I always wanted to start an online social media platform that reaches people all over the world and provided great entertainment content while also providing a place for content creators to monetize their content

I was unsure about hiring a company from another country due to several reasons:

1. Fear of fraudulent business practices
2. The language barrier and difficulties in communication
3. The time differences being the opposite and many other things that I feared but immediately overcame because of their great customer service

What were your goals for this project?

My goal is to start a series of online platforms that are all connected in purpose but distinct in their function. In the world of social media, the quality of content delivered to viewers should be enhanced and the content creators should have more opportunities to diversify their income.

I wanted a place where the viewer can enjoy themselves with new content daily and for my content creators to profit from and have a better sense of job security, instead of being cut off from their livelihoods for a few mistakes.

How did you select NCrypted Technologies?

I wasn't looking for Ncrypted at first but through attempting to do the job myself I stumbled upon them through a Google search. I wanted to find out if someone could help me in making my project work the way that I wanted in the beginning and not something that had to develop into my goal over time.

I didn't realize from the Google search that they were located in India at first so I had to do some investigation about them before I officially contacted them. After my investigation about them turned out to be good I found their prices to be even better.

My project has many new features that currently don't exist or don't currently function in the way that my online platform will. Getting the platform the way I wanted was the main goal and not some similar version that I didn't really like but tolerated just to see things begin.

Video streaming, blogging, and Podcasting are just a few key features of the huge scope of the work Ncrypted is doing. The platform will be able to entertain and inform millions of people everyday and have the ability to expand as the viewers also do so.

What was the team composition?

I started this project by myself and I'm currently making plans to incorporate more people into my plan once things take off. Ncrypted really helped me with all the details that I didn't know but also acted as if they were on my team and not just hired developers that would leave me after the project was done.

Ownership comes from a deep responsibility to a project and isn't found typically outside the inner circle of a startup team, but Ncrypted has treated my project as if it was their own. If something didn't work practically they made other clever ways to accomplish the same goal. This is probably one of the most valuable things that I will write about this company. They will get it done and they actually care that it gets done.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have skills in photoshop and I use those skills to design and revise page designs on my platform. We make progress on a weekly basis through exchanging design updates and discussing functionality for the platform. We have started on a development server and have now moved to a live server for final updates and beta testing. Things are actually better than what I expected

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I have often commented to my Ncrypted project manager that his level of communication was better than most companies located here in America. 

1. Emails are always replied to in a timely manner and have become even faster as the project has progressed
2. Even at the beginning of my project I have had several phone calls with them calling me to discuss the project
3. You always have multiple people that you can talk to if you can't reach a certain person at the company.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

1. The customer service department is excellent in solving problems, they will respond quickly that same day to your questions and will work to solve the issues just a quick
2. The level of ownership that I experienced as I work with Ncrypted makes me feel as if they are part of my team and share the same desires to start my project
3. Making me feel secure and comfortable about doing business with people thousands of miles away is a type of confidence that is rarely experienced in most startup companies

Are there any areas for improvement?

In every company, there is always room for improvement and the quality of your relationship will encourage others to exceed their current standards and attain new heights in achievement. If you make the Client and Designer business partnership a friendly, honest, and understanding relationship, most people, in general, will work with you and just for you

We started comunicating by phone, email and whats app. The plan and estimated was set. and then development started.

The project was delivered on the estimated ETA but far from beig complete and "usable". They seem very willing to resolve but never deliver a usable end product.

I wanted an app like uber but in service , and they actually did all , eventually the app was not related to uber , but they did it and they was very patient with me and changed the code Manny times with no extra cost , thanks a lot

I was having trouble with finding people to understand. I hired them and I never heard or felt that they cannot do something, they can do everything. , the problem was in me getting what I need , so any one please configure what you need , and do not worry about execute they are professional

I searched online , and read the reviews here , I was working that it's fraud but we communicate over 2 years and they never not answer , thanks a lot for this safe

No fancy tools at all, just a basic XLS, I'm sure that this is done intentionally to keep it simple. Maybe in a bigger project, over 1 year timeline, they woud provide a more complex PM tool. Overall timelines were hit, like all projects we had delays but they were minimum.

They had impressive communication and professionalism.

more flexibility towards the end and possibly more ideas from their side, based on their previous experience.

Redlife TV offers content creators and producers the opportunity to showcase their work, retain their distribution rights, and earn income whilst their product is on Redlife TV as a distribution point.

We did a soft launch of our mobile app during the lockdown and we received some great feedback from the public and this start rolling the ball in getting more downloads and sign-ups.

I love the professional looking websites that they make and the professionalism of the team I work with. In particular, Ritesh Vyas and Dhvani Kotak. These guys are really professional and a delight to work with!

I saw minor bugs just after phase one completion but the team was super quick to fix them
