Success Story- The Pointe Malibu Recovery Center
Formerly known as Beach House Treatment Malibu, The Pointe Malibu is a beautiful and luxurious Substance Use Disorder Center located in Malibu, California.
When they contacted us, they had not done any digital marketing nor received any leads or clients via the web. They knew digital marketing was an important factor missing in their marketing efforts.
After conducting a Competitive Marketing Analysis, we realized their company name, Beach House Treatment Malibu, had serious issues with marketing searches for the name Beach House Malibu. Online searches for Beach House Malibu would return house rentals and Airbnb, making it almost impossible to compete with SEO. Also, the name was a collection of common words, which disqualified it from receiving a trademark.
Our strategy was to rebrand the facility and position it as a premier luxury treatment center in Malibu with high-end photography and videography to showcase their amazing location. We also wanted to simplify their messaging around their clinical philosophy to distinguish their treatment program from competitors.
We conducted a Naming Study where we presented numerous brand name options, and the name The Pointe Malibu Recovery Center was chosen. Branding assets such as logos, brochures, collateral materials were created by Navazon. We produced a four-minute video that showcases the facility and treatment programs, including casting, writing script, and everything else to produce a corporate video.
After interviewing the clinical and executive teams, the Navazon copywriters wrote copy for the website and a new brochure. We designed a new website and a new brochure, plus a four-minute and a one-minute video. We created social media pages with relevant posts and blogs. We started a local marketing campaign and are working on launching a Pay Per Click campaign.
As a result, they have had several leads and admissions as a direct result of the website. Their website traffic continues to grow at a rapid rate.

Succes Story: Cloudworks Connekt
With more than 30 years of IT networking and engineering level experience, the founder of Cloudworks Connekt realized that companies need more than simply an IT professional. They need someone to serve as a personal IT pro, a partner to rely on as the business grows and the network expands. Cloudworks Connekt is dedicated and committed to developing long-range strategies and long-term relationships.
After meeting with our team, the founder expressed he wanted to create a professional brand look and messaging to showcase the companies’ capabilities and reach potential clients in the Los Angeles area. The company name did not represent the founder’s vision well. We suggested changing the brand name to a more descriptive term, and they agreed. Also, to build a new brand around the new name Cloudwork Connekt.
After running a competitive market analysis report to understand the local marketplace, we interviewed the founder and created a strategy for messaging and targeting potential clients. We created an all-new website and collateral material for the sales team.
The owners are extremely happy with their new professional website, branding, and marketing materials. The Cloudworks Connekt sales team is making presentations using professional marketing materials and, as a result, gaining new clients.

Success Story-Kebab Bar Fresh Mediterranean
The Shirvani family has created tasty Mediterranean dishes for four generations. Their great flavors, original recipes, and warm, inviting hospitality have helped shape their family tradition for four generations.
The owners wanted to create a new restaurant concept, “Craft Casual Mediterranean Food,” to create a new website and new menus in multiple locations in the Los Angeles area. Their first location is near LAX.
We conducted a Competitive Market Analysis researching competitor Mediterranean food items offered around the LAX area. We researched favorite menu items around the U.S., spoke to their suppliers and meat purveyors, and with that research, we helped them create a new menu with popular items that are priced competitively for people on the go.
We designed their logo and brand colors to help them stand out on crowded food delivery apps like Postmates, Grubhub, Doordash, and Ubereats. We created the menu items, offerings, prices, and portion sizes to present the best value in their target area. We conducted a photoshoot at their location and brought in a food stylist to capture mouth-watering pictures. We built their website and added an ordering system using standard shopping carts. This saved them hefty fees associated with using third-party restaurant ordering software. We designed their print and overhead menus. We also designed window cling graphics
We researched competitors’ catering offerings and packages and came up with a new competitive catering package.
We created a brand awareness ad campaign targeting people around LAX who eat out often and target people arriving and departing LAX and passing by the restaurant. This resulted in receiving immediate orders as soon as the restaurant opened its doors. Their new site received 1600 sessions per week within two months of opening.

Success Story- Maha Art
Though skilled in a wide range of art forms and media, Maha specializes in acrylics, often on canvas, aluminum, brass, and gold sheet. She has created many large form pieces, each one expressing elements of joy, freedom, and creativity.
Maha specializes in large format paintings for large homes, hotels, and businesses. She wanted to reach and target architects and interior designers and introduce them to her art pieces.
We create an online digital gallery showcasing her artwork in a simulated environment and reaching out to architects and interior designers to raise awareness and generate interest in her work.
We created an online gallery for her and displayed her paintings as digital installations so that the viewer can see what it would look like installed on a wall in homes and businesses. Our copywriters met with her and updated her bio. We updated her logo and signature to represent her new vision and brand.
We designed a color-printed brochure showcasing her latest creations that were sent to architects and interior designers. We also ran Facebook ads targeting architects and interior designers.
We shot videos of her while working on a large painting to show her unique process.

Success Story-TFM Law
TFM Law specializes in the laws and regulations related to payment processing in the direct marketing and e-commerce industries. They bring tremendous industry expertise to their clients and have helped many companies grow from startup mavericks to some of the biggest online sellers. In 2017, TFM Law came to Navazon for help with their website. They recently built a site but had seen a dramatic decrease in traffic and leads.
The main objective was to make sure people who searched for payment industry-related law terms found TFM Law. Secondly, we wanted to make sure that the site was easy to navigate so that the reader, who is usually a very busy executive, can quickly find what they need to make their decision.
We started where we usually start; by doing lots of research. An in-depth site audit revealed many issues with the site structure, copy, and overall optimization method. Their many areas of expertise needed to have their own highly optimized landing pages to rank high on search engines, so we recommended redoing all of the copy and rebuilding the site.
Our copywriter had several long conference calls with the attorneys at TFM Law to thoroughly understand their unique offerings for each area of expertise. He then wrote headlines and copy for each landing page. With that copy, we created highly optimized landing pages for each area of expertise.
For the website's overall design, we used high-contrast LA street imagery along with vibrant color logo and headlines for a high-impact landing page design. We created Google Ads campaigns for each area of expertise, using long-tail keywords and negative keywords to deliver highly-targeted traffic to the landing pages.
The paid placement campaign resulted in immediate qualified traffic and led to the site. That was followed by a steady increase in SEO ranking and traffic, which got the phones ringing again.

Success Story- Tarzana Cosmetic Medspa
When Dr. Kamaran Safvati first took ownership of Tarzana Cosmetic Med Spa, it was a struggling business. As a caring, kind doctor beloved by all his patients, Dr. Safvati saw the opportunity to lend his skills to the MedSpa for it to begin thriving once again.
In 2016, Tarzana Cosmetic MedSpa came to Navazon for some brand new, fresh marketing. They wanted to clearly distinguish themselves from their competitors’ services while extending their brand reach throughout different areas of Los Angeles.
Focusing on beauty and captivating offers and calls to action, we devised a 360-degree marketing strategy for Tarzana Cosmetic MedSpa. With both short-term and long-term marketing channels, we aimed to catapult their rankings and surpass their competitors within a year – which we succeeded on.
Since Tarzana Cosmetic MedSpa came to us for a complete revamp, we began researching and developing their positioning and messaging. We identified their target audiences, tone and language, and the types of messaging and imagery they respond to. We then set their service description and benefits in a way that would stand out amongst their competitors. We produced a video using an actress representing their average target audience’s demographics. The video allows the viewer to see the experience that they can expect at MedSpa, along with compelling testimonials from their existing clientele.
We ran multi-channel brand awareness and direct sales campaigns in the neighboring cities. A complete marketing campaign with display and search advertising, SEO, video marketing, and social media branding and marketing to spread their message.
Tarzana Cosmetic MedSpa now dominates Google search pages for all of their target keywords – this includes multiple listings throughout the first page of Google search results, local business listings, and top video ranking on YouTube. Analytics shows a steady and predictable flow of traffic, website leads, and phone calls.
