to improve!

We are very happy and satisfied with their work. I'm sure they'll find the way to improve because it's a part of any good company.
