I am the owner of a firm that provides technology and engineering outsourced solutions to clients

For what projects/services did your company hire Neben Solutions, and what were your goals?

We wanted a web app for one of our clients in the engineering industry named alliedpowerandcontrol.com which would allow them to generate new business and help them with customer acquisition. This was part of a major rebranding at the company to market new products and solutions to existing and new customers

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had already worked with them on a project involving a wedding portal and a few other web projects. They did a great job for that so I decided to hire them for this project too.

Project steps: Defining scope and setting realistic expectations Designing the web app according to the concept and examples provided with primary emphasis on UI and UX to optimize lead generation Development using WordPress inclusive of customization at the code level and installation of relevant plugins Key Deliverables: Completion of the project within 2 months Actual site with all the features mentioned within the scope Quality Assurance using all use cases mentioned within the scope via rigorous testing methodologies.

2 resources worked with us including a project manager and a developer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Project was completed within the target specified. The key deliverables were completed within two months and we requested some changes and upgrades and the company was able to support all of this Users flows were optimized resulting in lead conversion ratio of 11% (target was anything above 10%)

We got weekly updates on the progress The updates were very detailed They always responded back to us within 1 working day for any questions we asked. Their attitude was very friendly and they showed genuine concern for the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We found them to be very receptive towards any changes in scope that seemed helpful for the success of the project with special emphasis towards user journeys and the primary objective of lead generation

We hired Neben to create a custom front-end web-based solution to design an all-new custom software solution for integrating AI to manage and maintain complex, multivariable event management.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Communication, trust, and demonstrated ability to work on existing Figma designs as well as within a team.

The work included custom work in React, JS, and Node. Deliverables included custom webwork to match Figma designs, custom Stripe checkout integration, coordination with backend, unique URL deployment with attachments, and the ability to connect to external 3rd party integrations including SendGrid and Twilio.

2 people. Front-end developers.

They delivered as promised and I was very satisfied.

Their communication, availability, and eagerness to respond despite the time difference have been impressive.

I am the President of Frontier Town Gateway Inc.

For what projects/services did your company hire Neben Solutions, and what were your goals?

We wanted a mobile app for our newly opened restaurant hub which will allow us to register multiple restaurants simultaneously.

How did you select this vendor?

Speed was of essence for us since we had a deadline and had to get restaurants registered before we opened everything up for public. Neben solutions offered the shortest time to completion so we went with them.

A dashboard to manage restaurants- an accompanying mobile app to allow restaurants to register and communicate with us. The technology used was React native for the front end and node js for the back end.

3 resources worked with us including a project manager and 2 developers. ( 1 front end and 1 back end)

The app and dash board was delivered to us within the promised time according to the scope of work that included all the deliverables.

They were super meticulous and thorough in their process and guided us through everything. They communicated once a week with a progress report.

On time delivery and speed- very friendly service- easy to communicate.
